Jessica was an amazing help throughout the entire process of finding an engagement ring. I came in knowing pretty much what I was looking for and she helped my vision come to life. She did a great job of keeping me updated me throughout the process. While the price was slightly higher than other jewelers, it still ended up within my budget, and I think it was well worth it for the amazing customer service.

I have a fairly large collection of antique pocket watches, and there is nowhere, nowhere, in this area that will service them other than Swift’s. One of them has incredible emotional significance for me and I always have confidence the job will be done professionally. Oh, and customer service is outstanding! I ONLY use Swift’s❤️

Dropped three of my analog wristwatches off for new batteries and they were ready in just a couple days. The staff is friendly and they keep you informed of the status of your repairs. Very affordable pricing as well. I would recommend the jewelry repair at this shop.

I had a ring sized here yesterday. The customer service was excellent in every respect. Everyone here is so informative. I placed my order and got a phone call 2 hrs later that my ring was ready for pick up. I highly recommend this jewler.
