Purchase
experience
of
an
anniversary
ring
for
my
wife
from
Kays:
From
the
start
and
prior
to
purchasing,
the
lady
did
not
trust
me
and
would
not
allow
me
to
hold
the
ring.
I
even
joked
about
her
not
letting
me
hold
the
ring.
After
joking,
she
still
wouldn’t
allow
me
to
hold
the
ring.
She
was
not
friendly
and
was
abrasive.
However
going
against
my
better
judgment,
the
ring
best
suited
my
wife’s
ring
as
an
accent
tracer
band,
so
I
went
ahead
and
made
the
purchase
regardless
of
her
attitude.
I
waited
a
few
weeks
after
they
sent
off
to
resize
the
ring
and
went
to
pick
the
ring
up.
The
same
lady
assisted
me
again
with
the
same
short
attitude
and
never
once
said
thank
you
for
the
purchase.
She
handed
me
the
ring
and
sent
me
out
the
door
without
asking
if
I
wanted
to
inspect
the
ring.
Well,
I
decided
to
inspect
the
ring
regardless
and
prior
to
leaving
the
store.
The
ring
had
an
obvious
visual
flaw
where
a
section
of
diamonds
sits
lower
than
the
rest
and
there
was
hair
or
fuzz
stuck
in
other
prongs.
I
brought
this
to
the
attention
of
the
lady.
She
said
there
was
nothing
she
could
do
due
to
the
fact
that
my
anniversary
date
was
approaching
too
close
and
the
fix
would
take
too
long.
At
this
time,
another
employee
suggested
they
try
to
request
sending
the
ring
off
expedited.
She
was
hesitant
about
doing
so
and
returned
with
the
answer
that
I
would
not
be
getting
the
ring
back
on
time
and
to
just
wait.
I
will
not
be
purchasing
from
Kay
again.
My
wife
and
our
anniversary
deserve
better
than
this.
