Misdiagnosed my baby. The NextCare urgent care tested my daughter yesterday 11/28/23 by mouth swab and said she was negative for strep throat. We went home but she still couldn’t talk, eat and barely slept so I took her to Highsmith express care. They tested her again by mouth swab and it was positive 😡. So glad I listened to my gut and got a second opinion.

This is my second time at this location and the service just gets better. My daughter has been sick for a few days and wasn't able to get into her primary care office so I brought her here. The black lady at the front desk was so kind and had excellent customer service. I only waited 30 mins to get to the back because of scheduling online. The nurse Ms. Sharon was a true professional. She seem to truly care for my daughters well-being. The PAC Mr. Clancy was knowledgeable and also kind. I give the whole visit a 10/10. Great job guys. We'll definitely be back.

The wait time was terrible. We called to make an appointment, waited 2 hours for that appointment, came in only to be told it would be another hour wait. We waited, it was a 2.5 hour wait. Got called back, the nursing staff was helpful and friendly, it was otherwise a quick appointment, we would return but would not call ahead next time for an appointment, that is time we could have just waited in line. Waited 20 minutes for the after visit paperwork, the staff left the desk, waited for them to return but gave up.

PA Lisa was quick and to the point. The Assistant was lovely. The receptionist was kind and easy to talk to. Everyone was friendly. I never knew this place existed but glad I went. The wait was long but I didn't mind. I waited about 4 hours. Not bad because wait times are longer in the ED. I'll definitely go back.

Great experience! My baby is sick and we got inside about 10 minutes before 8am. We were checked in, and called back within 15 minutes of entering the building. We got our room, was seen, she was tested for COVID and FLU, she got her results back in about 15 minutes. We got our prescription sent to the pharmacy, and was sent back to the front to wait on our checkout paperwork, and done! All within 1 hour! The medicine was at the pharmacy as soon as we pulled up👍🏾. The NP, and nurse was super nice and gave me all the information I need, along with a doctor note for my baby.😊 Definitely recommend this facility!

The providers and staff are very professional and helpful. Dr Clancy did a thorough workup for my son for the flu and ruled out other possibilities. He listened and took action. I felt very satisfied and believe he did a fantastic job diagnosing and developing a great management plan. Thank you so much.

Even though they were super busy today they were very helpful. When I asked for some ibuprofen they got it approved very quickly and were very considerate. They understood how much pain I was in and gave me a shot of antibiotics and steroids because the pharmacies were closed. They made sure I got the medication I needed to be comfortable for tonight until I can get my medication tomorrow. 10/10 recommend this place. I’ve been there a few times over the past few years and they have always been very nice and very helpful. Thank you to the people who helped me tonight.

Dr. Lisa and the staff were amazing…. She left no stone unturned with my health issue!! She took really good care of me!! They were extremely busy and the wait time to be seen was about 2 1/2 hours for a walk-in but well worth it!! Thank you Dr. Lisa and staff!!
