This
is
rare
that
I
comment
about
something
that
is
not
a
restaurant.
Tho
event
is
well
worth
mentioning...
As
is
the
Skipper
Nico.
As
well
as
producing
American
style
sauces,
I
am
a
consultant
to
restaurants
and
a
food
critic.
Having
traveled
in
over
36+
countries;
Restaurants
tend
to
be
good,
bad,
or
learning;
with
one
other
category
that
of
deceiving
the
customer
by
overcharging
the
customer;
by
food,
money
or
hidden
food
costs.

Our
assessments
are
true,
factual,
recent
and
with
no
frills.
The
rating
system
is
simple:
Excellent;
This
restaurant
is
superior
in
all
aspects
of
food,
presentation,
friendliness,
service,
promptness
and
open
honesty.
They
have
the
correct
tools
that
it
takes
to
get
ahead,
and
be
superior
in
their
niche
of
the
gastronome
industry.
Very
Good;
This
restaurant
is
good
in
all
aspects
of
food,
presentation,
friendliness,
service,
and
promptness.
They
have
the
correct
tools
that
it
takes
to
be
superior
in
the
gastronome
industry.
Good;
This
restaurant
is
trying
its
best
in
the
aspects
of
food,
presentation,
friendliness,
service,
and
promptness.
They
have
the
correct
tools
that
it
takes.
They
need
to
advance
and
correct
the
minor
flaws
they
make,
to
succeed
in
their
niche
of
the
gastronome
industry.
Fair;
This
restaurant
is
trying
but
not
succeeding
in
the
aspects
of
food,
presentation,
friendliness,
service,
and
promptness.
They
have
the
correct
tools
that
it
takes
to
survive,
then
need
to
use
them.
Poor;
This
restaurant
is
not
trying
in
any
aspect
of
food,
presentation,
friendliness,
service,
and
promptness.
They
have
the
correct
tools
that
it
takes
to
survive,
they
will
not
survive
in
the
gastronome
industry,
unless
they
make
changes
now…
even
now
it
may
be
too
late.
Learning;
This
restaurant
should
have
researched
what
it
takes
to
succeed
in
the
business.
The
food,
presentation,
friendliness,
service,
and
promptness,
is
important.
It
is
what
the
customer
wants
and
expects,
not
what
the
owner
of
the
restaurant
wants.
Total
loss;
This
restaurant
fails
terribly
in
all
aspects
of
food,
presentation,
friendliness,
service,
and
promptness.
They
had
the
correct
tools
that
it
takes
to
survive,
and
be
superior
in
their
niche
of
the
gastronome
industry.
They
lost
focus
and
direction;
they
forgot
about
the
quality.
They
need
to
shut
their
doors
and
get
into
a
different
business.
My
experience
at
this
restaurant:
Food:
The
restaurant
where
we
stopped
was
good
Presentation:
The
reception
for
this
boat
ride
was
pleasant
and
informative.
Friendliness:
Just
like
being
at
home.
Service:
Totally
good
Promptness:
perfect
Honesty:
Honest,
informative
and
open
attitude.
Total
rating:
Perfect,
you
have
to
try
it.
