Nice shops. And a wide choice of food options

Not a huge shop, but an excellent range of tech and accessories. If you're stuck for Apple brand accessories, for charging, MacBook, iPad and iPhone, they have them all. Also, good range of Samsung phones, including foldable and accessories. Surprisingly, also a really extensive range of hi-quality mics for podcasting, as well as a good iRig and digital music section. There's also stationery, vinyl records and lots of books, in Portuguese but a decent range in English also. Well worth a browse, even if you're not looking for something specific.

Custumer sevice is one of the worst, if you wanna buy mostly they dont have the items available and dont even give you the option to be ordered online and delivered in store. If you return an item they will find a way of never giving your money back instead a car for you to spend the money in store . I don´t trust this shop neither the way it works took then 30 minutes to analise if the product had been used (wich was not ) and them told me it was used and i had to keep it. After calling the manager she solved it easely but gave me a card with the same amount to spend in store as you can imagine after a full hour in i dont think i would wanna buy anything else from this place and in the meantime laughing in my face was not pleasant. My coation comes from all this ( Lack of stock and no options for buying presented) ( custumer service only helpfull when the manager is caller and no option of cash back).

A big shopping mall in Faro, Portugal. Very clean, full COVID 19 prevention measures and a very nice big food court with dishes from around the world.

Bought a brand new Samsung Mobile. Once home open the box the mobile wouldn’t switch on or charge. So returned it to the store they refused to refund or exchange the mobile because I had opened the box haha! only solution was to return it to Samsung to investigate the problem. Received notification 10 days later mobile ready for collection. ... IT HAD BEEN REPAIRED! Said i didn’t want a brand new mobile that had already needed a repair only to be told I had a 2 year guarantee for faults 😡 Said I would prefer to purchase a more expensive mobile today and pay the difference. Only to to be told this is not FNAC Policy. FNAC need to move into the 21st century and offer a better customer service!! I NOW HAVE PAID FULL PRICE FOR A BRAND NEW MOBILE WHICH IS RECONDITIONED..... Would not recommend FNAC to anyone!! 2 days after posting this review..FNAC contacted me and it has now been resolved satisfactorily in my favour. It’s a Shame I had to post this review though..Thank you FNAC

Don't send your equipements to repair there. I sent my camera 2 weeks ago. They told me I will get a quote in 1-2 weeks. I said "what? two weeks is long ?!". Fnac girl: No, 1 week should be fine. Today (2 weeks later), still no quote, I called to get update they said: "It is not under warranty we can't give you any timeline. Even for product under warranty it can take up to 30 days to get an quote. " I need my camera to work, would I send it to you if a knew it can take more than a month to just get a quote ? NO You are proposing to send it back to me but what is the point you already wasted two weeks of my life.. SUCH A DISAPOINTING SERVICE !!

Wide variety of different types of products. Seeing manga was surprising. I wish there were more art supplies/stationary. I believe it would increase the traction of customers who have a big interest in art.

Good shop, I managed to get an amiibo and was cheap enough. Some switch games are a bit overpriced compared to other countries like Ireland but overall a good place

My phone had been sent to insurance and took to long to be ready. I hlgot a call to get it, went there and was not there. Instead of trying to figure out what happened, the store guy just said is not here if you want call the help line. I was flying out the next day, so I never got my phone. My mom had to go get it for me 2 days after. Terrible help from the store person.

This review is based on scalper prices for PS5. The store does have PlayStation 5 units for sale but decides to sell it on packs with scalper prices which is a surprise to me for a retail shop. They even have a paper with the packs and the price is written in with a pen so they can charge as much they want. Very shady and unprofessional like a back alley deal. Scalping should be illegal by law and it’s very unfortunate that even retail stores are supporting this. So it’s surprising they are not selling it over 1000€ because how shady it is.

Wasted an hour of my wife’s time this morning. The young guy insisted they didn’t have any iPad car holders. So she literally went round the other places, Apple shop etc, to arrive back here. A more helpful fellow pointed out that of course they had them 🤷‍♂️

Had arranged to send my phone to Apple for service. While delivering the phone to FNAC to send to Apple, the technician took it upon herself to check the phone before sending - and found the problem. Saved me sending the phone. Thanks for taking the initiative.

A good enough tech store. If you need apple accessories, i would highly recommend this as your go to store. They also have the latest phones like the Samsung z flip/fold and the M2 Macbook air. And also they sell things like e bikes even though they have limited options and other technology devices like smart Tv's.

been away since sometime... glad to see it keeps its variety if prodicts, the always appealing novalties. and off course the good environment of the shop. just found prices a bit high... well located in Faro's shopping, easily accessible by car but not far from city's center and public transport.

My friend buy manga from here and I love to read with him it's nice place to buy manga and electronic things :)

phone LCD died in the last minute !last night in Faro heading to the next motorcycle pit around Algarve on a motorcycle and we need phone for navigation and this place is a choice. Staff are helpful

Small selection. Even providing a nice selection of USB storage is not possible. When we asked someone, he suggested we order. We'll order alright... but not sure it will be at Fnac as the people selling through Fnac online usually do not support pick-up at Fnac.

It's one of my favorite places. You can find electronics, games, books, gifts, funko pop, school stuff and you will be satisfied most of the times.
