Greetings, My name is Lawrence and I randomly stumbled into your shop on Saturday, 21 March 2020. I have been looking for a rope necklace at a reasonable price since mine broke a little while back. I went from jewelry stores to pawn shops and every where was so expensive. Just as I had given up on my search and decided to just spend the money on an expensive necklace I walked into your shop at the Flea Mall on Bragg Blvd. while there I could t believe now reasonably priced your collection of jewelry was. I was greeted by two young ladies who were extremely helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the other young lady’s name, but she and Bella were phenomenal. Not only did they help me find what I was looking for; they were patient and also worked with me on an unbelievable price. I can tell that she and all of the staff there are well versed in the companies products. It doesn’t hurt that all of your workers are gorgeous also. If I had to grade her and the team on their customer service and customer support skills it would be a clear 5 star rating. With that in mind, I will be back.

They give people discounts & promotions for 5 star ratings!! They are scammers!! The price of gold is currently $56 a gram. They start at charging you $180 a gram, then give a 50% discount at $90 gram, then gives a “manager” discount which only brings you roughly around $70 a gram. Stop falling for that 50-80% off bs the price is already jacked up!! I personally don’t shop here but I receive a piece of jewelry as a gift that was broken within a week of me simply doing everyday activities. The employees are very passive aggressive & act as if you don’t look like you have money then u don’t. *quick tip* the people with money are the most humble!! I personally don’t recommend.

I never in a million years would buy myself jewelry. But Sunday I walked in to the Bragg location and after watching my friend and your employee Dalia, I ended up putting a $1000 chain on layaway. She was such a beautiful and pleasant girl that I couldn’t help myself. Great job Dalia Lauretta Schauman

My husband and I went in on a Sunday and made a couple of purchases. The staff was wonderful Max helped me find the initial ring I had been looking for for weeks. She was very patient and friendly. The selection here is huge.before we made it completely around the case we purchased a scorpion charm for my hubby from another wonderful salesperson. Another thing that was awesome is that the manager was on-site and very knowledgeable about jewelry and easy to negotiate with. I will definently return for my next purchase and I can't wait to check out their Hope Mills location.

Well I’m glad everyone had great experiences and at first I did too. I was looking for a specific ring they didn’t have & I started working with the short slim young lady and honestly she sold the shxt so good I forgot to ask her name!!. After working with her I was addicted I wanted to come every weekend to either pay on my layaway or get something new.. but then one weekend I came it was busy ..I asked for my girl but she was busy. So I just decided to use next up and ever since then everybody else is like uuugh bad vibes and bad energy. I’m big on that, IDont like giving my $$ to people like that,. I don’t even like to go up there no more about ready to say fxk the stuff I got on layaway. Hell, I even been to the one out in hope mills and they be empty no customers and when somebody walk in have bad attitudes and no customer service and be tryna mumble pha! Maybe so many people just come in walking around and still even if so keep it professional. Some of the same dried up employees from the flea market on the weekend just tryna ride the clock I think these people crazy.. ima try to make my next payment over the phone and update y’all. Let’s see how this goes 😬😬🤦🏽‍♀️
