I was evaluated by Dr Gray as a second opinion for TMJ pain. My first opinion from another local specialist suggested extensive orthodontic procedures to help alleviate my pain at the cost of approximately 12k. Because I am a relatively healthy person and prefer to be well informed I asked for a second opinion. Dr Gray spent over an hour with me to review my imaging, my lifestyle and my goals. After our consultation he offered a few orthodontic options (much less aggressive than the previous provider) and also a simple lifestyle change to consider. I opted for the lifestyle change and after just a few days my jaw pain was gone. I am so thankful for his transparency and his minimalistic but honest approach to treatment. I 100% recommend him and his wonderful clinic staff to anyone in need of care. Thank you, Dr. Gray!!

Dr Grey was my orthodontist in 2018, and he went back and forth with Invisalign to get my results perfect. I had around 128 trays and then opted for 50 more to perfect it even more. I have gotten compliments from so many people on my teeth and smile since going to him. He closed my open bite and moved my teeth to make them look beautiful! Brilliant

Everyone here was so friendly and accommodating. Both doctors were amazing and helped me to better understand the process. The time it took me to actually get a consultation and the braces put on was so quick. Less than a week between the two. Highly recommend.

During our consult, both the treatment coordinator and Dr Gray were “over the top” patient, answering our many questions and concerns with kindness and validation. We got braces the same day as consult, and the assistants working with my son were gentle and kind. Nice explanation of care needed, etc. So far, we are VERY pleased with our choice for orthodontic care!

Northwest Orthodontics has taken the best care of our family! The office is incredibly efficient, getting us in and out at lightning speed every time. The doctors and their team have great positive energy, and deal so well with my teen, who let’s just say isn’t the most motivated to comply with instructions. She’s thrilled to be getting her braces off, and I can tell that her new smile is going to be gorgeous.

Our whole family has had a wonderful experience with Northwest Orthodontics. We love all of the orthodontists and the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. They are very professional, always explain your treatment plan thoroughly and allow you to make decisions about your treatment along with them. We had a great experience with Northwest Orthodontics. We followed their advice and our son got the braces off one month early. They are super friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. We will use them with our younger daughter when the time comes. Plus they were a bit cheaper than other orthodontist around town.
