I recently went in for my first visit with this office and can honestly say it the best experience I’ve had at a dental office. Barbara was my hygienist and she was great to work with. She did a great job of explaining everything as she was doing her tasks, and she was very thorough with everything she did. Dr. Bradshaw was great as well. He did did not make me feel rushed and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. During my time there I felt comfortable and appreciated as a customer. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years, and this was my first place back for a cleaning. I am so happy I chose Heritage Family Dentistry. The staff were all incredible, and super professional but yet personable. Dr. Bradshaw did an amazing job at explaining the issues I had, and seemed like he was was glad to be apart of my care. My hygienist listened, and showed a ton of care towards me! I’m looking forward to coming back, and I never thought I would say that about a dentist!

Great Doctor and Team Members: Dr Bradshaw has been our family dentist for several years and we are more than happy to recommend him and his team. They are the best in Farragut! When any of us have a dental emergency they do their best to get us in as quick as possible. During our appointments, not only do they address all our concerns but they all make us feel very welcome. They all go out of their way to help in any way they can with a warm smile. I am a mom with invisalign, and I have to say I am more than happy with the way my journey is going. They will complete the treatment until I am 100% satisfied with my results. Thank you Dr Bradshaw, Jennifer, Alison, Taylor, Alyssa, Claire, Kaitlyn, Barbara (I hope I didn't leave anyone out ;))

2 1/2 hour appointment for 1st visit. Boy oh boy are they thorough. I really wasn't planning on driving so far to have dental work done, but after my visit I will continue to be a patient. Doctor and staff are wonderful, facility is pristine and equipment is beyond expectations. I despise having my teeth worked on and usually have nitrous oxide, but I didn't this time. No pain, no complaints. I'm impressed from start to finish.

The staff and dentist were so welcoming. They were extremely thorough and did an excellent job at explaining why they were taking x-rays, scans, and photos. Not only did they care for my teeth, but they also made sure I felt comfortable during my cleaning by offering a warm neck pillow. They provided an excellent service and high-quality care all around!

So I am extremely apprehensive about doctors in general. I am now a patient of this office. Dr. Bradshaw and his staff are fantastic. They are very helpful and do their level headed best to make people feel at ease and make it as pleasant of an experience as they possibly can. I wish I would have found this office years ago. They performed the procedures that I needed quickly and made sure that I was comfortable and not feeling pain. Thank you Dr. Bradshaw and all the wonderful staff at this office I greatly appreciate it.

This is a wonderful practice. They got to extreme lengths to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I have had a rough past with my teeth and I so appreciate how gentle and thoughtful they are in regards to my care. I would highly recommend Heritage Family Dentistry to anyone needing excellent dental care.
