I
was
going
to
them
for
years
thinking
what
they
were
doing
was
normal.
The
hygienist
Kelly
Krallman
Ego
and
Dr.
Brandi
Roach
purposely
damaged
and
ruined
my
teeth.
They
both
intended
to
cause
me
harm.
Kelly
kept
chipping
my
teeth.
She
used
the
sharp
hook
tool
and
focused
on
the
specific
area
of
the
tooth
and
putting
a
lot
of
pressure
on
that
specific
spot
scraping
vertically
back
and
forth
on
the
tooth.
She
did
this
on
multiple
"cleaning"
sessions
focusing
on
the
same
spot.
The
tooth
finally
broke
and
she
smiled
at
me.
The
tooth
had
to
be
extracted
because
of
what
she
did.
I
remember
asking
her
about
a
tooth
that
she
chipped
feels
weak
and
she
told
me
that
my
bite
strength
is
stronger
than
normal
and
made
it
sound
like
that
was
the
cause.
I
did
not
realize
what
she
was
doing
until
it
was
too
late.
Being
a
patient
of
hers
at
that
time
I
trusted
her.
I
sat
there
helpless
on
multiple
occasions
while
she
purposely
damaged
my
teeth
knowing
what
she
is
doing
is
to
cause
me
harm.
I
added
before
and
after
pictures
of
my
teeth
to
show
the
damages
she
has
done.
She
was
also
using
a
flat
scraping
tool.
I
wasn't
sure
why
but
now
I
realize
she
was
using
the
spoon-like
scraper
to
scrape
the
enamel
and
gum
from
the
top
of
my
teeth.
She
was
also
scraping
the
tip
of
my
teeth
and
shaving
them
down
making
them
uneven.
Kelly
was
scraping
the
tip
of
my
two
front
left
teeth,
shaving
them
down,
while
she
was
using
the
spoon
scraper
to
scrape
my
gums
on
my
two
front
right
teeth
to
make
them
look
big.
She
was
chipping
my
bottom
teeth
including
the
one
that
had
to
be
extracted.
Kelly
went
out
of
her
way
in
destroying
my
teeth
rather
than
clean
them.
I
know
this
because
I
can
now
compare
of
what
she
was
doing
to
what
my
current
dental
hygienist
is
doing.
It
is
completely
different.
My
current
one
is
friendly
and
she
cleans
around
my
teeth.
This
review
is
the
whole
truth
of
what
occurred
to
me
while
under
their
care.
She
mutilated
me.
