CaseyMae was extremely helpful in getting my watch resized. She resized the band same day and also exchanged some info for future servicing on my other watches. 10/10 and strongly recommend you stop inside! The store is phenomenal and very welcoming!

Went in to get 2 chains repaired and the service was great and the price was fair. I cannot speak for in store purchases or for my 2 chains but I will highly discourage anyone getting something fixed here because they disrespect your time. Sat down and was given a confident worst case date of when it would be ready and said there was a possibility that my repair may get done early. The day it was supposed to be done I called and said they couldn’t get it done. I had paid in advance due to the good reviews and confidence in their team but was greatly let down… Over a week later I had someone today go and get it for me all the way from Rogers and they were closed even though their google explicitly states they are open today. Shame that I trusted them to come through and unless made right I can only speak badly of my experience here.

I cannot rate EVM Jewelers highly enough! I found an engagement ring design I loved online, and Brooke was wonderful in helping make my custom dream ring a reality. From being super respectful of our budget and ensuring we did not pay above what she first quoted, to doing her own research about my stone options (I went with a unique quartz over a traditional diamond), to making sure I was 100% happy with the design I could not have asked for better customer service! She was great about helping me customize, which was a breath of fresh air after several jewelers I visited weren't really prepared to go outside of the traditional styles and stone options. We ended up ordering my fiancé's wedding band from EVM's website afterwards, and when we needed to return it (we couldn't just resize it because of the material) Brooke once again came to the rescue by reaching out to the supplier and making sure we could exchange it. If I ever have any jewelry needs in the future, I will definitely be going to EVM first, and directing as many friends there as I can!
