Overall
it
is
a
clean
nice
hotel.
My
room
was
spotless.
It’s
hard
to
find
parking
near
the
hotel
entrance.
The
front
desk
staff
was
so
rude.
We
checked
in
on
Friday
July
29th.
She
was
so
unfriendly.
We
asked
if
we
could
have
rooms
together
and
she
put
us
at
opposite
sides
of
the
hotel.
Not
even
the
same
hallway.
She
acted
put
out
that
we
even
asked.
Didn’t
give
us
any
information
about
the
hotel
or
anything
she
asked
“did
you
want
the
complimentary
breakfast?”
We
said
yes.
She
said
we
had
to
give
her
a
time
to
come
eat.
Like
she
implied
we
wouldn’t
get
breakfast
if
we
didn’t
give
a
time.
Honestly
that’s
terrible
customer
service.
I’m
there
for
vacation
and
relaxing
I’m
not
there
to
show
up
for
breakfast
at
7am
sharp.
The
coffee
had
floaters
in
it?
Don’t
know
why…
everytime
I
walked
in
the
lobby
a
ton
of
young
people
were
standing
laughing
and
drinking
at
the
front
desk.
Just
kind
of
unprofessional
like
the
hotel
is
being
ran
by
high
school
kids.
So
that’s
about
how
the
experience
went.
Honestly
I’ll
just
stay
at
the
Hampton
across
the
highway
next
time
this
wasn’t
worth
the
extra
cost.
