Nice, big shopping mall in the area. From small, cheap stores to Dillards everything is there in the bucket. The mall is neat and clean. The restrooms are well maintained. The food court is decent, though I have never eaten. My favorite hang out place for weekends, apart from being in Ozark mountains and nature.

I loved this mall. Stopped at Spencer's and found a really cool glass cup for 4.50 and then got me some cookies, couldn't resist. This is the best mall I have been to since the 90s. So active here. I see people of all ages walking the hall ways which was beautiful to see, made me happy. There is hope for the malls.

I would strongly suggest parents with children of color & people of color to be very cautious in this mall. Security guard Tim Ball racially profiled my teenage African American son, his friends & physically chased them throughout the mall. Mr. Ball not only racially profiled minors & myself but also became irate & verbally assaulted me when asked "what the problem was". Balls co-workers had to control him. The minors were straight A athletes who had not stolen anything, nor been in physical altercations. Caught on camera, racism is alive & well in NWA mall.

My first time here as a foreign visitor. It is big mall to explore. I love this place.

Good place to go and spend the day. They have a little bit of everything. However, some stores are closed and there is not much to the atmosphere. It feels too corprate.

This mall is very elegant and has alot of choices in stores. Definitely a great and clean mall for the whole family!

Great place to walk around and browse. Has been a staple in NWA for as long as I can remember. It's full of great stores with something for everyone and it has a food court with good food.

I am impressed with how big this mall is! It has a lot of stores, seems to stay steady with customers, and is clean! There are skylights throughout so it does seem darker on cloudy days but I love the waterways in the food court and the open design! Dillard's and Jcpennys are the anchor stores and they have a big Crunch fitness center where Sears used to be. Lots of chain clothing and gift stores, jewelry, and food. Wish they had a book store, coffee shop, and hallmark but still lots of options. Convenient location in Fayetteville near Springdale. Tons of parking and multiple entrances.

Excellent place for relaxing and just walking around and looking. There are still specialty stores like back in the 90's. All in all I enjoyed myself with plenty of food to go along with it all.

Great location. I love the smell of the food court. Wish there were more bathrooms. I'm a fan of sitting down and watching people go to and fro.. I enjoy the pretzels and stir fry.

loved everything about this mall and i wish i could give it a higher rating but the thing that ruined my experience was the guy who ran the stand of the electric animal scooters. While i was renting it out the process went smoothly but as we returned it he started to yell at us because we let our two little toddlers ride one together. It wouldve been nice to know from the start that wasn’t allowed but all we were told was what time we needed to be back. As we returned the scooter the guy who runs the stand started to yell at us in a extremely rude tone that it wasn’t allowed. As i was apologizing and telling him calmly how we weren’t informed about that and that we weren’t even from arkansas so it was our first time riding these he interrupted me and raised his voice even more and telling us more rude things like how he doesnt want us back at the mall. making us feel really bad when we were nothing but nice to them.

Jc penny seems to be back big time. Thinking i saw more people and shops open. Brick and mortar might be back!? Want to touch what you might buy and feel it in person?

This was the only mall in this area for so many year. Now, for some reason, there are hardly any stores open. Lots of vacancy. However, all of the restaurant slots are open and delicious! I hope this will change soon and every shop will be filled.

Great mall! I’ve shopped in it for years. I am however disappointed that they don’t open until 11AM. I would think 9 or 10AM would help accommodate the early shoppers.

Mall will wide stores 🏬 (Dillards, JC Penny, $5.98, Zales, Sunglass Hunt, American Eagle, Aeropostale, Bath & Body works and many other stores). Snacks sit out area is good. Worth visit store in Fayetteville

This is a great place to go if you need an indoor walking facility. It’s not an empty mail like so many others across the country have now become. They have a few stores that have no tenants at the moment but as far as selection goes they still have a lot of good stores.

Stores don't open until 11am, but the staff in every store were amazing. Loved my 2 visits here! Very clean and up to date.

Not like it used to be, but been shopping here when it was open sky not closed in. So a lying time ago. Not as many shops anymore, food court is big and food really good. There are new shops opening all the time. My hope is it cones back to life. Its not dead yet but needs critical care to revitalize.

One of the best malls still in existence! For all of the malls that are starting to empty out, this mall still seems to be doing very well! This mall has a great variety of stores.

This place is so amazing. I love it so much and whenever someone tells me to pick a place this mall always pops up, theres lots of stores and its super fun. The food is AMAZING! especially the rolled ice cream

Visiting the shopping mall was an absolute delight! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. We went near Christmas time and it was well decorated …we love the ambience and overall mall. It is one of this kind of mall (inside mall) in nearby areas like bentonville, rogers etc. so overall a happy place where you can enjoy with th kids …they do have food court also like in india we have, we have ordered Chinese, feta wrap and bubble tea ..all these items are good Overall a good and happy place for all ages

The Mall is clean, well lit and hosts a large assortment of niche businesses. Always something interesting there.

Sad how many malls are closing but this one still was fairly busy on a weeknight. Delightfully different choices in the food court, Hawaiian, Greek and Filipino options.

Loved it, the food court really has some good options. They have a lot of stores, for just about everything. If you are in the area definitely take the time to stop in.

This place is under New Management. The new general manager Adam has worked very hard to fill this place back up. The food court is popping again it's nice seeing stores start to come back.

It was pretty good size and I enjoyed the different variety of stores. Wife and I took a little road trip here to check it out and overall wasn’t disappointed just wish they were a little more food places to choose from but hey can’t be too picky but I recommend for a day shopping.

Some different nice new stores have moved into the mall. Wonderful cashier at the Toy/Games and Puzzles store. But was shocked when we were informed of the mall closing at 8pm now! When did that closing time start?
