This place is supposed to be an "upscale" restaurant yet the quality of their food and cleanliness is lacking. It's upsetting and customers deserve better. Came on a Sunday night with my family. Right when you walk in, there was serving trays on the floor by the hostess area which was an eye sore. There's trash like candy wrappers and food crumbs around our table. I watched staff walked around and not one person noticed food on the floor to pick it up. Crazy!!! Food was very disappointing. They served my 3 yr old son RAW chicken tenders. Server took it back and 10 minutes later he came back with rock hard over-cooked tenders. Our server was very apologetic and embarrassed but it wasn't his fault. Finally they got it right the third time but I told the server I didn't want to pay for it so he took it off the bill. The FRIED CALAMARI was bland and the garlic aioli for dipping tasted like plain mayo. My PEAR and ROASTED BEETS SALAD had few pieces of beets. Where's the beets? The only good thing about our experience was the alcoholic drinks. Cocktails were great! Other than that, it's not worth spending money in this restaurant.

We love Twigs! Great atmosphere, for a couple on a date or for a group setting. The 14oz ribeye is wonderful and it was cooked to my liking. Every time we go to twigs we try a different appetizer. Never a disappointment.

Twigs is fun, tasty food, and attentive service. I had a turkey bacon avocado sandwich with a side Caesar salad and my husband had the small salmon. Everything was delicious. Fun atmosphere and just a go to place to eat. Always lively and fun. Thumbs up for sure.

Twigs is a good spot to enjoy food and drinks. Usually, we go there and get some drinks and some apps. Service has always been friendly and helpful, even on their busy nights. We got a few drinks which all were satisfactory and some apps while waiting for our movie. All the food was good, only thing to speak on was the calamari. The calamari was good but the breading was lacking. I have had calamari at this place numerous times and over the years I’m noticing less breading and crunch and more chewy consistency. The flavors are very good but the crunch and texture that comes with the breading for me is always the high point of the dish. Especially when you drip lemon on the dish, the breading helps hold in the acidic flavor. I would definitely recommend and we will be back for sure. Thank you to our waiter Kyle, he fixed one of our meals that was incorrect and didn’t charge us for the troubles! Enjoy!

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got MOROCCAN BEEF as the appetizer and we added prawns. It was full of flavor, maybe too much seasoning for my wife and I. I had the Grilled Ribeye it was amazing cooked the way I asked and well seasoned. My wife had the grilled coulotte. She ordered it medium rare and it was a little raw for her but it was well seasoned, it was topped with gorgonzola fondue not her favorite but what she asked for. I got the cheesecake and it tasted good, strange texture but good. We tried drunken donuts they were good.

Incredible flavors!! Amazing service (Thanks again, Kyle!) and the atmosphere was just welcoming yet very posh. Appreciate that there was no crying children. The decor is very modern, an open fireplace kept the whole floor warm despite the cold chill each time the doors opened. Our drinks were awesome and came quickly, as did the food; the khalua pork tacos were the best way to start! My husband really enjoyed the"old smokey" drink and I fell in love with the mango pomegranate cocktail. He choose the Kraken while I took the recommendation of our amazing server and ordered the coulette steak - BOTH WERE FANTASTIC!! We stuffed ourselves to finish with the drunken donuts, the amaretto sauce was the best!! We will for sure come again, and again, and again until we've tried everything lol

We had an amazing time here and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Their drink options are great and drinks/food took a reasonable amount of time. I was impressed with the salad I ordered (makes me feel like all of their salads are top quality), and the flatbread we got as an appetizer was also amazing. We spent a solid amount on their steak and it was good, but for the price we expected more. So I would say don’t waste your order on the steak but overall great experience.

Food was great. Service was awesome, they managed our large party well. Mahi mahi tacos were seasoned perfect. Sweet potato fries were way over cooked, hard and difficult to eat.

The food here is absolutely amazing! I also typically have great service. However, my last visit, my waiter was terrible at checking on us. Our water ran out several times, and I had to stop someone else and ask for our refills. I ordered the chicken souvlaki, which was delicious, except for the pitas. WOW, were those so dry, it was the Mojave desert in my mouth. I only took one bite and left them on the plate. My waiter collected the plate and didn't even ask me if I had a problem with them. That was just weird to me. I don't know of any restaurant that takes away a full plate of food without asking if there was a problem. Lesson learned, I'll say something next time. I just expected more out of a fancy restaurant. But when you do go here, try the nachos. They are freaking huge, but are one of the best things you'll ever eat! Everything really is wonderful here. Just avoid the pitas.

Highly recommend and can’t wait to go again. We went about 6:40 on Sunday night. Wasn’t to packed. Atmosphere is great and food was wonderful. I had the shrimp tacos with pear and beet salad, absolutely tasty. The slaw with the pickled cucumbers with the shrimp was so, so good. I also had the ultimate lemon martini and appletini. Amazing! The husband had the Pesto Margarita Chicken which he said was really good. He also had a strawberry lemonade which was really good. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Defiantly recommend and can’t wait to go again.

We had 8 family members dine at Twig's thanks to the amazing manager, Zack, who took the time to make us feel so welcome and accommodate us during the very busy holiday season, he went over and above for us. We were greeted by a friendly staff. Our dining experience was wonderful. Food, drinks, atmosphere, service, exceeded all expectations. A shout out to our server Tyler, who' was fun, efficient and his attention to detail was so appreciated, especially with the restaurant completely full. We will definitely go back time and time again. Thank you Zack, Tyler and all the staff at Twig's for a very memorable evening!

Went here for an awards luncheon for my wife. The food was good. They had good flavors and reasonable portions. It has a trendy feel. I enjoyed my lamb burger, and my wife liked her fish tacos.

Love this place. Made reservations for our anniversary. We were seated immediately and waiter was Brad. He overheard us say that my wife and I wanted to split two meals so we could both try the Coulette steak and the Signature burger. He brought both out already split up for us! Manager Katie checked on us and has always provided an excellent dining experience. You can tell she really cares. Dessert was the drunken donuts and cinnamon roll bread pudding. We will be back. Thanks for the great service!

Not worth the price but not bad either. Like the pizza wasn’t anything to write home about but tasted good. Great atmosphere and location. Staff was kind and helpful!

Excellent food and excellent cocktails. It's a little pricey, but a fun spot for date night with the wife. She got the espresso martini and I got the jalapeno cilantro martini. Both were delicious. We both ended up ordering the filet served with mushroom reduction glaze over a brick of fried polenta, with chef's veggies. The wife added some shrimp and they looked great. The polenta amazingly stole the show as far as our plates were concerned. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because it's fairly loud in the restaurant, making conversations a little difficult for some who is a bit hard of hearing like myself. Would recommend.

Berry good food! Food and drinks were delicious. I had a beef shank that was tender needed a fork no knives. Service was exceptional and very friendly. We were a group of 8 that was handle with ease. All the food around the table was well done. Overall a place that a good place to go. Trust me I will be going back!

Delicious! Made a reservation online through Google on a Friday night and didn't have to wait at all. Staff were helpful and friendly. We were seated immediately. We ordered the pork belly and fish and chips. The fish was amazing. So delicious! Our waitress was very friendly and refilled our sodas on time. Additional notes: located inside mall area.

Great spot for a girl's night out! We tried all the mojitos (coconut was the best one, grass skirt, & black cherry) which were delicious, and their espresso martini was the perfect sweetness! Crab cake appetizer and their steak was to die for!! 😍 Salmon a little saltier/overcooked than I'd prefer but still delicious and well-presented. Donuts very tasty. We had excellent service from Mateo who was attentive even on a busy night and kept the jokes coming! :)

Stopped for lunch and got the nachos with chicken. Big serving and tasty, but the jalapeños were not spicy. Will be back to try other options that looked yummy. Nice little happy hr food menu also.

Our server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. She recommended the chicken Parmesan, which was pretty good. I remember liking what I had the last time I came, but the price is pretty high. I’ll have to come back for dinner sometime to see if the evening experience is worth the extra $$$.

We usually go to the Elements Restaurant every year for Mother's Day, but we have heard great thing about Twigs and we have also been here for lunch and dinner before, and it has always been great. My review is based on just the Mother's Day brunch. Definitely not the best pairing. Everything on the plate had its own flavor, and it was hard to see a theme. The choice of food did not pair well together. The flavors tasted almost as if they came up with the menu at the last minute or if they were trying to mimic a buffet style menu and just threw what they could onto the plate. The food was cold (lukewarm at best), which made the beef very rubbery, hard to cut, and parts of it were not cooked all the way(RAW). The salmon was overcooked and dry. The eggs were very dry, and the potatoes were hard and cut a little too small for my taste. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and if it was our first time coming here. We would not return. However, despite the brunch menu not pairing well, our server Ben was awesome and did such a great job. The atmosphere was great. We even had our hostess double stack our baby chair so that my baby could reach the table height (THANK YOU). We will definitely be back here, just not for Mother's Day.
