Sesoulas Bakery

Best bakery in kefalonia, we stopped there almost every day. Sadly not all the servers are nice and 1 time I'm sure I didn't receive that days bread.

I can’t recommend this enough! It’s the place I always bring my friends to buy tasty souvenirs from Kefalonia but also a daily choice for us locals.

Sesoulas Bakery is the oldest one in Kefalonia (from 1890!!!) and produces the most delicious mandolas - famous handmade Kefalonian sweets out of local almonds and natural ingredients. The bakery has a lot of other handmade deserts like pastries, rusks and really well-known by Greek visitors and locals. It is family business for generations and is currently run by George and Lina - very friendly and nice Kefalonian couple whom we made friends with while staying at the island. We're enjoying our Sesoulas deserts already back to our home in Ireland, but if you are in Kefalonia - visit Sesoulas and I bet you will like their sweets as much as we do!;)
