One of the best AMC theaters I've been to. So clean and friendly and set up so well as far as operations. Just wish it had WiFi. IMAX here is one of the best I've been to, very large and leather highbacks. THIS IMAX IS ONE OF THE LARGEST ONES IN NC. "REAL" IMAX is extremely large, and even though this isn't a "real" size one, it's the largest one in the state of North Carolina and doesn't disappoint at all!!! Screen is 65ft wide. Dolby Cinema just opened 12/16/2021, it's amazing also! BOTH are amazing however. IMAX is WAY louder and MUCH larger screen. Dolby is a more crisp screen and accurate sound with reclining seats with subwoofers.

It is a very nice theater. It was very clean and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful in helping us find our theater. I would definitely come back to this theater again!

A really nice movie theatre. The staff are friendly and the caramel popcorn is so delicious. The movie theatre is clean and well looked after. I have been twice already and will definitely be back.

The theater is nice. They have many food offerings and even alcoholic drink offerings. However, the power went out in the middle of the movie

10/27/23. Miserable experience. Instead of streaming Five Nights at Freddie's at home for free, my daughter wanted to go experience the movie at a movie theater. Worst mistake. It must have been 90 degrees in the theater. By the time we left, we were all covered in sweat. I spoke to the manager, and he proceeded to tell me that the air conditioner can not handle that many people. This might be the most ridiculous response I could have expected. I have been to many sold-out premiers over the years and NEVER been as uncomfortable as I was tonight. The best part is the manager telling me that if you want to be comfortable in the theater, you need to look online for the shows that do not have a lot of ticket sales. I am trying to paint a picture for anyone reading this to save your money and stream movies in the comfort of your own home.

Great theater! The staff are very polite, the theaters are well maintained, and the movies are played in good quality with great sound effects!

The place was really over all clean. The theater is really nice but bathroom wasn't clean, service was just ok, they didn't have some of the items we asked for to eat, and they forgot some from the order (and that place was almost empty) I get it is new year's eve but then, why open if you are not going to be fully running things, send your employees home for New Year's. The movie quality was excellent, but there was no AC in there! 🙈

AMC needs to do better! We waited forever in line to get snacks. They didn't have butter or seasonings out for the popcorn, and the drink area was nasty. The seats are uncomfortable, and the theater wasn't clean. The movie theater in Hope Mills would never. 5/10 wouldn't recommend.

Everything was good overall. 2 popcorns and two drinks cost $44+ on top of the $45 for tickets. The people were talking, joking, and laughing through the entire movie. We watched Insidious so we were kind of wishing we could have had just a little quiet to build suspense. People yelled and play fought with each other constantly.

Nice comfortable seats. Affordable tickets. Crazy little maze that they make you go through in order to get to the checkout lanes to order food. That part I didn't like I felt lost. The food is pretty pricey but I guess why can't you expect from a movie theater. But overall I will go again and I would refer people to this theater. I just wish they would remove the crazy maze that's in front of you when you walk in the door.

This theater is awesome, great personnel and very respectful. I like everything is setup inside, it makes it easier to order everything. Keep up the good works guys, y'all far ahead of many theaters in their service and attentiveness 💪

They get you in quickly. Offer military, Sr Citizen, and child discounts. Price of water or any drink starts at $6+. More than my military priced ticket. I bought the plastic popcorn tub so I get Popcorn for $4.99 and refill. Consider ther Stubs/Premier/A-List plans.

Enjoyed the wonderfully comfy seats. Bought tickets online a day before but arrived to find someone else in our seats. They moved, but didn’t appear to be all that happy to do so. Why have reserved seats? The previews (for my film) were not entirely appropriate for what I came to see… and there were so many! It was nearly 25 minutes of pre-show promotions. The theater was mostly clean. There was an odd smell of old popcorn.

Batman 👏🔥 This is my second time here ... First time, I saw Spiderman, in January. That experience was nice ✔️✔️ The location is great as it is hidden from the main drag. Inside there's a kiosk, line for customers, premiere members line, concessions, and stations where customers can fill drinks and service themselves. *The customer stations can get too crowded - need a better system in place This time I got the opportunity to experience a more relaxed feel ... ....somewhat reclining seats. ....These seats are unique.... so you may get to cuddle up with a stranger 🤷🙅🤦‍♀️😜 whyyyyy who is the designer lol The sound in the room was really good👍

The AMC 14 is a great theater. I order my tickets online, and use the mobile app line for easier access; it is amazing. I enjoy the Dolby Cinema! The theater is clean, including the aisles, and no leftover trash. On the contrary, the downside is the cleaning of the restrooms; however, I understand how difficult it is with large crowds. The staff are nice and friendly.

Great theater, we got there and were able to sit down maybe 20 minutes after being in line. Food was very fresh, and it was a clean overall environment. One thing I do not like is the paper straws I completely understand it environmentally wise but for a 2 hour movie? i had to drink my drink without a straw. Icee don't do well without a straw lol. Overall not a bad experience at all. Love being at the movie theater!

Our main theater. Pretty solid service and usually pretty clean. I've seen about 25 to 30 movies here in all the different formats and the quality was always good. Popcorn is good. Soda machines typically work and they have more than one.

Pros: -large movie selection -great location -easy parking - massive food menu - great drink selection -sound system -service Cons -price for food. Tickets are still affordable. This was my first time in the movies since top gun 2. It was a good welcome back, the sales associate was wonderful and sold us everything in a smart way. My friend ended buying an entire lunch menu. Will return.

One star because there is no warning about the high volume in the IMAX theatre. I'm a touring drummer for some pretty loud bands and 25 minutes of previews and my ears won't stop ringing, way worse than any live show. Had to leave before the actual film started.

Rude manager! When movie theaters are having a hard time filling their seats can they really afford to have rude management?? And please clean the bathrooms, 3 toilets unusable. Gross.

Good place to go watch movies with the family. Just be prepared because their popcorn 🍿 quality has declined. It is staled and cold and just doesn't have that fresh popcorn taste, no matter what time you get the popcorn; it can be before the movie, in between the movie or afterward. It is the same cold flavorless popcorn 🍿 😕

The only thing they're missing is better seats (the warming massage style). They do have reserve seating. AND I HATE THE EXPLOIT SCAM AMC VIP line for concessions. It's not this theaters fault but it's maddening.

While traveling on vacation, we decided to make a stop at this theater to see the new minions movie. I placed a food order online and it was ready for pick up on arrival. The theater overall was clean, the recliners are nice. I’ve been to other theaters that had nicer recliners but these are definitely nicer than stadium seating. Very comfortable. If I would have to find a negative about anything with the theater I would have to say it would be the loudness of the movie. It was just obnoxiously louder than other theaters I’ve been in. Staff was also super friendly! I would definitely visit again.

Really nice multiplex. They do show movies and IMAX with the usual great sound system.

This movie theater is horrible been here twice and they never have cheese for nachos. Also I bought icees and they didn’t have kids. One of the cup holders was completely ripped out chair. Regal theaters are a lot better but I don’t have that choice here in Fayetteville

This is a modern and updated theater. I would recommend the Dolby theater room for anyone as it has a super bright screen with amazing contrast and incredible sound. And that one has the reclining seats as well. I’d never watch a movie on a “normal” screen if I have the choice. Dolby is the way. I went to a different theater and saw a movie in 3D and man was it dark. The picture in Dolby is sooo much brighter and vivid. I’ve come here many times.

Went to see Black Adam here...great action DC film! It's been a long time since I was in a theater but the CSRs were very pleasant and although it still doesn't get as full as in years past, we will be there this Saturday to watch the new Black Panther movie.

My friend and I went to see "Till." We thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Telling this tragic event in this Country's History from the mother's perspective was brilliant. It humanized Emmet Till. It is a must-see movie. It carries a powerful emotional message. The impact is undeniably moving.

We watched The Woman King. The Dolby Cinema experience was great! I felt the bass in the sound though the recliner. The recliners were comfy, spaced apart from each row, and were clean. The restrooms were also clean. The parking lot is well lit as well

Never had a problem coming here. Always clean & customer service is always good. The only complaint I have us that they should change the rules about u bringing in your toddlers u can't have them there with u after a certain time & r rated movies. Some of us don't have family or afford or trust people because of how the world is & especially if u r affiliated with being in the military.

Ordered everything online (snacks, seats, tickets) and when we got there for the most part they knew we had placed an order online because they had our drink cups ready up there but they still asked what we had order, so basically had to give them our whole order when I thought the purpose of ordering online was to have it ready at the time specified. The seats are comfortable. Movie theater we were in was small and the screen is huge. I liked the size ratio. We had ghetto people in our theater running/playing around but when the movie started no issues. A roaming person in the theater periodically would be cool to make sure people are not being crazy Had spills of drinks and popcorn on the drink stands and floor. They need a person strictly on clean up duty. The exit of the theater was a little hectic because they have a kiosk stand right there where people coming in can buy tickets. Decent/ok movie theater.

I have to say out of all the movie theaters 🎥 i been to this was definitely in my top 3. The food selection is number one on my list, from 🍕 to 🌭 to pretzels, slashes, to 🍷 and 🍺 for adults and a number of other items. It was very big and had captain seats for everyone great sound . It was the first time I took my kids to the movie theater and I was a little worried but it was worth the trip.

This place is generally nice. Theaters have always been clean. This last time we went they were out of a few things at concessions and the popcorn tasted pretty stale. It was later in the day on an off day, so they likely made an executive decision to not pop more. I get it, but for the price I'd like fresh food, especially when I only went with popcorn because they were out of chips for nachos. It also took us several minutes to get waited on by concessions because there was a manager-type man speaking with two of the cashiers. They both glanced over at us several times, but this guy wasn't budging. When he finally saw us waiting patiently at the ropes he kept talking for another 30 seconds or so before just walking off. Barely acknowledged us. It was weird. Middle aged guy in khakis and collared shirt
