I came in to have my engagement ring and wedding band resized from a different jeweler in Oregon. I was immediately met by a warm store associate. The employees here are kind, informative, and incredibly helpful! She told me it would be around a 3 week wait before I would receive a call notifying me to pick up my jewelry and that’s about how long I waited, a little bit less. When I came in to pick them up, one of the associates complimented my ring and once I paid I was on my way. Would highly recommend Hinkamp Jewelers to anyone looking to purchase or resize jewelry.

Audrey, Amanda, and the team here are just lovely! They helped me on two different occasions with my ring. First they resized it for me and then they set the stone in a new setting. Excellent work and really lovely people!

My experience was short but pleasant. I had a vintage Gucci watch that need repair. No other jeweler in town would touch it. Hinkcamp jewelers quickly offered service. They sent the watch out for repair and two weeks later I got watch back. For a week now it works great. I had year warranty.

I have my mother's ring, that was my Mom's it's almost 50 years old. I bent it sadly 😞 I took it there to get it fixed. The staff was super friendly. They fixed my ring and let me just say in all the years I have had this ring I have Never seen it look so beautiful and shiny. It looks like a brand new ring. The customer support wasn’t very obliged to be speaking with anyone other then buyers apparently, all I called for was a Reference or recommendation to a antique watch dealer and she told me it was “ against the law to purchase or sell used jewelry “ but the things is I never asked her to Appraise or give me a quote over the phone nor did I say anything about selling or having them purchase my watch…. So I give this business a one star review horrible customer support
