I can’t say enough about the brow service I received from Samantha. I came into the salon with no brows whatsoever and left with the most beautiful brows that frame my eyes. Sam was so gentle and continually checked on me throughout the process to make sure I was okay. She educated me on post- care and handed me a cute post- care kit for aftercare of my brows. I can’t wait to go back for my final appointment. My brows look great and took years off of my face! I have received so many compliments! It would be an understatement to say that I am beyond happy with not only the results of my service with Angela, but the entire experience from start to finish. She is SO personable, funny, down to earth and extremely thorough in discussing the goals and ideal outcome her clients are interested in, myself included! I never felt rushed, pressured or stupid for asking tons questions along the way. She constantly made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure and explained each step in great detail so that I always knew which steps were being done and why. She even gives you DB aftercare products and a list of in depth instructions because she really, truly wants you to have the best results possible! 10/10 for this business and for Angela - she is awesome in every way!!!

Sam is wonderful! She takes her time with mapping, she has a gentle hand, she is so fun to talk to, she is great at mixing up the perfect shade for your brows. She’s really good at what she does! I’ll continue to have my brows done by her as long as she does them. Highly recommend!

I heard about Definitive Beauty from my hairdresser Stacy who had a couple of clients who had their eyebrows done there and were very happy with their results. I have to say that after having my brows done by beautiful Sam - I am also very happy with my results! I was impressed by how both professional and caring Sam was while taking care of my brows. I was quite surprised that I did not have any pain at all during the process of having my brows tattooed. Sam always checked with me to make sure I was doing okay. She educated me on all the post care instructions and also provided me with a post care kit which had written instructions in it to follow. The Salon itself is very peaceful and pretty, so I felt very relaxed before the process began. There is plenty of room for parking in front of and behind the salon. I am very happy I chose Definitive Beauty to get my brows done. I am also going to check out the other services they provide!

Angela is Amazing!! I’m so appreciative for the friendly professional service she provided. The place is clean and very comfortable. Her client service memory foam chair is the best I literally was ready to take a nap while she worked on my eyebrows. She made sure to explain what she was doing along the way throughout the entire procedure. She made it as painless as possible. ( I barely felt anything each time she went over my brows) I would definitely continue to go back and recommend my fellow friends & family. Great customer service is so hard to find these days. However This place did not disappoint me.

First let me start with my consultation, which was great. Angela asked me so many questions and explained how everything works. We went through how I wanted my color and shape which made me feel so much better before my session. During my appointment for my lip blush session I was expecting pain and discomfort. Angela helped me so much and used numbing cream as well as moisturizer. She also explained every step very well so I knew I was in good hands and nothing to worry about. The entire experience was smooth, all because of her communication and of course her amazing skills. I am so happy about my results and I cannot wait to go back for the touch up session.
