Great place with a wide variety of activities for the kids. The bumper cars was not operating and some other games were out of order

I experienced this location for the first time on Friday. My only complaint is the 15min time limit for the attractions. I wish it was a way zap zone can add an all day wristband. That would be nice. Other than that. Awesome spot!!

Yes!! I came here with my long term relational partner her last day of her few day visit to enjoy a "last" activity and this was literally one of the best decisions I made that day 🙌🏼 we enjoyed many of their many maany arcade games together and took photos in their photo booth which was amazing because they had different borders that we could use for our photos {I really wanted to use the vacation one but we couldn't find it and time was running out so we clicked the best and last thing we saw} Amazing customer service too and I always love the atmosphere there, I even saw a high school friend of mine there and since it was during school hours on a week day it was lit and an amazing experience to have with someone I've spent over 5 years knowing only through screens, I'm so grateful! Thank you Zap Zone for coming through clutch always 🔥 (only downfall here was their attractions weren't open but we only wanted to spend an hour and a half there so it was perfect for timing) High-key recommended ⭐

Went for my 2 year old niece Birthday party there and I enjoyed myself it took me back to my childhood with all the games they have to offer games for all ages. Highly recommend for kids indoor party you only have it for 2 hours limited. Not enough time for kids they don't want to leave. Lol. Oh and the prices are tricky make sure you read the price list.

Amazing large zap zone with a lot of games to play and several nice attractions including glow golf, bumper cars, Lazer tag, go carts, a kids ninga warrior course, zip line, and mini trampoline Park. Staff was all nice and kinda store was clean with way to many prises to chose from including several life size marvel and DC figures

Went on a Monday afternoon and we were the only people there! All of their games worked fine and the place was fairly clean. Would definitely go back to this location

Really late to writing this review but I have been going to this location for years. I've had several of my kid's birthday parties here. Everyone ALWAYS has an amazing time. You can easily spend 4-6 hours here. They have a lot of promotions depending on what day of the week you come or select days of each month. I should mention that during the week it is very slow. This is great for my family bc sometimes the kids get worked up with all the lights and sounds. So it's nice when it's emptier and my small kids aren't interrupting anyone else game or space. I like to come on Thursday night and the games are half off. It's always a great time. The staff is super nice and friendly.

Best entertainment area. I've been here once. But the best once in my life. It has lots of fun things and I earned lots of tickets. Go to it if you want to have a magical experience. It's very fun for all ages.

Tom was great. The kids really enjoyed the go carts, and Tom made it really exciting for them. Will be back soon

This place is terrible!!! Half of the games are out of order, there are no employees on the gaming floor, and the counter employees offer no assistance. I use to come to this location for everything. My youth group rented out the entire arcade for overnight events and it was great. Now, I would never recommend this location for anything. It needs a lot of work.

Great place. The reason for hitting 4 stars is the time for the unlimited attraction tickets is only 2 hours. It means that a child has to work like a machine in order to make an davantage of their time with no rest. It would be great if the time was extended to at least 3 hours. Otherwise, it is amazing.

We all have a great time here celebrating our nephews birthday. Grown ups,big kids and toddlers have fun in Zap zone.

We went here for a birthday party and our son had a blast! So much to do! Marcus was FABULOUS and had such a good attitude!!! He made EVERY kid feel like he was excited they were coming to his section. He was also super helpful when my group had questions. Marcus definitely takes pride in his work!

First and last time to Zap Zone. To begin, it is very overpriced-we purchased a "deal" of a bundle with attractions and arcade tickets on one card ...$130 total for 4 cards. We do a few arcade games first, which was fine aside from the fact that they cost a lot of tokens to play. Then we head over to the attractions and are told there is a time limit of only TEN minutes!! NOT even 15, as I see in the other reviews. Just 10!! 10 minutes for the trampoline AND the Ninja course! What a rip off! The worst was yet to come, however. My son did a lap in the go cart center but apparently the cars move faster the better you drive. We did not realize this and he couldn't control the car and bumped into a wall after the first lap. The teenage attendant yelled at my son and reduced him to tears! What a miserable experience! We didn't pay over $100 to get yelled at! I took my kids and left. NEVER AGAIN!!!

My family visited Zap Zone for our youngest's birthday. The staff were all very kind and kept the place very clean. We all enjoyed the bumper cars and laser tag a lot. The kids loved the trampoline section as well. Definitely something for everyone here.

We had so much fun at my sons birthday! The only issue was the kids kept losing their cards. The parents left so no one was available to help keep track of them. Only thing I would change is maybe it becomes a bracelet/wrist band. The staff was so KIND, FRIENDLY, and understanding and still let our guests participate. 100 percent recommend.

Lots of things to do for all ages. My kids had a blast. They want to come again for a whole day 👍

We did a Friday night party for my son, and there was no party host as we were promised. Therefore, the short staffed front of house was made to take care of the party, and truly there wasn't really anyone there helping us, and we were having to wait and ask for everything. It took so long to check us in that guests were already there, and we were escorted to set up after the party was supposed to have started. We received our drinks and pizza over an hour into a two hour party. The birthday boy was not given his surprises that were included in the price of the party. I'm not even sure the staff was aware of all that a party entailed. There was no way for the front of house staff to be able to take care of us appropriately as they were constantly busy taking care of the rest of the business. We cleaned up the party ourselves and left. My son had a good time despite it, and the food was better than expected. But other than that, this was our sons first ever "party" and we were left disappointed by the whole experience.

My son's birthday party was a hit! The staff was helpful and friendly, it seemed very clean and all the games were working well. Alex took the time to help my 4 young daughters pick out their prizes from the ticket counter (VERY PATIENT WITH THEM😅) Thanks Zap Zone! We will see you next year 😁

Want to give a shout out to Tom and Tommy. Both were so nice, polite, generous, and so much more. They both made our experience very pleasant especially Tom. Our group especially my dad really enjoyed talking with him. Will always come back to this location. Bonus if either one are here. Thank you so much!

Eh, not much cheaper than Dave and Busters but they DO have more options with games and attractions. For a family of 3, we spent a little over $100 for pizza, drinks and game play with no refills on drinks! We sat a table that was a bit wobbley and when my son got up, he nearly fell on the floor. Total hazard if not fixed. Staff was nice but they always seem to be be shorthanded. Overall this would be a once and a great while place to visit.

They've updated the place since I've last been here. And they have since added a great selection of games and fun things to do. The go karts are something a wide rage of ages can enjoy. The Lazer tag is another fun activity you can enjoy. As well as many other things. I would definitely recommend

I have been coming here for years. They keep expanding and improving the experience and I love bringing my kids here. I haven't tried the rage room yet, but can vouch for the rest of the attractions being fun and safe for all ages. My favorite is the foam pit/trampoline section. Wears the boys out well!

I spent a lot of money hosting my sons birthday party here, and was disappointed with whats included in the “package”. It was very confusing trying to explain to our guests what they were allowed to play. Although the “attractions” are unlimited for two hours, my daughter was too short to partake in several of them, including bumper cars and the trampoline park. Furthermore, I encountered the rudest employee possible at the prize counter, who would not let me purchase a lollipop for my daughter because she didn’t have enough tickets. I will definitely not be going back.

My daughter had a great birthday outing here. I hate that you can only have cake if you pay for a bday party room, but it was okay...we managed. My daughter and friends enjoyed the trampolines and the bumper cars and allllll the games. Nice place.

First and last experience at this Zap Zone location. I was excited and picked this location because of more attractions and a wider food selection on menu. I bought a birthday package for my child online. After my arrival and paying for the party which was 15-20 minutes prior to party time, I was directed to the room I was using for the party. A staff member stated that she just cleaned the room, however when I walked into the room the floor was very sticky and the tables were visibly dirty and stained. When I asked the staff if she could clean the room and wipe tables down staff got an attitude and made a smart remark about cleaning. I went back to party stand and requested to speak to a supervisor who came to clean the room. Throughout the party no staff was tending to the room other than the deliver of the food and drinks. I personally had to keep going back and forth to the party stand to request refills and get more plates,etc. The information on how attractions were explained for a party was not the case and confusing for the kids. For the money paid for a party package and the services provided is very poor. I will not return to this location nor will I advise to book a birthday party package at this Zap Zone location. .

Had to come here last min for my daughter birthday and this place accommodated very well. I was able to book a private room for 50 bucks for 4 hours and they gave me free plates and utensils for our birthday cake. The game play was affordable. And the guy at the register went above and beyond customer service and made sure my party had everything we needed. Will be the location I come back to every time.
