My wife went to the skibo chick fil a for lunch. Got fresh fruit for my 10 month old son and here’s what we get. A side of mold. This is completely unacceptable. Do better.

Like an idiot, i rushed out of my house without my wallet to grab my husband some food. I ordered and upon realizing i left my wallet at home told the boy taking my order that i would just come back. Out of his own money, the car hop paid for my $20 worth of food. He had brown curly hair, glasses, and his name was William. I hope the managers see this and give him kudos, or a raise, or a promotion. He was super kind. I hope he goes places.

Every Chic-fil-A is impressive, this one is no different. There was a huge line that they got through in no time. After I placed my order, it only took the time of me counting all TEN front of house staff to receive my food.

Bre and John are so friendly and fast! Our food was hot, fresh, and our milkshakes are perfect! Even though there's lines out the door and in the drive-thru every customer is served with a pleasant smile and handed their food in minutes

Ordered a 2 large spicy chicken with large fries and they barely put any fries in our large fries!!

Dined in, waited in line, the available cashier has great customer service. He was only processing credit card orders, he asked before taking my order. I was doing cash, so I stepped aside and waited for the next cashier. When she had completed an order, she did not acknowledge me waiting for her. She walked away and washed her hands and was kindly avoiding me present. The gentleman communicated with her to let her know that I was waiting for her to take my order. She continued to avoid me, so then I stated to the gentleman that I would pay with my card. He kindly took my order, and then the young lady arrived back to her register and placed an order with another customer. I know that Chick-fil-A is not accepting bad customer service from anyone. This young lady needs to have 1 on 1 customer service. If I come back in to dine in and she is at the register, I will wait for the next available cashier.

The only thing I like is they serve breakfast at a certain time and then lunch I think we got there at 10:30 and lunch was not serving it just breakfast I think you have more of a variety when it comes to lunch but I was taking care of very well they customer service was number one big smiles and very helpful food was excellent fresh and delicious atmosphere was very nice quiet clean overall perfect

What can I say its Chick-fil-A... I got the grill nuggets, the waffle fries, and the original chicken sandwich... With a large lemonade... The grill nuggets are like nothing else tho, if you know you know🤫...

Dude, it's Chick-fil-A. Everybody loves Chick-fil-A. The chicken sandwiches are great, the fries are pretty good, the milkshakes are good, the chicken nuggets aren't really chicken nuggets (instead of being ground up chicken it's chunks of chicken breast, which is great) and dude, did I mention that the chicken sandwiches have some of the best pickles in fast food? Oh I didn't. Well now you know. 10 outa 10.

Been here multiple times in the last yr I've been living here. I prefer to use the drive thru more than going inside but they are always moving fast and nice, never had a wrong order or nothing. But this review is to highlight the chicken biscuit I got this Sat around 1010am. It was THE best chicken biscuit I have ever ate or got from a chick fila in my life... granted I don't normally eat chicken biscuits... and honestly can't remember if I ever or when the last time I ate one from chick but decided I wanted one. Everything was cooked perfectly... the biscuit had a little crisp to it, the chicken was juicy and sweet... the cheese to egg melt was the perfect combination. Man. Pains my heart to be writing this on a Sunday morning but it was great. I also started getting my ice coffees from here but they usually have clunky white stuff in them so when I asked about it they said it's because they aren't allowed to shake it, weird? So since I order online I just ask them to shake it when I get in the drive through line.

Had to give them a 2 because I was missing some items in my order that I had to tell them about and they fixed that problem. But unfortunately, when I got home and sat down to eat my meal I noticed there was no chicken in my wrap! It was just lettuce and cheese! Needless to say I will not be returning to this location, as they continue to leave things out and not get my orders correct!

Chick-fil-A has always provided great service, they never ceases to amaze me, and the handling of orders are spot on, even on the busy times, they keep it clean, well organized, and yes, friendly because it's their pleasure. This morning, I went to Chick-fil-A to get breakfast. The young lady that took my order was pleasant. I proceeded to go through the line to get my order and when I got to the window, the young lady that passed me my order looked as though she was sleepy, and I just barely got a "my pleasure" out of her after "I" said thank you. Hindsight, I should have checked my order because after I got to work, I discovered my hash browns were missing. I called Chick-fil-A and was told I could come by before 10:30am, at my convenience to pick up my hash browns. Nothing for my inconvenience. It was assumed that me returning to get an item that I paid for, was my convenience. It can't be, "my pleasure" if I have to use my gas to go back to get something that I paid for and didn't get. "My pleasure" apparently doesn't always mean, it was my pleasure to serve you and come back soon.

Really?! REALLY??!! You start serving lunch at 10:30??!! No, if I get there at 10:35, I STILL EXPECT CHICKEN MINIS AS A BREAKFAST ITEMS. Who the hell eats lunch at 10:30?!! I'll tell you....NOBODY. Restaurants open at 11am and that's NOT all restaurants. SOME open at 12 noon. My family and I are Boycotting this place. Stop serving breakfast at 10 am is an ASSININE decision.

I love how friendly all the people that work there are. I usually do the drive thru and live it. This time I went in, it is the first time ever. It was very crowded. I never knew that BUT it was still being kept clean and the workers were all very friendly, efficient and clean polished ( no wrinkles, no stained uniforms or clothes) and happy looking.

If you go here TRIPLE CHECK YOUR FOOD! I just LOVE how you guys gave my husband two Chicken Egg and Cheese biscuits without asking him if that’s what he wanted. In fact that’s what neither of us wanted. He hates fast food eggs and i’m lactose intolerant so there’s no way in hell he’d have just ordered it by mistake. Also thanks to you I have no breakfast; that WAS my breakfast that I was actually really looking forward to! Thanks guys! I’m just glad my husband doesn’t have the issues I do and was able to pick the eggs off and eat them because he didn’t have time to drive all the way back and get you to fix a mistake that shouldn’t have been made in the first place. Both of us have worked fast food in the not so distant past. Repeating a customers order back to them and making sure they actually want what you’re putting in the system should be muscle memory. And once again he hates fast food eggs and i’m lactose intolerant so it wasn’t an error on our end.
