The customer service, cleanliness and overall appearance would rate them five stars…. However- you must sleep on a bed that has the comfort of a park bench and a room with air conditioning that wakes you every time it tries to maintain the temperature. (Imagine an electric tea kettle merging into an old mini bike to conjure up the sound of the units.)

Love this Hotel. Clean nice rooms with beautiful views. Love the jacuzzi tubs and powerful showers! And most important the BEDS are so comfy!!! SO nice that lagoon is across the street!

Our stay was soo great! We got to take the shuttle to Lagoon. The staff were on point! Especially Maren, she’s was so sweet and helpful. We will stay here every time we go to Farmington.

Good location, okay breakfast options. My issue is the BEDS, regular coilspring? Really? The bed I stayed on was not the greatest, very stiff very bouncy, my partner felt every movement on the other side of the mattress. Do better Hampton.

The long haired front desk guy needs to go. Bye bye. But on top of that, I was waiting patiently to get some stuff from the little store they have and I watch a customer berate the clerk so much.... so much. I honestly hope that chick reads this. "Better than you" doesn't work for me. I do not like you, woman. Everyone pays the same. You and your little dog can go way down. Actually, it isn't your dog's fault that you suck. Breakfast was good. Room was good. Other than the long haired guy (that's only a description, I don't have his name), it was a pleasant experience

I put a note while I was booking our stay that my daughter’s 10th birthday was on the day of our stay and the staff left a nice little note and care package in our room. She was delighted as was I. Great job! A small touch that goes a long way. I will always try and stay at this hotel when I’m in the area or visiting Lagoon again.

I've stayed at this hotel 40 times +/-, in the last few years. I've never had an issue and have always loved staying here. I specifically request this hotel with my employer everytime I'm traveling to Farmington. When I checked in tonight, I was told the only king room left was behind the kitchen and they start at 5am, so "sometimes it gets a little noisy." I asked if I could switch to a queen room and she said she "physically cannot switch me because I booked through a 3rd party". Ironically I stayed at a different Hampton Inn last weekend about 15 minutes form this location. There was an issue with the room we had booked so they switched our room without us even requesting it. Why this hotel would even have a room that "gets noisy around 5am" boggles my mind. The front desk was completely unaccommodating and unreasonable.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was nice. The 3 star is because the hotel left us stranded with 6 kids. Our car broke down while we stayed here. I asked the hotel if they offered a ride service so we can get a part at auto zone. They said they only offer rides to the lagoon. Lucky for us someone staying at the hotel saved the day and gave us a ride. If you’re reading this thank you so much!!! We are so greatful for both of your generosity!! Hyatt hotel in sandy offers rides within 5 miles of hotel.

Loved the room for our big family. Right across from lagoon! The employees went above and beyond to make sure our stay was.. thanks Abby and Jeff!! The rooms were clean and nice and the hot breakfast buffet was also good!

Check-in process should have been done on the app. But it didn't work... Had to check in at the front desk. GOOD THING I asked for a physical keycard too, because even after we had checked out the next day, the digital key was "on it's way" according to the app. The room was clean and well stocked (hence the reason this is not a 1 star review). However the noise from the other rooms and footsteps was loud enough to keep me waking up every 30-60 minutes throughout the night, leading to very poor sleep. Bed was too firm for my liking, but not terrible.

We had a room with a jetted tub. The room was spacious and clean. The tub could have been a little bigger but still very nice as we don't have enough space to add one at home. Over all a great get away spot.

The perfect location for a visit to Lagoon! Clean hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff and a quick shuttle ride to the park! The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because the tile flooring around the pool is extremely slippery when wet and the jets in the hot tub are so intense they literally shoot water up and over the sides making the hot tub experience not very relaxing. But that won't stop us from staying here again!

I don't normally post reviews on hotels because they are more or less all the same in the 31 states I've been to. This hotel is different. Starting with checking in, the two girls at the front desk service was stellar, explaining the hotel policies and letting me know where close by things were and generally were very helpful. For the price I paid, the room was fantastic, they allow dogs with a $25 pet fee, there is plenty of parking and the hotel is in a great location near an amusement park and across the street from a large convience store. The room itself was great, with an actual walk in shower which is an absolute rarity and blessing compared to the typical nasty bathtub showers most hotels have. Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. If I have to nitpick to be fair, the only things wrong with this hotel (and I'm reaching here) is that the pool was a bit dated and the hallway on the 4th floor was pretty hot. Other than that, for the price these rooms go for this is a steal. If you're still undecided I didn't find any hotel nearby that was as decent as this one in its price range. If I ever go through that way again, I will be sure to come back to this hotel if needed. Top tier service. Great work y'all.

One of the nicest Hampton Inn hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend. Exceptional front desk staff who were both extremely helpful and made me feel like a valued guest. Hotel is very clean. Housekeeping staff was A+ too. This is a perfect example of the ideal Hampton Inn.

The staff were amazing! It has been a long time since I've stayed at a hotel where all the staff were so nice. Any request made, they were willing to accommodate with a smile and it was no bother. The staff all deserve raises! They also have a shuttle to and from the Lagoon, all you have to do is text and they are there to pick you up in 10 minutes. They are also dog friendly.

Honestly, best hotel experience I've ever had, stayed here for 4 nights, and the staff were all beyond helpful. They even took good care of me when I was going through severe tooth pain along with recovery getting a wisdom tooth removed throughout my stay. They also helped me learn how to use doordash because I've never used it before, along with helping pick something I could actually eat after the tooth procedure.

Because of the holidays, I assume, the place was well booked. I was looking for a room last minute so that's my fault and why I had to take a room with 1 king bed and 1 pull-out sofa bed for my teenager. She said that the mattress was very thin and she used the extra blanket to add to the thickness of the mattress since she had brought her own blanket to use on top. Other than that, out stay was short, but very comfortable. They had a very good ice maker on our floor and the breakfast was enjoyed by all of us. I appreciated the luggage carriers that were always available.

After I stated I needed a late check out in the morning and was going to miss the breakfast buffet I was surprised when I was checking out that they had a nice to go bag for me, so I would not have to stop somewhere at a store. It had some water fruit and granola bar. That was super kind and above extra service... cookies were empty at noon .... would have like one with coffee 😁

Everyone made our stay feel like home! Breakfast has plenty of options for everyone to enjoy. Rooms were clean. LOVE the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies - even tho I cant have sugar - still enjoyed them! And this is close Lagoon!

We came for two nights, chose this hotel for it's convenient location next to Lagoon. Wonderful, friendly staff. The breakfast was good, my kids love the waffle making station. Rooms are clean and just what we needed, we are a family of 6, ages 12, 10, 4 and 2. We usually camp at the Lagoon campground when we come, but went with a hotel this time because we also came from NV to look at a boat and go to Lagoon. Definitely will be staying here whenever we decide not to camp.

I was very impressed with my stay at the Hampton Inn in Farmington. The front desk receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming. The hotel was clean and quiet. We loved having an indoor pool and used it three times during our one day stay. 😁 The beds were firm, but comfortable. Parking was very conveniently located. In the morning we enjoyed the hot breakfast with eggs, fruit, waffles, whipped cream, bagels, muffins, toast, sausage, juice, and hot chocolate. It met our needs perfectly!

Quick overnight stop after arriving late from the airport before heading home. Hotel was clean, late night staff was nice and helpful, making our check-in quick and easy. Room and beds were small for families of 4. The beds were pretty comfortable though! Shower/tub was also small. Free breakfast items available were decent.

I stayed over a weekend as I was instructing a course nearby. The resort is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful; customer service is exceptional. I stayed in a non-smoking king bedroom. It was spacious and equipped with a fridge, microwave, desk, full length mirror, spacious bathroom (including a large shower...as opposed to a tub shower combo). Im not sure the room was completely cleaned before I arrived (thus the 4 stars) as I found a pair of socks on the floor in front of the desk. Also, bring ear plugs because the walls are paper thin. I could hear every nearby conversation and elephant steps above me. I would absolutely stay here again. The entire facility is very well maintained and homey.

Beds were comfortable and great pillows. Rooms are pretty small but were nice and clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and we were pleasantly surprised with that. The workers were stocking breakfast quickly and keeping it fresh and clean the whole time. The front desk was kind as well. The noise though was ridiculous! Unfortunately my kids and I didn’t get to sleep until after 130am which makes is miserable when you going somewhere fun the next day. I did tell the front desk around 1030pm but nothing changed. It was frustrating. The walls are SO thin and so are the floors. You can hear if people drop anything on the floor, walk, run, laugh, cough, on and on and on. It would be nice if they would enforce a quiet time.

My wife and I thought this place was great! They had hot coffee throughout the day. The staff was awesome and the rooms were clean. The beds were a little on the soft side for me but very comfortable. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal, orange juice, milk. The only thing missing was biscuits and gravy but other than that, awesome! We'll be needing to return to this area and will definitely use this Hampton Inn.

Called in a reservation for a room with two beds. When I got to the room it had one. Asked for a room away and they were out. Asked for the appropriate room and they were out. The suggestion was made I could lay a blanket or comforter on the floor and use that as a second bed. Maybe a little more effort to work something out would go further with guests.

My room was large, clean and had a great desk area for my laptop. Breakfast was really good. Omelettes, pancakes fruit. Location was a plus. On the main artery and close to a mall. EV charging for my Tesla

This Hotel is so clean and comfortable. Best nights sleep we had in a week of traveling. All the employees were so friendly and kind. Reasonable pricing and we will be back.

After driving for the last week, we needed a good night's sleep and a solid hotel experience. When we arrived, Lisa greeted us with such happiness and helpfulness that it was contagious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was solid, and the parking lot was well lit and covered by security cameras. Overall, great choice. We will be staying here whenever we visit Salt Lake in the future.

After driving 12+ hours today across the country we stopped for some dinner and shut eye at this Hampton inn. We were met with such wonderful service, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Our visit was exceptionally wonder because of Kendra who showed us how important her guests really are to her. I would stay here every time I come to this town. Highly recommended!

The hotel & staff were wonderful, extremely helpful. When I called back to check about an expensive water bottle that I was missing, they checked the room and with housekeeping while they kept me on the phone. The hotel is well kept, the rooms & bedding fresh & clean. You are within walking distance of Lagoon. My only complaint was that breakfast was not a high point, my omelet was tasteless & the sausages were greasy & felt like lead in my stomach until 7pm that night. Other than breakfast, it was a delightful 2 days!
