    You know, I’ve had issues with every visit. From the shelves being completely bare, to strictly no cash, and now with my delivery. I ordered my delivery online today at 7-8am to have it delivered between 2-3pm, as of now it is almost 5:30. The driver has been ‘enroute’ for over 30 minutes, and even when going outside to search for the driver I cannot find them. I had tried calling, and the number is not in service. The store isn’t answering their phone. There’s no way to get in contact with anyone. NEVER again!

    I love the wax melts and candles here! They smell amazing, and they let me keep the plastic organizers instead of throwing them away! Good prices on necessities of course. Store and Grocery is clean and large self checkout.

    The store had everything I needed. They even had items that weren’t available at other Walmart locations. I just wish I was able to pick up my items. I got the message saying everything was ready, but their Pickup Sucks. It’s the absolute worst. No one answered the phone or was there to bring my items out. I had to wait an additional 12 hrs to pick up items I’d already paid for and also got notification it was ready. Do Better

    I completely understand being short staffed at curbside p/u, but don't send a message stating the order is ready for p/u only to wait 45 minutes and be told your order is now "being shopped" for, and to come back in 30 minutes. Nice to see people come in/out while I sit here and wait and wait and wait.

    Went in for a job interview and I was told that I was going to get a call about 3rd shift stocker and/or online pickup. I passed my assessment, filled out my application. (Even for the distribution center and they’re just as bad) I’ve lost count of how many days it’s been since I was told I would get a call. I shouldn’t have to go up to the store every day just to see what the news is. They NEVER pick up the phone. Why is it that every time I go up there I NEVER see the HR for myself and I always have to give my name and number again and again and again? I let everyone know the gravity of the situation and nobody cares. I’m literally about to get laid off. I’m in desperate need of a job. There was already an orientation so why was I not called? I just applied for Skibo. They better not pull the same thing on me.

    Like most walmarts 40 registers 1 is open and all they want you to do is self checkout..this is one of the many reasons why I don't like walmart anymore.

    Hey the ring out customer service was not up to par... I had just a few things and somehow they are not in the bag when I get home. I know I'm supposed to check the bags but what the heck?? All my purchases could have fit in one bag and the check out was sooo friendly and smiley while I left ....just saying....

    The in-store shopping for this store is great, but the 1-star rating is due to their pick-up service. Every time I have ordered from there I waited in the parking lot for almost an hour, yet I'm alerted my order is ready. Both times my order was missing items. My recent order today was missing over $60 in grocery items. I spent 20 minutes calling the store, specifically their pick-up dept only for the phone to either ring endlessly or if by some miracle someone answered, they instantly hung up ending my call. When I finally gave up and decided to complete the return process online for the missing items, that's when someone from their store was finally bothered to call me on the phone.

    It was a productive visit. I went to buy a airbed and I found the one in the picture. Very good quality. I got help from a staff as I wasn't sure where to find it. The store was clean and the self check out process went smoothly. It was a good buy and I'm very happy with my purchase and I love the bed. Very sturdy with a self inflated pump. I also purchased the sheet set from Walmart a while back

    I frequent the Ramsey Street branch, due to its convenient location and vast array of products and services. On 04/18/22, I returned to the store regarding a matter that pertained to my vehicle, and was provided the highest level of service I've ever experienced. The attendant, Robin, was very instrumental throughout the entire process. She took the appropriate steps by contacting Daniel, the manager on duty. Not only did he listen to my concern but took extra measures to address it. The outcome was superb! I will be contacting the District Office to tell them about Robin and Daniel's high levels of expertise, loyalty, and complete customer satisfaction.

    They were very helpful on the phone in the pharmacy department and then when I went and picked up my medication, one of the workers led me into a fitting room and was so polite. She even told me about some things that were on sale for just one dollar that I ended up buying. I definitely will be back.

    Called 13 times to get a simple question answered. Whomever is supposed to answer the phones picked it up then immediately hung up. I never spoke to anyone. Finally called the one on Skipbo and someone picked up after the 3rd ring answered my question and I was off the phone in under 3 mins. Thank you Skipbo and poor customer service Ramsey.

    Every year how are stockers that don’t want to work They just shove the stuff on the shelves instead of looking at the tags Meaning paying attention to the numbers where it goes then as always and Customer Service teller Say it’s the stockers we will look into it but don’t honor the price let’s get real the Price gouging Stella money But don’t fix there problems.

    Coinstar there socks. It was off by $8.12. It isn't Walmarts fault but I think it should be audited. Definitely will not return to use the service.

    Praise the Holy Ghost the people working here are hard workers probably one of the best Walmarts I’ve been two I’ve been to over several hundred across the 50 great states and the Holy Ghost was definitely using his magic in this place. I didn’t see not one worker goof off or stare at there phone I was absolutely blown away this is one of the better Walmarts the staff was real kind very kind human beings my experience here was absolutely fantastic

    This is my favorite Walmart in fayetteville because the automotive center is highly capable and they made me feel like they really do care !! I have got 2 sets of tires for my kicks and 1 set for the jeep. Fixed a bent rim when my wife hit a curb.. no charge.. above and beyond is what I come to expect because that's the type of service I always have gotten. 💯

    I ordered a Christmas present and had to pick it up. I was having a little trouble getting into the new app they are using for pickup. I asked the women if she could help me and she did and was very pleasant and glad to help. Thank goodness for her.

    Great experience at Walmart Pharmacy on Ramsey St. The young lady at the pharmacy register was very pleasant and the pharmacist who explained the medication to me was equally as pleasant. Interactions nowadays in my experience are very transactional. It's nice to feel a little holiday spirit!

    Some of the staff that bring out curbside pick ups and delivery orders are so rude and the wait time is ridiculous I waited almost 2 hours just for my items and picking up a delivery for spark I have waited up to 2 hours to come to find out on my end I checked in but on their end it is showing that I am still arriving and this is consistent the long wait times at this place is crazy doesn’t help when you try to find out about your order you are told to cancel the order with a disrespectful attitude when we cancel a order we only get paid $2.50 why would I cancel after a longer then a hour wait for a order that will pay out $20 or better staff needs to step their game up on politeness and punctuality. We are the ones who get penalized when we deliver late or cancel they still gonna get paid their set amount we won’t!!!!!!!!!!

    I don’t normally post reviews but I had to tonight. Teresa helped me and my husband get bikes tonight and was so sweet even when one of the bikes didn’t have a price tag. She was so patient with us and talked to us and never complained or seemed tired of us once. She’s a great worker!

    Shoutout to the auto department. Those guys are 5 star mechanics. Stopped in to get an oil change took less than 30 mins. The manager helped pick out my oil and gave great customer service. The whole team exceeded customer expectations. I recommend anyone that needs auto service stop by and check them out. Had the opportunity of meeting one of the coaches it felt like a big family. They definitely have the customers best interest at heart here.

    Truckers beware! The manager(s) of this Walmart will call to get your truck towed without warning. They get money from the companies as referrals to line their own pockets. There is no visible no truck / commercial vehicle parking signs anywhere to be seen either and they know that. Recently, I came into town and my father talked to customer service directly and asked for permission to park my semi truck there in the (huge) parking lot. They told him it was totally fine and to please park close to the Petsmart side and do not block traffic. Both of those bits of guidance were followed and there was no problems that weekend (truck was parked there as they insisted for about 48 hours). The next weekend I came back and at 9:30pm, I received a call that said my vehicle was to be towed. The manager stated that they would never give someone permission to park there (interestingly enough, there seems to be tractor trailers parked there often but again, in the empty part of the parking lot close to Petsmart). JP towing employee charged me $880 to remove the chains he illegally put on my truck and split the money with the Walmart management employee. Aside from their side racket, do not shop at this Walmart. The customer service employees, management, and the rest of the staff are rude and seem to hate their jobs (not entirely sure why since they're clearly in the business of ripping off America's truck drivers and getting rich while doing it). There are other retail options out there, I would highly advise not supporting this particular franchise.

    Regular staff are nice and helpful. Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful. Pharmacy manager is kind and helpful. The grocery store managers are not to friendly. They don't say hello or offer any help. The last time I asked a manager for help, she seemed annoyed. Sad.

    I'd like to begin with I hate Walmart. I hate the lines, the over priced necessary items and the super cheap junk, and I hate the most the employees attitudes. That being said, Walmart has redeemed itself with me because of grocery pick up. My order is always correct and always on time. The employees who bring out your items are very pleasant and polite. I love Walmart grocery pick up! I haven't set foot in Walmart in weeks at this point and I am loving it!
