This is our typical BJS/Costco/Restaurant depot, you have to have their membership card to purchase from this store. I saw that seafood and meat aren’t really a good deal, but you save a lot in alcohol specially wines. You will find Safari(liquor), Tawny (Red Wine) here.

Shame on Metro/Makro who continue to choose money over human life. Metro/Makro has NO plans to pull out of the Russian markets, instead they want to continue making profits while innocent people are dying in Ukraine. SHAME ON YOU FOR YOUR SOULLESS GREED! I urge everyone to support their local stores instead of giving money to an irresponsible corporate giant.

A great place to buy bulk items and other essentials. Makro is the closest thing Portugal has to a Costco or Sam's Club. They have really great prices on meats, cheese, wine and produce. They also have clean bathrooms.

Terrific selection of food and equipment oriented towards restaurant and accommodation providers. Not necessarily price competitive but always worth checking out for hard to find items. Worth a visit.

Was not able to get in, as we didn't have a Makro card. In South Africa Makro issue a one day visit card. Different countries, different rules apply.
