We had a pretty bad experience at this venue. We complained about quite a few things that in our opinion were not ok: opening time of the swimming pool (no earlier than 10 am), presence of mushrooms in the pool, grass not cut and well maintained, check-in too early and very inflexible for an extra 30-minute, inflexibility about the transfert to the Port of Favignana, very poor information about everything we asked (car parking in Trapani, tour around Egadi islands, etc.), non-existent service at the bar at evening. They also let us pay 10€ for a towel we brought with at the beach for only half a day, but they didn’t tell us anything about it. Yet the worst thing of all was the reaction of the staff at the reception once we pointed out politely our dissatisfaction about our stay. They replied in an impressively rude and aggressive manner. Regardless of my negative experience, I think this hotel is not worth €300+ per night! The location is also very inconvenient compared to other venues.

Oh, I have visited the island many times. This was my first time staying in a hotel. It did not disappoint. The feature of being picked up and dropped off at the ferry with your luggage at no additional cost is fantastic. The hotel provides a shuttle throughout the day to center town, which is phenomenal no additional charge.The rooms and the general care of the hotel are spotless, immaculately clean. The best part for me was the staff. Each and every single person in the staff that I encountered was accommodating friendly and helpful. I truly mean helpful. I find that that is a very rare quality to find in establishment. I mean genuinely every person that I encountered. I felt extremely welcome. I’ve visited Sicily for the past seven years every year and that genuine Sicilian hospitality was everywhere at the hotel. I will most definitely revisit Cave Bianche hotel! The breakfast was perfect, and really like how close the hotel is to various beaches. Very easy to get up have breakfast and get to the beaches within roughly 10 minutes. 10/10

The hotel is very nice, but located outside of the main city. Breakfast was good, it’s buffet style. The receptionist was very nice and friendly but at every request she had a number reader to give you and then you would have to “figure it out”. Rooms are re nice and clean, with ac, large bathroom & tv. Be aware to book your rides back from the main city as no one had told us that we had to book them and if you don’t have a seat reserved then you have to take a taxi back to the hotel. Overall nice experience, but I don’t think it was worth the price we paid.

Exceptional setting and contemporary design in an old sandstone quarry. We got room 59, probably the best, with balcony and pool view. Rooms are spacious and minimalist in design. A few minor details could be improved and make this place perfect, but no complaints. The stunning setting, the extremely large pool, the service, a pretty good restaurant, and the proximity to beaches and coves. Remarkable hotel.

We stopped there on a very warm day when we desperately needed water. The waiters were amazingly nice, they offered us the water and gave us tips for our day on the island ☺️ seems like a quality place!

Beautiful place to stay, have food and drink. Must visit this place. Shuttle to the center 15min away. Little paradise!!
