It was an amazing experience! Normally I sleep in Hotels, but now I am totally convinced! A perfect spot to stay in Faro!

Affordable hostel for a solo traveller in the city center..

This is a well-maintained, friendly and small hostel located in a quiet but still central part of Faro. The two girls at the reception are really friendly, the kitchen is spacious and there is a great rooftop terrace for sunbathing and sharing a beer. The showers are clean and the overall atmosphere is much more mature and calm than your average youth hostel. On the minus side, as it is quite small, it can be annoying to hear people going up and down the stairs or in and out of the bathroom at night when you're trying to sleep.

I was falling in love with this place! But staff fool me! Girls told that come up to my friends and I for one glass of vine, but they didn't! It was so pity( :)

I can understand having electric problems but does that mean we pay FULL PRICE for no hot water (so cold showers), not having access to our room, hammering until late, our food getting warm in a fridge that's been off all night and no hot coffee in the morning? The host should have offered a discount, all we got was a bed and toilet not all the other amenities listed. Think before you book!
