Yummy, fresh. They should tidy up the carryout area. It is separate from the sit-down area and the light is really dirty out there. That being said the food was so delicious I don't even care. In addition The Waitresses could be a lot more nicer so, then I would have left a tip. I know the pictures may not look all that great but believe me it's so good.

Unbelievable. I’ve lived in Arizona for 25 years now, but I grew up around 7 mile and Schaefer in Detroit, where the original Greene’s Hamburgers was located. This place is a legend. I had a paper route (1973) and the first sign of my financial independence was to afford a Greene’s hamburger whenever I wanted one (which was often). I’ve talked about this place my whole life as being the best hamburger I ever had. I thought they were done when they left that location. How wonderful to see the tradition lives. I will be seeing you on my next visit to Detroit.

First time here and it was amazing. The food melted in my mouth. The lady's who work here are very friendly. The menu is small so it's easier to pick what you want instead of having a million choices. However, the place is small when you walk in but it's clean and cozy.

First time in over 25 years they got my order wrong! That’s the all time record. I ordered mustard, onions and pickles and no ketchup, the carry out gal even said no ketchup and I said no ketchup. I got ketchup, no mustard. Pretty good record but I’m going to let them know I couldn’t eat them. Still my all time favorite slider restaurant!! Love you gals!

Looks like your old fashioned burger joint with the barstools and counter to sit, watch your food be cooked and the wait staff at work. Then, enjoy your burgers, fries & milk shake if desired. Sadly, the food was nasty. It is not cooked where you can see it & the portions were extremely small. We were fine with small portions, since it wasn't fit to eat. The only milkshake they have is chocolate and it was not fresh made. The milkshake was more like Frozen chocolate milk than an ice cream. We were extremely disappointed.

Some of the better (greasier) sliders you can get in town. Great competition to hunter house. These burgers (in comparison to HH) seemed to have a better meat/bread ratio, a bit more flavor and better grilled onions/pickles. Definitely get your buns toasted. Onion rings were also better than HH, a lighter, maybe cheaper batter, but in all the right greasy, clog your arteries kinda ways. Not a single real complaint other than each meal is a steady murder of your arteries.

10 pm snack on a Wednesday night. Pretty tasty burger grilled with onions with the "regular" toppings added, including pickles. Crinkle cut fries were fresh. Walk up window open, along with some counter stools inside. Burgers outshine the chicken strips.

They have awesome burgers and the ladies are nice. My family and I love Greens Hamburgers and have for over 30 years and will continue for many more to come. And don't forget to tip my ladies😘

Absolute BEST sliders around. I've been going here my whole life and there is no one who does burgers better than Greenes! My family has been eating here since it opened in the 1950s. Unfortunately, not as good as I remembered. Burgers still pretty good. Would not recommend the chili cheese fries. Chili is pretty bland. Need thicker straws for the shakes (chocolate).

We were just driving by on a road trip and stopped here for lunch. It's an affordable local fast food sort of restaurant. You order at the counter and there is minimal seating but we were able to find 3 seats together. There was also a separate part of the building for takeout, with a separate entrance. We shared burgers, chicken tenders, fries and onion rings, it wasn't gourmet but felt more like real food instead of the super processed stuff at the big chain fast food restaurants. It felt like a local favorite.

Good ol original sliders, good service, friendly people.The next best place is Bates in Livonia. Like Greene's just a bit more.

I love this place! I've been coming here for years, and they never disappoint. Their burgers are some of the best you'll find around. Fries could use some salt, but I don't come for the fries. Onion rings are always well seasoned. Greene's is what Whitecastles aspires to be. If you're looking for good burgers or fish sandwiches and are in the area, stop in and give em a try.

This is the place you want to go if you're looking for good food in a regular place ( that is the charming aspect of Greene's).Even though it looks like it's a simple place to eat on the outside,the food is absolutely fantastic on the inside. From breakfast to dinner, Greene's Hamburgers is the place to go to get a good meal at a good price.

Everything you expect and more. You can watch them hand roll your hamburger right there, they don't use pre-made patties. Simple menu and fast freshly cooked food.

Very good food! The staff is very friendly but you do have to just say what you want. You gotta speak up haha. I don’t usually like chocolate milkshakes but theirs was very good! Nice and cold too. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

As a mobile notary, I am always looking for something quick to eat because I’m always on the go! The staff said it will be ready in 5 minutes and it was so I could get to my next appointment on time! The burgers are amazing!

Today I ordered 9 cheese burgers and 2 onion rings. All my onion’s was burnt on my burgers so the whole burger tasted burnt. I gave them a call to inform them and she asked me to bring them back and they will make it over, but I said no that’s ok since I stay 20 minutes away and it’s 9:30 pm, I spent a little over $35 and not once did she offer me a discount or anything on my next order. So disappointed.

Top tier sliders, everything else I ordered was fairly low quality. Even the fries were below average and tasted like fish because they use the same oil for everything. The chili is also pretty bad imo, ended up throwing it out

It is an absolute crime to go here without ordering their grilled cheese. They give you pickles with it, and it is the perfect combination. Their burger and cheeseburgers are like big sliders that are freshly cooked right in front of you, the French fries are deep fried after you order them. Everything is fresh, hot, and delicious. Prices are very reasonable! However, they do not do credit card or debit card tipping, so bring a $5 or a $10 with you so you can leave a tip!

Been going here for over 20 years and I’m always satisfied. Prices have went up a little too much for my liking so I don’t come as often but burgers are still amazing. Never understood why they don’t get a second grill to speed up the process when busy. Milkshakes are great. Chili cheese fries are great. Breakfast not so much.

7 cheeseburger, 1 fish sandwich. 25 bucks. Slider style. Great tasting burgers. They’re tasty and cooked well. The fish sandwich is crispy and tasty. I aided it with some tartar sauce. My wife and I loved them my 11 year old loved them too but she didn’t like how the onions were grilled (she’s picky). I definitely recommend the burgers and fish sandwiches from here. This is my first time back since 2014 and my wife’s first time as we moved. Taste as great as the first time!

These girls were awesome! Hard working and on the move, so polite and helpful answering questions. Manners go a long way at this place! Well worth the wait at the lunch rush!

This is a very old school burger place. Sliders and grilled onions. Burgers were exceptional if you want a classic slider. I ordered two doubles and the waitress let me know a double is just two patties combined. Be sure to bring cash to tip! Also FYI the chilli has beans, the staff will make sure you know that too.
