Unfortunately,
because
of
a
dishonest
staff
member
G,
we
ended
up
paying
75
Eur
for
a
meal
that
we
would
have
never
chosen
if
it
had
been
explained
to
us
that
you
put
a
whole
lobster
in
a
pasta
dish
for
one
person.
How
is
the
customer
supposed
to
know
if
you
don't
say
the
whole
lobster
will
be
in
the
pasta
dish
and
only
point
at
the
100g
lobster
choice
on
the
menu???
We
left
Favignana
island
very
disappointed
and
cheated.
To
top
it
off,
you
failed
to
admit
you
made
a
mistake
and
instead
of
that
you
blamed
the
customer.
Even
though
your
food
might
be
good
thanks
to
your
chef,
the
customer
service
is
horrendous.
Edit
addition:
the
restaurant's
reply
is
suggesting
we
were
informed
of
the
weight
which
is
not
true
and
even
G
staff
member
admitted
that
when
I
complained
at
the
restaurant.
As
pointed
out
in
my
original
review
above,
this
restaurant
is
not
able
to
admit
a
mistake
which
is
also
obvious
in
their
responses
to
negative
reviews
of
other
customers.
It
seems
their
motto
is:
"Blame
the
customer,
the
customer
is
never
right."
