We had SUCH a great time celebrating our anniversary with our family! There were tons of songs and genres to choose from. We loved the fact that we had our own room and could be as loud and silly as we wanted to. The food was so delicious and our server was so nice and attentive to our group. If you're planning any event or just want to try something fun and new with your friends, reserve a room at Big Box Karaoke. And just a tip, add at least an extra hour to whatever time you think you'll need, because you won't want the fun to end!!

It was a fun night out to celebrate our daughter’s 40th birthday. Lots of singing. Brought our own cake and did some decorating too. Service was good, we enjoyed some adult beverages and food. You don’t really come for the food, food is okay but not memorable. We went more for the karaoke room and fun atmosphere.

Very fun. We didn't have the food so I can't rate it but I've heard it's very good. We were with a large group from work. The server was very friendly and kept the drinks coming. Everyone enjoyed Karaoke, it helped that we were in a private room. Everything was perfect except it was a bit hot, I don't know if the AC was out or what.

This was so fun for my friends birthday, my only complaint was when the internet went down there was no help on figuring out what to do. We figured out we could manually put the songs in out of the books in room without internet but that was after 20 minutes. It would be nice to have cords to hook our on phones into TV in those situations just to be able to play music. Overall really fun place to go will go again.

We came to Fayetteville for a weekend away from the kiddos and after a couple of failed attempts at some other restaurants we ended up at BBK. Very nice outdoor patio area but it was starting to get chilly so we took a table inside and ordered a couple of cocktails. I had the blackberry smash and my wife had the green tea sangria. They were both excellent. It was a weird vibe because we felt like we were the only ones there but the bartenders were making drinks like crazy, and we realized it was for all the people in the private karaoke rooms. By the way, no public or free karaoke here, only private rooms which was kind of a bummer because I was ready to blow the roof off! We got the BBK nachos and 6 wings. The nachos were nothing to write home about and suggest avoiding them. Credit to our waitress she said as much. The wings on the other hand were downright tasty. We had ours tossed in the sweet sauce with a chili aioli on the side. Wish we would have gotten 12 instead of six and passed on the nachos! Service was good and I would come back if I did not have to pay an arm and a leg to sing.

Wonderful place to celebrate a birthday! For my group of 6 singing, 2 or so hours was the sweet spot in a small room. The website to control the lights sound and playlist was very neat. Snacks and drinks were good. If I had any suggestion, it might be cool to have some kind of help button or controller pad in the room you can hit to request assistance/refills/take orders instead of staff having to come in so frequently. Everyone had a great time!

The staff is excellent, the establishment was clean, the food was good. Staff went out of thier way to make our party not only good, but great! The room was perfect, and they let us set up a little early for our birthday party. I highly recommend Big Box for parties, team building excersize, or just a fun night with friends.

Amazing experience. I lived in South Korea and Vietnam for five years where private karaoke rooms were everywhere. So good to see this in Fayetteville. Big Box is definitely a unique experience. Food and drinks are on point, too.
