I got the Feltner single with cheese. Delicious burger! Patty was well seasoned but the fries could’ve used more salt. Eat them with the feltner sauce! Also tried the Chicago dog and that was delicious too but not as good as the burger. The service was quick and friendly. Perfect for lunch during workdays.

Nice place with really good service and a great, friendly, and helpful staff. I had the Chili Ray Cyrus burger and fries. I liked my burger but I thought the fries were just a bit above average. My dining partner had the mushroom burger with onion rings, he said his burger was great and he liked the onion rings. I’d definitely return!

Really fun, local diner, serving a fresh take on burgers and their own style! Clean establishment with a seemingly good reputation in the community. The spot was full today with people pouring in from 1:30 to 2 PM.

Update - had the bacon double cheeseburger today... Still awesome. So I love a good burger and I'm always in search of the best one wherever I go. I have found it! I have driven by this place for over a year and I finally stopped in last week and, wow! I ordered the shroom Swissalaka burger (double) with fries and a chocolate milkshake. The girl that took my order was super nice and it was brought out to my table fast and hot . I knew after the first bite I had found the best burger in NWA (so far😁). It was juicy and perfectly cooked and I couldn't believe I had driven by this place for over a year without knowing what I was missing. The flavor exploded in every bite with umami (just the right amount of salty and savory). The fries were crispy, but not too crispy, and just the right amount of salt. I relished in every bite and considered ordering a second one! I restrained my self and got a chocolate shake, and it was amazing also. Thick and chocolatey and delicious! I can't wait to go back and try some of the other burgers, but my first experience here was off the charts.

Exactly what you’d expect from a college town burger joint. Delivered solid food for a reasonable price point. Burger was a bit on the saltier side, but still quite good. I would recommend going for the double over the single.

A good place to grab a casual bite to eat. My son is a hamburger snob and really likes the burgers here. They are definitely not dry. The hotdogs are pretty good, as well. The only drawback to them is the odd neon green relish. Not sure why it’s neon green but I’ve tried to like it and just don’t. I’ll ask for it without next time because we will definitely be back.

Finally glad that Google allows you to rate different categories but let me supplement with the why I received a recommendation to go here for the best burger in NWA. So……here’s the breakdown 1. Food quality - 4 stars. The burger was the highlight because you can tell the patty is fresh. Loved the flavor of the burger. Best burger in NWA? Not sure I’d go that far but definitely for a fast casual and fast food, I’d agree. Fries were bland and onion rings very average. I’d move it to a 5 if you could season up your fries and not so dense on the oil for the onion rings. 2. Ambiance - 4 stars. Kind of what you’d expect. Can’t tell if they are going for fast food or fast casual. Cleanliness was average as well. 3. Guest service - 4 stars. Much better than other places. They greet you and say thanks when you leave. Love that, but even the greeting looked robotic and forced. Make it personal. 4. Bathroom - you know my favorite topic, almost like a bonus. I’d go 3 stars. Average, little personality. Just put some pictures up. Not difficult. Would I go back? Absolutely if I was in Fayetville but there are other good burger places closer to where we live. Solid good dining experience.

Good burger and fries place in Fayetteville. They have a small menu with mostly burgers but also hot dogs and chicken fingers. Prices were average. Serving size normal, not large. I thought the fries were pretty plain, nothing special. But the burgers were great! I had the Feltner Burger and my husband had the Mushroom Swiss. The burgers were freshly made, so it took about 10-15 minutes to get our order. They were juicy and had crispy edges, not very thick but flavorful. Nice, fresh toppings. The only condiments they had out were ketchup and mustard. I wish they offered the Feltner sauce on the table too. It was tasty on my burger and would have been a good fry dipping sauce. We sat on the shaded porch which was clean and comfortable. The inside had a musty smell. May have been a floor cleaner or something in the air, but it was strong enough a few patrons and us chose to eat on the patio. I will be back to try the burgers again. They were pretty darn good!

I live in Ohio, but every time I visit my son in Arkansas, this is a must go to place for me! I always get the Guac this way burger and fries with an extra side of the Feltner sauce. The service is good and the place is clean. I did forget to take a picture before I started eating but you can see enough detail to get an idea.

Favorite Burger joint in all of NWA. Locally owned, and everyone there is so kind. Every time I come in, they make me feel welcomed. My mood is always better when i am leaving than when i entered. I will continue to be a loyal customer and pick it first over other burger joints. ❤️ The biggest downfall they have is that the pretzel burger only shows up in October. That burger is freaking good. Full support to get it all of fall rather than only October. Same with red velvet cake shake. It is so delicious but only is present in the winter. I guess part of the reason what makes them special is the limited year time they happen... but man it always is a bummer when the season for them ends.
