Arrived at 7pm; 20 people + in the lobby waiting to check in, only one person working. Managed to check in after 40 min but room was not ready. No house keeping available. Room ready at 21.20, almost two and half hours after we arrived. Never again.

Because you’re Irish accuse you of proven food in the nighttime is very very rude I asked to speak to the manager of the hotel and he told me no because I was Irish. The people in this hotel is very reckless. The staff is very racist against Irish people

Really nice hotel. Clean and modern rooms, with coffee and water ready for you in the rooms. We had one night overlay before heading to the airport, and we got our car stored in the garage, and got transported to the airport next morning by their shuttle. You can have food delivered from all sorts of restaurants near by, by using the hotel app. 👍 An absolute recommend.

They no longer provide a shuttle service to the airport and back, something which had always been included. Around 15 euro to make the trip in one direction. No more coffee provided in rooms. Cleaning happens once every 3 days. Reception staff are loud, obnoxious and unprofessional. Keep this all in mind when booking.

The hotel is pretty fine and well maintained. Good cozy atmosphere inside the campus area. The service is little bit weird because at 6.30am the receptionist people fighting and shouting with eachother that to front of the guest. I have never seen this kind of behaviour in any level of hotel. The location of hotel is also bit hard for those people who prefer to travel with local transport. The room and other facilities are good.

Great place, excellent rooms, silence at night, outstanding breakfast at reasonable price. When booking early enough, decent room rates.

Breakfast is top. The hotel and the rooms are very beautyfull. The biggest problem i had is the smell of the pillows , duvet and the towel had a very strong chemical smell. On my pillow was a long hair as well.

Very modern, clean and excellent service. Perfect hotel for a stay near airport when flying early in the morning. Even though we did not book breakfast we were given a short breakfast bag to take away early in the morning as well as coffee and tea. Parking was for a short stay also free.

Rooms are spacious and quiet, so a good night's sleep is appreciated. The sky bar is very cozy. Wellness and Fitness areas are great. Has a shuttle service to and from the airport. The Blue Restaurant has excellent service that speak many languages. The food is excellent and the Moin Cafe is 24 hours open for service. Internet is free of charge. The room prices are very affordable. Parking is also affordable and equipped with park and fly service. The staff is multi lingual. For overnight stay or longstay this hotel is a must.

Very bad food. They offered potato pure, and it was a liquid chemical mix. In a hotel of this size, this is unacceptable. Also in general too cold inside the working rooms and restaurant. I would not recommend it for workshops or for eating

During the stay, there was a technical problem in one elevator which was attended by half of the Hamburg fire department and we were forced by the staff to wait for hours in the rain for no reason. In addition, the people at the reception are very unresponsive, unpleasant, have difficulties with everything, constantly make mistakes, and do not speak English. Very bad experience!

Close to the airport and within reach of public transportation, friendly staff. Only negative comment about service is I was offered a space to put my coat first morning during breakfast by a very nice lady that opened a closet for me to hang it, next morning I went straight to the same closet to hang my coat and a really rude short hair blonde lady told me to get away from the closet, tried to explain to her this was offered to me the previous morning but she did not even listen and proceeded to fully close the part of the bar where the closet was. Very rude.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds. Would be 5 stars if it was possible to reach someone at the hotel before we arrived. Only way to contact them is by phone and no one picks up. We tried to call approximately 15 times over two days before we finally got through. An email address or social media account would be great. Free street parking in front of the hotel including two charging stations. Hotel also offers parking for a fee.

Number one choice if you need to stay close to the airport. If you'd like to see the city, you're a bit far out. Great rooms and great staff.

Impossible to communicate and set the shuttle. Tried phone, email, Instagram and booking. Also no way of doing through booking at moment of reservation. Mediocre breakfast, fake scrambled eggs powder mix and bad coffee. Rooms are ok.

Start with the positives as there is only one. The rooms were nice. Cons. Very unprofessional staff. Bar at the top with the view of the airport was closed as they rented it out for a privet party and the only reason we went there was because of the bar. Restaurant had very limited many. No draft beer!!!

Very nice rooms, and good feeling in all. Nice view on airplanes taking off and didn't disturb at all. Nice little rooftop spa with gym altho there could've more gym equipment added. Well worth the price!

One night in a family room at at good price; nice beads and good pillows (important 😊), quiet for a good nights sleep, fine breakfast. Professional and accommodating staff. Very little noise from airplane take off. I’ll be returning.

Nice hotel located just close to the airport and many public transportations which I think are one of the best in the world and very easy to use, the rooms are very convenient with everything you might need except for a coffee machine. The staff are very helpful my room air conditioner broke at midnight and they simply reallocated me in another room. If the breakfast could have been better with more choices it would be perfect. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport is also cheaper than taking a taxi and the bus driver is a very helpful guy
