JUICE BAR Review only - I asked around Hay Street for a REAL Juice Bar and was directed to this place. Smoothies here are not filled with ICE! Just frozen fruits and veggies as they should be. The expert behind the bar helped me select a green smoothie with added flax seed and turmeric with protein powder. Compared to a regular smoothie, this blend was a lot smoother and a bit sweeter. I'm adding this to my rotation when I am in Downtown Fayetteville.

i was looking for açai in fayetteville and i found this place! soooooo good, i will definitely be returning! i love that they don't fill their açai with junk, just pure goodness with a great taste. i also saw that they offer other services and am excited to come back and try those also :)

Absolutely love all my experiences at Prima! I frequently come by for juices and vegan food along with classes! And I am part of the alkaline water membership and it is a game changer for me. Prima also has amazing classes you can attend! Overall a wonderful place to be. Audrianna and Adrian have done a wonderful job creating this space.

This place is so awesome! If your looking for somewhere to relax your mind and body and/or to align your chakras; this is the place to come! The effects of their techniques in the Reiki services as well as all the other services they offer, are amazing and life changing! They also provide many different Vegan drinks, smoothies, etc. Their drinks are amazing and their fruit is fresh! Everyone at Prima Elements are professional, friendly and welcoming. They truly show that they care about their clients. They go above and beyond!!! You have to check them out!!!

Coming from Hawaii where we have some of the best drinking water, I was very nervous about the quality of water here in Fayetteville. Thankfully I stumbled upon Prima Elements’ storefront and saw that they had an alkaline water delivery service! My husband and I were going to grocery stores, using the water refill machines, to supply drinking & cooking water for our household. Not only is the delivery service convenient, but for the amount of water our family of 5 consumes, it is also more affordable! I can’t thank Prima Elements enough for helping keep my family healthy during our time here in Fayetteville.

Finally had the opportunity to visit for a smoothie and I was very impressed! They were awesome with my daughter and gifted me on additional health knowledge while they made my fresh smoothie infront of me. It smelled amazing and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming! Can't wait until I can stop in again for a new smoothie flavor!

Everything here is amazing!! I have been a frequent customer for years and since moving away from the Fayetteville area, I have yet to find a holistic center or much less a juice bar that compares.

Tried their "Beet it" fresh juice and it tastes good. Very organic and Citrus. Sasha tried another kind. Then we sat down and played chess. I went around and took some pictures of the place. The planet or globe that circled around was so cool. You can see a video I recorded. Place was spacious, had a dance floor, very nice cool atmosphere.

I love this place. I'm not a100% health nut but I do like to be watchful of what I eat for the most part. Prima Elements juices are an excellent way to recharge my system. I try to incorporate a day of juicing once a week whenever possible and it has help tremendously with how I look and feel. Adrian is a sweetheart and always helpful!

Prima Elements is a hidden gem you don't want to miss out on. From a juice bar where the very kind gentleman makes your selected juice (or juice cleanse!) as you wait, to an array of holistic wellness services and classes, Prima has what you need for total mind and body wellness. I took the Reiki 1 course with Audriaunna. She is just amazing and has a wonderful spirit. Go visit Prima Elements. You will not be disappointed.

Wow let me say that firstly! Secondly this place is amazing! The owners and employees are so friendly and helpful not to include the most delicate, tasty, and so mouth watering!!!! If you want the most amazing food the ville has come here if you want so amazing company this place is the VIBE! I go here at least twice a week! Outstanding! I can’t wait to see where PRIMA goes in the future cause I’m honestly down for the ride!

The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing. The juices and food always fresh (definitely organic quality) so great I'm not vegan however, I love eating the vegan food here ( it makes me very happy). The Owners and the Staff are knowledgeable and very professional, about definitely organic Teas , nuts and Yoga, among other things.Bottom line check this place out I love it HERE!!!

The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is so friendly. We can't express how much we appreciate Audrianna and Adrian(I am sure spelled that wrong) the both of them. They have been wonderful with helping us get off caffeine and having more energy! Introducing us to new food and don't let me fo to mention the mushroom soup! Gary lives for that soup! All in all they are wonderful all around, we love going there💖

Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, juices, and smoothies. I love the tea’s as well! One of my favorite services is the ionic foot detox, I feel amazing afterwards, always! I’ve tried reiki, Highly recommend. The owners are very knowledgeable and great at what they do. Check ‘em out!

First time here for lunch. I love the food selection for vegans or anyone who wants to have a nice lunch. Their rice and beans left me feeling satiated. Also, my energizer smoothie was sooooo good.
