Highly recommend the octopus with figs and the beef tartar, but the sealed scallops... omg... to die for. As a dessert we had the salted chocolate tart. So good! Give it a try, if you please! Oh and reserve your table in advance! 😁

We made a reservation and went to the place - only to find out it wasn’t even open in the first place. Very awkward and terrible hospitality. If you’re not able to organize your opening hours and according communication, the place is not worth a visit.

I have zero sense of budget when I’m on holiday, so I’ve eaten out for every meal every day in the Algarves and this is HANDS down the best place I’ve eaten. The pork cheek was my highlight. With every bite I couldn’t believe how good it was. Gorgeous service. Reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit!

We had a great last dinner here, trying out various great petiscos. The seafood was fantastic as well as the rest- shoutout to the goat cheese plate, it was phenomenal! Don't forget to try the Porto tonic, it's a revelation! We will definitely be back!

I had Peruvian ceviche as a starter additionally with some bread an olives. The dish tasted great. As main dish I had cod fish with roasted potatoes, peppers and olives and a mixed salad. The fish lacked a bit of tasted and it was quite irritating that the olives were mashed and cold. Nevertheless the dish tasted good. The waiter was quite nice and caring. Atmosphere inside is nice, the places outside in a backyard and directly next to a street, which makes sitting outside not quite attractive.

We waited 1.5 h for a little plate with pulpo and another 30 min for a porc chick and we are still waiting for desert which by ghe way there is only one kknd if cake. So, we ordered cheese from the starters list, will see when it cames. The boys, they are very nice though but...well...you dont eat that do you? Ah yes, and all that waiting time with "live" music 🙄🙄🙄a pain really

We love the tapas dishes, at reasonable prices. The grilled meat was especially lovely. Great ambience.... there is live entertainment during dinner. Wine selection was very wide and also reasonably priced.

The loveliest staff who were so sweet to me and my little dog - nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and cheerful and caring. We didn’t stay as long as I’d wanted as my pooch has a cough and is feeling under the weather so I wanted to just quickly eat and get him back home. But I had the shrimps in garlic and orange sauce which was wonderful, with a green side salad, and a good bread which came with olives and herby oil. Very reasonably priced, too. Everything was perfect. I’d go again in a heartbeat. (I didn’t take photos but it was all instagrammable!)

We arrived just after 7, we had booked and got seated quickly whilst the restaurant filled up quicktly. Although only one member of staff was working out front, he made sure everyone was dealt with in a timely fashion . Excellent steak , fabulous dessert all for less the €50

Great find, just 2 minutes from the main shopping street. Serves a nice selection of Iberian food (nice mix between Spanish and Portuguese). Must have had one of the best Bife Portugesas that I had in a while, great meat and great tasting sauce. The other dishes our group had were also perfect, all good, great atmosphere, great service, great everything. Very much worth the while if you are in the Old Town and/or the shopping streets and want to get away from the that part (as said, 2 minutes to about 6 minutes from the Old Town).
