My wife and I were staying for a long weekend. The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is outstanding, rooms are very clean and very well equipped. The food is incredible. Now the staff....wow! wow! wow! They were all so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. From front of house to the cleaning staff they were all so lovely. I think staying here will now mean anywhere else we stay will probably be a disappointment.

Occasionally a hotel comes along that is deserving of an exceptional review. This hotel surprises on the upside at every level, all the staff are wonderful, food and drinks are well prepared, I would definitely recommend trying a margarita. There is an exceptional high quality standard to the hotel in terms of decor and linen, the upstairs rooftop bar not only has the wow factor But it’s also very relaxing. The Hotel is in the city centre of Faro and it’s such a lovely area to discover. We loved it so much that we returned for the final two days of our vacation, That doesn’t happen often. It’s also so conveniently located from the airport, it’s a 10 minute journey you couldn’t wish for a better short-term or even long-term stay. We will return also give the Segway tour a go, so worth it.

Definitely the best hotel in faro. The service is just incredible and the people who work there are so kind. The infrastructure, the deco and the room are really good for the price you paid. The hotel is very well located in between the old faro town and the party faro town. My only remark concerns the sauna because it's more hot on the rooftop than in the sauna (just saying that for people who like spa). Many thanks for the stay.

Wonderful. Great location - walking distance to all the highlight spots. Clean, modern decor. Amazing, amazing staff. Friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Good breakfast. Gorgeous rooftop pool, lounges, firepits. Comfortable rooms. I don't know how you could have a bad stay here. Highly recommend, and will return when in Faro again!

Did not want to leave. Such a beautiful hotel. The staff couldn’t be kinder. Breakfast was brilliant. Amazing rooftop area - particularly at sunset. Relaxing spa downstairs. Great bar drinks also on the rooftop. Everything was beautiful in the room. My boyfriend and I would go again in a heart beat.

Very nice luxury hotel with extremely friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and lovely fresh fruit. There were nice touches in the rooms like cokes in the fridge and nice shampoo/soaps. Would stay here again if coming back to Faro.

Amazing Hotel. In the centre of Faro. Staff was great. It has a roof top bar, exceptional service. Everything was clean and up to date. Rooms were immaculate. We stayed with 3 kids, they are not allowed to be in the pool/spa after 1pm (inside pool). Best stay in Faro.

One of the best 5stars we have stayed in, there has been a few Whent with family from Canada, Excellent, service, Staff very approachable, Very clean. Food Excellent. Great location, in middle of everything. Gym fine, not massive but did job. Rooftop pool great.

Five star facilities, with 6 star staff. Modern design hotel, centrally located. We had a superior double room which was well equipped and spacious. Comprehensive inclusive breakfast, small popular rooftop pool area, good restaurant options. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Fabulous hotel! The room was gorgeous and there was a very nice spa as well and rooftop pool and bar as well. When we arrived a mistake was made in our booking, but they gave us an upgrade against a small additional fee. Worth every penny!

Really nice hotel in Faro. Best part of the Faro trip was staying in the hotel! They do turndown services which was really nice! The restaurant Habito was amazing! Some of the best food we’ve had in Portugal! The indoor spa was very nice and relaxing. The rooftop pool and views is really nice! My only negative feedback is the sun beds on the rooftop always seem to be taken by people who just leave their towels there then go out for the day. Every time we went up to the Rooftop pool, there wasn’t any sun beds available! The hotel should be better at policing people who haven’t sat on their sun beds for 30 min so other guests can enjoy it. It’s a shame we didn’t get to stay at the rooftop area much

I can’t fault this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and the facilities outstanding. To say it feels luxurious is an understatement. The staff are super attentive and helpful and the location is ideal; central yet still a peaceful oasis. Can’t recommend enough!

You can see why it's a top end hotel. The rooms alone are outstanding, but the rest of the facilities, rooftop and general feel of the place is excellent. Faro itself seemed like a bit of a dump, but nearby boat trips and this hotel made for a nice few days away. I'd only stay here if I were to return.

We had two days here at the end of our family Algarve trip. The hotel did not disappoint. Super modern, excellent rooms and service. Would recommend as a great base if you want to explore Faro. 👌

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. From check in, to breakfast and dinner and both restaurants, everything was fantastic. Our room was wonderful and very quiet at night. No on site parking and getting to the hotel for the first time was a bit confusing. Only noting that for future guest but it doesn’t take away from the overall 5* hotel! Would definitely return!

Just fab. Very friendly and well placed in the old town. Lovely rooftop pool but a little too cold for us to use at the end of October/November. Great breakfasts and cocktails in beautiful well designed surroundings.

This hotel experience puts all other hotel visits we've had into perspective. We have never experienced anything like it! Fantastically beautiful hotel where everything has clearly been thought of and where you can really feel the heart and soul of local Portuguese ownership. Fantastic service from everyone you meet at the hotel. Nice room with everything you need, nice breakfast and otherwise delicious drinks and super restaurant at the top. That at the same time they manage to accommodate a family with small children in a fantastic way where you don't feel like a burden is just the icing on the cake. We want to go back to one of 3HB's hotels in Portugal!

Rooms / bathroom smaller than expected, balcony good size but 2 small uncomfortable chairs and when asked for something more comfy answer was No ! View out was terrible and at night lots of noise from upstairs restaurant/ bar , dogs barking noise from kitchen fans. Best thing was breakfast good selection, I would not stay here again the area is quite horrible in areas and the hotel is definitely not indulgent as advertised on jet2.

We had the most relaxing week of our lives, exactly what we hoped for. The staff are very attentive and helpful, the food is fantastic, and the cocktails too! Generally, the hotel has a relaxed vibe. The rooms are nice and clean, and the shower is perfect! The gym is clean and tidy, with a decent selection of machines for lighter workouts.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Faro. We loved our hot tub room, with a huge comfy bed and amazing pillows. The Molten Brown toiletries are lovely and the room was immaculate. We stayed for my fiancé’s 30th and the staff were fabulous and set up the decorations I had brought and all wished him a happy birthday. A special shoutout to Carlos for all of his recommendations for dinner! The issue at breakfast is that I asked for poached eggs on toast but it was served on stodgy bread so I just ate the eggs on their own. Highly recommend the crepe though! Overall, it was a fabulous stay and I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Nice location in a walking precinct. But not ideal with a car, you have to self park in a nearby car park, whereas in the hotel in Lisbon they park for you, and of course there’s a daily parking charge. The hotel is modern and clean and recently refurbished. The restaurant on the 4th floor serves a good breakfast and has decent views. The level of service is mixed, the guest relations manager is proactive and helpful, whereas the reception staff, start by saying no, which is off putting, and housekeeping forgets simple requests. It takes more than a swanky new building to make for a great hotel.

The hotel is newly launched . Very morden and high quality of decoration and facility . The highlights are roof top infinity pool , the Terrance and restaurant. Also the spa although its quite small but very cozy , have everything you need sauna , Turkish bath …etc . The staffs are efficient. professional and very friendly with smiles on the face all the time . Highly recommended . Will definitely come back

I spent only one night here, but this beautiful hotel sure tempted me to stay longer! The room was beautiful, everything was clean and the rooftop with pool is flawless. The attention to details and good service here made it a wonderful stay. The Angus burger and the craft ice tea are highly recommended when you are at the rooftop bar!

The best place in the middle of faro, with a perfectly relaxing rooftop which is a perfect place to relax after a day in the city or on the beach, with nice friendly staff. The rooms are lovely and the facilities to be used are new so nothing else left for a perfect stay in Portugal.

Fabulous hotel in centre if Faro. Rooms were spacious with automated drapes and sheers. Bottles of water replenished every day together with tea and coffee. Breakfast was an excellent mixture of hot and cold buffet with coffee and tea served by very attentive waiters. Drinks were a reasonable price. Reception was really helpful and knowledgeable about area, buses and train services. I can't recommend highly enough.

I simply can't put into words how incredible this hotel is. Don't hesitate booking it...NOW! From being greeted by warm front of house staff through to room service and hospitality staff we were made to feel welcome by employees who genuinely wanted to be there and loved their job. The whole hotel is immaculate, everything from the glass balconies to the fire pit and pool and all between. Bedroom was large, spacious and well equipped with all the amenities you'd expect and more. The food - incredible, the breakfast has such a huge and fresh selection too. To summarise - this hotel sets the benchmark for all others - you won't regret it. We'll be back! 🇵🇹💛

Loved this hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Shower was great, lots of amenities. The rooftop pool is beautiful (though not heated) and it’s centrally located. The only difficult part is the temporary parking and having to go into the hotel to have them help you access their lot. The hotel breakfast is great too.

Excellent hotel with clear attention to detail, superb service, helpful staff and a clean facility. I think for the price paid and to be even more competitive, the parking could be included in the price. Also, the ironing facilities are quite poor for a hotel of this calibre. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place and would certainly stay here again!

Have just returned from a three night break with friends in this stunning hotel. Staff so professional but also very friendly special mention to reception and breakfast room servers, nothing too much trouble for them Enjoyed a lovely meal one night in the restaurant. Rooftop area was magnificent, a joy to sit and relax whilst enjoying a jug of Sangria. Bedrooms were wonderful.

Great value hotel and very convenient location. Our arrival was delayed, so we arrived very late, but the staff were extremely helpful and the whole check-in and check-out experience was very easy. They turned an unexpectedly complicated business trip into a smooth and pleasant stay. Rooms are fresh, clean and airy. Good choice for breakfast. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Beautiful Hotel. Right in the centre of Faro, a few minutes walk from the Old Town or the marina. Lots to walk around and plenty of nearby restaurants. Service and staff were impeccable and always friendly. Good rooms with a useful fridge which was restocked daily with complimentary water and cokes. Nespresso pods came every day too. Great breakfasts. Good hotel restaurants x2. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic hotel!!! Really top notch. Genuinely friendly and nice team. Room was very nice with great facilities, breakfast was superb, food at rooftop restaurant is excellent with some splendid view and pool facilities was also very nice. We stayed as family for 4 nights and it was one of the best hotel experience across the different hotels stayed on our holidays in Portugal.

This hotel is everything. It’s not a 5 star hotel, it’s 6 or 7 star because of their amazing employees. The attention to detail in the rooms, the rooftop bar, the check in process sets a new standard and the customer service focus of every single team member makes you feel welcomed at every interaction. Just got back from 2 days in Faro which my wife arranged for my 40th birthday. This hotel was top class. From the room to the hotel decor, to the spa, restaurants and roof top pool and view. All the staff were talkative and helpful from the manager to the reception and everyone else we encountered. Breakfast was top class. The room was amazing especially the bathroom! Very well finished. The bed was an actual double instead of 2 singles put together like other "luxury hotels" we have stayed in. Automatic curtains controlled from various places in the room and Nespresso coffee machine and pods.

We stopped here in August for my wife’s birthday surprise. This is a fantastic hotel in a superb position. The room was stunning, the pool was superb and we enjoyed every second we spent here. The gym was great, very clean and well equipped. My wife enjoyed a massage at the spa and actually commented that it was one of the best she has had. Breakfast was the best we have ever had, choice was superb and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Ignore comments from people saying about the planes going over, the noise isn’t that bad and at the end of the day when you book a hotel near an airport you expect it anyway, we quite enjoyed watching them and we certainly didn’t hear any during the night. Honestly this hotel is beautiful and we will certainly be returning next August !!!

This was absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in Portugal. The rooms was very nice and had futuristic design. The restaurant was amazing and very good food and drinks. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very good. I recommend this hotel!

A really nice hotel. Opened recently everything is very modern, new and in a very good shape. Only minor room for improvement: coffee served at breakfast and the mattresses were really soft but this is both personal taste

This was the best hotel I stayed in so far. The automatic blinds are a subtle yet awesome touch. The hotel is clearly modern, from its architecture to its technology. The only negative was that the TV did not have a Netflix or YouTube app. The indoor spa zone was amazing, with sauna, pressure jets, cold bucket of water and much more. The roof top pool had great views and brilliant architecture. The top restaurant and bar was great, with a lovely fire place to enjoy a whiskey next to. The pizza restaurant on the ground floor had amazing food. The salmon rolls were to die for (starter). The staff were also very nice and accommodating, including the waiters who were very fun to talk to. Thanks for the lovely stay!

5 ⭐️Definitely very welcoming staff very friendly and helpful , room amazing very modern and clean ,bed was so comfy had the best nights sleep Ive had in a long time . Yes planes pass over as stated in bad review’s but was not a problem your on a flight route and could not hear from your room . Upstairs pool and sun terrace lovely waitress /waiter service amazing so chilled ..The hotel is so central to everything lots of beautiful bar’s restaurants and shops lovely chilled vibe everywhere . Will definitely visit again soon ❤️
