I
am
traumatized
after
coming
here.
I
asked
for
long
layers
and
a
trim
to
to
the
facial
frame
I
already
had
and
had
my
hair
completely
butchered.
I
don't
recommend
this
place
at
all.
The
first
stylist
cut
one
side
so
bad
that
the
second
stylist
was
left
speechless.
I
was
then
advised
to
"let
it
grow
out"
because
thats
my
best
option.
Here's
the
e-mail
I
sent
to
their
corporation.
Still
waiting
to
hear
back.
"Hello,

to

about
the
terrible
experience
I
had
at
your
Turkey
Creek
location
at

Parkside
DriveKnoxville,

37934.
I
visited
your
location
2
days
ago
and
had
consulted
my
stylist
for
long
layers
(as
history
shows
in
the
system).
I
usually
do
a
face
frame
and
asked
that
she
trim
the
frame
by
about
2
inches
and
trim
the
full
length
of
my
hair
by
about
1.5
inches.
Your
hairstylist
was
very
inexperienced
as
she
made
many
mini
cuts
throughout
my
time
with
her
instead
of
grabbing
a
partition
of
hair
and
cutting
each
piece
in
a
single
cut.
Not
only
did
she
completely
butcher
my
hair,
she
took
about
an
entire
4
inches
on
one
side
and
gave
me
what
looks
like
a
inverted
bob.
When
she
saw
me
panic,
she
asked
“would
you
like
someone
else
to
finish
this
cut?”.
It
only
got
worse
from
there.
A
new
stylist
came
and
consulted
me
after
what
she
saw
the
other
stylist
had
done.
Your
own
employee,
was
terrified.
She
immediately
whispered
to
me
“honey
don’t
worry,
you
won’t
be
paying
for
this
cut.”
I
am
so
appalled
at
how
this
situation
was
handled
and
am
honestly
disgusted
by
how
your
employees
let
me
walk
out
of
that
salon.
Instead
of
offering
a
solution
to
fix
my
hair,
they
were
ok
with
just
not
charging
me.
I
asked
her
to
please
fix
this
because
I
will
be
in
a
big
wedding
next
week.
The
haircut
was
so
choppy
that
she
“fixed
it”
by
thinning
out
my
hair
at
the
big
chunks
and
telling
me
that
“I’m
better
off
just
letting
the
short
side
grow
out.”
Jeanne,
I
walked
out
of
your
salon
crying
with
chin
length
hair
on
one
side
and
long
hair
on
the
other
side.
This
is
absolutely
not
right.
I
am
a
medical
student
and
cannot
be
expected
to
show
up
to
my
professional
job
with
such
a
horrible
cut.
I
would
expect
more
from
your
store
or
at
least
an
apology
from
the
person
who
did
this
to
me.
She
said
not
a
word
to
me
as
I
walked
out
sobbing.
Not
only
is
my
hair
butchered,
my
$250
hair
color
that
I
just
had
done
to
my
hair
has
gone
to
waste.
Please
train
your
employees
better.
They
should
be
comfortable
telling
a
customer
that
they
cannot
perform
the
cut
they
are
asking
for
if
they
are
not
comfortable
doing
so.
At
the
least,
they
should
have
some
empathy
and
be
apologetic.
