Freddy Ocampo was such a good guy I had to remember his last name too. Took care of my girlfriend's ring and she couldn't be happier. This was my first experience with resizing/cleaning jewelry and thanks to Freddy it wont be the last. He was respectful and laughed at my bad jokes. 10 stars if I could.

Freddie is absolutely amazing, he helped me get a ring my grandmother gave me years ago resized, it fits perfectly and looks brand new 🤩 Freddie is the realest in the game 🙏🏻 and a straight dawggggg as another review mentioned 🙏🏻🙏🏻💯 will definitely be going back to him in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Valerie is very friendly and welcoming when I came in. Whitney was very quick to get my information pulled up so I could send off a repair. 10 out of 10 would recommend this store over the Rogers location.

My fiancé and I visited Zales yesterday to look at wedding bands for the both of us, Tia helped us while we were there and she was AMAZING! She was super incredibly helpful, she didn’t creep on us the whole time we were there but was super quick to answer any questions we had. She was funny and personable and didn’t pressure us to buy anything on the spot. We will definitely be returning.

Would give them 0 stars if that was possible . Have paid money and need a refund or exchange . Has been over a week with Christmas next week was told to call 🍮 care to only be told that the store would have to Iprocess. Never ain't. Still n9 return
