The five stars are for Gabriel from Minas G 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 he has an excellent customer service. He is an asset to this restaurant. We were very very unhappy by sitting at the end of the restaurant where the meat wasn’t reaching our table because the big tables with large groups was getting everything first. The bold manager was just looking around and no action, but when he did act they blame on the waitress and not themselves. The manager should be observing to ensure all tables are served and have a better attitude. At the end after complaining we got a great service. We enjoyed the food and the service after all.

Great meat place close to Faro’s marina and city center. It has really exceptional internet and the atmosphere of the building. It offers inside and terrace tables. I suggest you sit inside. Disadvantages of outside sitting is that you get 20%extra charge and from what I saw it takes really a lot of time to serve tables in the terrace. You will probably wait quite long to get menu and food. It can be also quite cold in the evening. Restaurant offers all you can eat options for grilled meat, big dishes for 1-2 people of meat and seafood and another meat specialties. We really enjoyed the food as well as drinks. They offer great variety of wines, beers and cocktails. Unfortunately big disadvantage of this restaurant is service. Waitress was very unorganized. They didn’t change our tables. We had plenty of used glasses and plates on the table. When we asked to add more food from the bowl, waitress took out a our plates at once even with food we didn’t finish. There is experience manager in the restaurant but most of the staff are students. Our waitress could even suggest a glass of wine for me while they only have a choice of two. Service is definitely not at the level you would expect from the lace like this. In general we enjoyed the evening but had a mixed feeling. The food is great but you really need to manage service. If you tell them all the time what you want, they will do it. Otherwise service is not organized and not educated properly how to serve food in such restaurants.

Came to this restaurant because most of the restaurants are closed on Monday around this area . Choose something to eat , but I was advised not to do so from one of the female staff because it will take a long time to be done in the evening time . We ended up choosing something else , like the breast chicken .It was a disaster, no flavour , hard to chew , and we had to ask for extra seasoning. We paid €70 for 3 breast chicken and sangria for 3 people. The sangria was terrible , with no alcohol, no taste , and terrible. The place is very modern but pricey. It was a waste of money.

I did love the place, they are pet friendly so they did allow me to be with my little dog. The stuff is very attentive and nice. And of course the food good with amazing taste and big portions. It was very cheap as well. Will come back for sure

Loved this restaurant, the steak was fabulous (I had the sirloin, cooked to perfection), but had pangs of jealousy seeing the meat carved at the tables of others. Staff were brilliant, and the place has a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended if you love your meat!

Great friendly Staff Centraly located next to the center of the city and within walking distance from the port. Highly recomnend to try the rotisery stile steak " Rodiso " thank you farncisco de pop for the great service and the great food.

I cannot say less than summary my experience there as "Pleasent". The atmosphere, service, food and prices were cream of the crop! All this combined was the formula of the success. I highly recommend and wish this restaurant get the best reputation they deserve. If you ever visit Faro don't waste your time looking for another restaurant in town, just go straightway to this one.

This is now called Sabores Do Churrasco and is a Brazilian meat and pizza venue. We went for the all you can eat option which we did not regret at all. It's possibly not to everyone's preference the way they do it but we enjoyed it. The staff came around every few minutes with a different dish and hand carved / served meat on to your plate if you wanted some. Nearly all meat but there was also pineapple with cinnamon. And you had dishes of rice, black beans and chips on your table throughout to pick on if you wanted. I enjoyed literally every single dish, the steak with garlic was a little chewy but then some people might like it like that. I definitely recommend. Beer choice limited to superbock varieties

Went there to eat dinner with my mates as it was my last day visiting Faro. The food was very nice but the customer service was poor, only the waiter was nice there, we were the only people of color at the restaurant eating and the treatment was not it! Felt very uncomfortable by how everything was going, so we finished our meal and left.

If you are in Faro do not hesitate to come here. The waiters are incredibly nice and smiling. The food is to die for and the wine at the top. It is the only restaurant in which I felt at home or even better: on holiday. Thank you Sabores do churrasco !

They were very polite. However, the food was not up to what we expected. The picanha was cooked well done when we asked for medium rare. Beyond the cooking, the slim slices of steak we got didn’t really taste like quality meat they advertise. I was disappointed.

Premium Lunch Rodizio was great, good value with a nice selection of meats being brought frequently. Desserts were ok.

We ordered a medium fillet and we got it well done. They changed it after telling them. They also charged us extra for bread and olives which they presented to us in the beginning of dinner. Instead of baked potatoes they also served us with cheap fried chips. The staff however was friendly and helpful

Meal was delicious, the desserts were even better. Most of the staff was nice and polite, but this one waiter was extremely rude initially ignoring our request to see the wine menu again after they didnt have the bottle we wanted and instead insisted we try one of the house ones. We had to try it just so we could get another look at the list. Finally with the list in hand, the waiter kept giving opinions on which wine we should order instead of giving us time to make our own decision. After that the man completely ignored my table, and all my requests had to go to everybody else on the floor. The guy also pretended he didn't hear me saying "thank you" on my way out. Tap water was charged.

This place is definitely worth a visit if you’re a carnivore!! The meat just keeps coming round, and all the sides are delicious (opted for the Premium option). Well worth the money and the service is fantastic. Make sure you are hungry!!!

I never had such a bad (extremely bad) piece of meat (t-bone) in my life! Full of hard cartilage that can not be chewed... and very, very expensive. Waiters are annoying and useless. Great atmosphere but the meat is beyond criticism...

I was well received by the entire staff, all the meats were very well prepared and delicious! Very affordable prices! I definitely recommend it! The atmosphere is very good, clean place and very well decorated!

The atmosphere is beautiful. I ordered the pork meat and shrimp cataplana for 2. It was just ok. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered a sangria and was brought an entire pitcher of sangria, which I had not ordered. We let her know we meant a glass, but did not ask to send it back. If you order this you need to specify a glass. I would not recommend or go back. A bit pricey for what we got.

Highly recommended for anyone wanting to try a wide variety of meats. The meat scewers were delicious and endless. Service from all personnel was unmatched. And the price was extremely fair. Will definitely eat there again if we ever make it back to Faro!

This restaurant boasts a great atmosphere, spotless cleanliness, and fair prices. Generous portions, tasty food and a spacious layout add to the positive experience. The only downside was an unsolicited paid starter, not mentioned unless inquired about.

The food and desserts earned one star each for their quality. Unfortunately, the overall experience suffered due to a lack of attentive service. Despite our efforts to communicate in a language other than Portuguese, the waitstaff and manager seemed indifferent, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and out of place throughout the evening. It wasn't a language barrier issue; rather, it felt like a lack of commitment and patience to provide a welcoming experience for every customer. Ironically, even the boatman by Porta Nova, who spoke zero English beyond Portuguese, demonstrated more willingness to help than the entire staff of this restaurant.

This restaurant is simply a JOKE. Entered at 8:30 pm (they officially close at 23) and a waiter was about to let me in when another one came and told me the kitchen was closed. So he knew and his colleague did not? These people are full of ***. Never even trying to go back again...

Very bad service where you will get to experience a rodízio where you pay NOT to be served! They wont serve you any food its a rip off Called their waiters... called their manager all what they care about is to send you their bill

Amazing experience and great food! We got there right at 7pm and got lucky because we didn’t have a reservation! They squeezed us in! The only thing was service slowed down at the end! Waited a while for our check. Not sure if that’s our “American” expectation.

Good place to go for steaks, i recommend doing the Rodizio which is like all you can eat barbecue. Service was fast and staff were kind. Price is what you'd expect in a place like this.

Very expensive meat not cooked properly the said it was medium cooked steak mine had horns on and could have walked of the plate it was that raw. If you love blue steak this is the place for you.

The service was horrible. Waited 30 minutes to get seated and then 1 hour until someone came to the table.

The food is fantastic. Last night was our forth time visiting this place in the past month or so. I only gave it 3 stars with this review though because of the service. Maybe they were just having an off night last night because previously the service has been fantastic. But last night there was a fly at the bottom of our Sangria and we had to send it back. Also they were bringing out meats after we had eaten for a while and not stopping at our table. I was waiting for the Garlic Picahna and the lamb ribs and they never came. We ordered a bottle of red wine to have with the meat and several selections on their menu they were out of. When we finally settled on a bottle it was brought out in an ice bucket because it was not from their wine cooler. Because it was still around 30 degrees outside needless to say it took 1/2 an hour in the ice before it was chilled sufficiently to 16 degrees before we could drink. It basically became desert. We asked for mustard and the server kept forgetting, also with the wine she kept forgetting, she would disappear for long stretches and we could not get anyone's attention to get the bill at the end of the night. I am really hoping that this experience was a fluke and it won't happen again, as we really do love this place.
