We
usually
go
to
the
Elements
Restaurant
every
year
for
Mother's
Day,
but
we
have
heard
great
thing
about
Twigs
and
we
have
also
been
here
for
lunch
and
dinner
before,
and
it
has
always
been
great.
My
review
is
based
on
just
the
Mother's
Day
brunch.
Definitely
not
the
best
pairing.
Everything
on
the
plate
had
its
own
flavor,
and
it
was
hard
to
see
a
theme.
The
choice
of
food
did
not
pair
well
together.
The
flavors
tasted
almost
as
if
they
came
up
with
the
menu
at
the
last
minute
or
if
they
were
trying
to
mimic
a
buffet
style
menu
and
just
threw
what
they
could
onto
the
plate.
The
food
was
cold
(lukewarm
at
best),
which
made
the
beef
very
rubbery,
hard
to
cut,
and
parts
of
it
were
not
cooked
all
the
way(RAW).
The
salmon
was
overcooked
and
dry.
The
eggs
were
very
dry,
and
the
potatoes
were
hard
and
cut
a
little
too
small
for
my
taste.
I
was
very
disappointed
with
the
quality
of
the
food
and
if
it
was
our
first
time
coming
here.
We
would
not
return.
However,
despite
the
brunch
menu
not
pairing
well,
our
server
Ben
was
awesome
and
did
such
a
great
job.
The
atmosphere
was
great.
We
even
had
our
hostess
double
stack
our
baby
chair
so
that
my
baby
could
reach
the
table
height
(THANK
YOU).
We
will
definitely
be
back
here,
just
not
for
Mother's
Day.
