I have been hearing about this place for a while just finally got a chance to patronize their product. I was NOT disappointed!! Those donuts were delicious 😋. The dough, texture and fillings were perfect! I bought six and only two reached home 😁. Krispy Kreme donuts gets a Slam Dunk!!!

Good location, very clean including bathrooms. Good customer service. Drive thru always convenient.

I love Krispy Kreme but today I experienced the worst service! When I complained at the window the guy laughed and didn’t take what I said seriously. I asked to speak to the manager & I’m not sure if she was even the manager or not. She said she’d talk with them & just said sorry. I’ve worked with the public since I was 15! I know it’s not easy & the customer isn’t always right!! But Ive always been respectful and did my job to the best of my ability. I’m so very disappointed. I was so upset my eyes started watering! Unbelievable!

Good donuts and now minis. Super cute mini doughnuts. Very pleasant employees and free hats. They sell other merchandise. Cold milk for the sugar overload or coffee. If you catch it at the right time you can watch them make donuts.

I would’ve given 5 stars… the problem was the raspberry filled donuts were literally plain donuts with a nickel sized amount of filling. I thought they had just made a mistake until I was at the last part of the donut. 😂 I laughed but my poor heart was broken. 😩

Come on now, we all know Krispy cream is the best doughnut house around. Just wished the were better staffed. Selection at 8pm was dismal and grand kids could get the selections they wanted but the fresh-N-now is always a fail safe. The young lady working the counter is always their and over worked but some how is able to maintain a very pleasant environment.

Customer service!!!!! We ordered a dozen of lemon filled donuts. Got all the way home to Raeford and the donuts were not filled with anything. Called the store and Don was very courteous and helpful. Took my name and told me to come back in and get a free dozen. The worker told my nephew to wait 30 minutes as Don was in a meeting and she could not confirm he was not trying to get a free dozen of donuts. I called and try to explain to the young lady and she hung up on me. I called back and she first said Don is in a meeting then she said he is out until tomorrow and with a bad attitude. She also stated the managers were in a meeting and they had the book with the names. She continued to say she had customers as if I was not one. First you mess up our order and charge us for plan donuts, then you get an attitude when we follow the directions of your personnel to be reimbursed. I would have given zero stars if I could as it was evident she did not want to assist us. I did not get her name but she need more training on people skills and customer service.

Online states drive-thru 24/7 employees sitting in the lobby. Not my company, not my business. I ask one of the guys if there drive-thru is open. He said yeah in about 15/20mins they are rebooting their computers. So i waited 30 for good measure in front of the store. And attempted to go back through the 24/7 drive-thru for the Manger to say they dont open til 6am... lies no more money from me or mine

When it’s not super busy, service is quick and efficient. I’ve found it’s easier to use the app to place my order, rather than to just show up and wait in either line (outside or in) This makes sense as the staff can anticipate the way their resources are used and be able to provide better service. The company needs to consider putting another location in the Fayetteville area, as this one is servicing so many people. I went this morning for the holiday donuts. The line was so long, it led out to the main road for well over half an hour. They offer such wonderful experiences and traditions by doing holiday donuts and special treats, but the location does not accommodate the quantity of people interested in participating. I couldn’t wait anymore after 45 minutes, so I left empty handed. But I wanted to emphasize, the staff was doing their best to handle the flood of people that were there and provide the best quality for everyone. They are doing the best they can with what they have on hand, it is not personal.

They had buy one get 1 dozen of doughnuts deal going on. Love the variety of Christmas donuts they have. Very fresh and coffee drinks can be hot, iced, or frozen. They're all tasty. They're also 24hrs so that's awesome

Fresh and Hot!!! Long longs but the staff was hustling to serve us a quickly as possible. I signed up for the Krispy Kreme app while I waited in line. Plenty of seating area.

Walked into the shop and was greeted with a smile. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. As Krispy Kreme Donuts were delicious. My 2 yo grandson loved the miniature chocolate glazed one they gave him.

The mini glazed were delicious. However the attitude of some of the staff could be better. Showing more friendliness. Not act surprised or bothered When a customer asks for a beverage that has a farther out expiration date.

This local Krispy Kreme is Amazing. The bakery is always clean and filled with every donut offered. The employees are kind and work fast to fill orders. Whether you are looking for a quick treat or picking up an event, this location will not disappoint.

They had 4, 1/2 trays of donuts. We asked why, they said they had been busy. What KK doesn't have glazed donuts? Water on the floor, with a sign, wet floor. They had the hot donut sign on but zero donuts on it. Never a complaint with this store but won't be going back any time soon.

The doughnuts were delicious. Had a large variety to choose from. The prices were reasonable. I was hoping to make it there when the hot sign was on but everything was still good.

We go for the cool themed donuts my kids love but it’s not worth it when greeted with attitude. And what’s the point of getting signing up for rewards and getting spammed with emails when you don’t even get the points added? I highly recommend going to duck donuts instead.

I went yesterday and they didn’t have the Strawberry Glaze after waiting in drive thru for about 25 minutes. Called and spoke with the Assistant Manager very nice fellow who told me to order it online. Turns out I couldn’t do I called back and he put aside a dozen for me in the office! Above and Beyond. I went from really mad to happy! Thank you for putting guest service first!

Always tasty! My wife and I went there last night for an after Valentines dinner dessert. Just as we did on our first date 23 years ago. That was my first time going to Krispy Kream since I'm from the west coast. We had Winchell's Doughnuts which as I remember a heavier doughnut. I thought she was crazy buying a plain glazed doughnut. I didn't really liked glazed. But when I tried a fresh off the line glazed doughnut, oh WOW I was hooked.

It’s always nice to get fresh donuts! The original glazed is the best! They always come out fresh. Lasted for 3 days and they are still soft! It’s always nice to eat it with their freshly brewed coffee. Staffs are friendly too. Nice place.

good product, accuracy and timelines can definitely improve. showed up 10 min after order was supposed to be ready, had to wait for them to make my coffee twice (didn't make it right the first time), then wait for the other half of my doughnuts they forgot, and then opened my coffee to learn a large is really a medium portion in a large cup (only 3/4 filled). and mind you when I walked in, there were no customers and 4 employees standing and talking...

I'm not sure when the best times to get the best selection. I've been here twice, at different times, and could not order the specialty (holiday) donuts on the menu. Great service staff that helped me find alternatives .

This Krispy Kreme location says 24hrs. I stood outside for 20mins at 11:30PM in 40degree weather, while workers just looked at me. After knocking like crazy someone finally came to the door and said "sorry short staff" as they did literally nothing. Times need to be posted on the door. This is the worst location I've been to. The night shift workers refuse to work.

My wife and I took our 2 boys and they brought their Report cards. They each had 6 A's on their cards and because they had such good grades Krispy Kreme gave them a free donut for each A up to 6. They also got to watch the donuts being made. It was a great time.

Donut texture is amazing! I think something about donut dough recipes is changed, but still taste wonderful and employees are nice and sweet always. When HOT donut sign light is on, you need to go and eat there right away with coffee. It feels like you live in no worry place. Two thumbs up!! 👍👍

I always love Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. The light was on and I purchased three boxes of doughnuts. Two were regular glazed and one was a variety box. The best doughnuts in the world are Krispy Kreme...Amen.

Krispy Kreme's hot fresh doughnuts melt in your mouth. Don't get me wrong I like Dunkin's cake style doughnuts, but Krispy Kreme is king hands down! Inflation has caused the price of a dozen to go up so much that where as I used to go thru at least 2, sometimes 3 dozen a month, now I'm lucky to get just 1 dozen any given month. But I still stand by them, & their doughnuts.

My local Krispy Kreme! I love stopping by after I've ordered through the app and track my rewards. I simply go inside the store and pick up my order. Going through the drive thru takes a long time (I've done this a handful of times)

The donuts are fantastic & fresh. Facility is clean inside and for the most part the staff is friendly, BUT the older cashier is short w/customers & seems like she got up on the wrong side of the bed. Not a good presentation at the work place.

I have to say I was very pleased how quickly I was able to get my order and go. When I arrived there was a line inside and in the drive through. That however did not slow them down. Fast professional service, I give them an A+

Delicious donuts (of course). The drive thru line and the line inside were crazy long; no one got upset because this staff is AMAZING!!! They work together seamlessly which rolls over into how they treat their clients. Everyone is treated with a smile and a hello. Best Krispy Kreme I have ever been to.
