Heritage Jewelers was recommended by Batteries Plus to replace the battery in my Casio watch. They replaced the battery and then asked for payment of cash or check. I had neither! The lady stated that she would take my name and number and for me to come by at my convience to pay. WOW! You don't find places like this anymore. On my way out I browsed the various items and ended up buying a very nice bracelet for my wife. Without asking she gift wrapped it and put it in a nice presentation bag. Everyone is very friendly and helpful without being pushy. I will be returning to buy more.

Very poor experience-brought a beautiful Tag watch for a simple battery change. A week later it died so I sent it to NY. The AUTHORIZED repairman said the coil was broken and the crown stripped. Highly advise you should find a pro as opposed to this hacker who denies ALL responsibility. Don W

Bought the SF ring for my father in law because he lost his years ago. I searched for over a year for a good quality and reasonably priced ring with no luck until I found Heritage Jewelers. They made the ring and shipped it in one week in time for Christmas, which is incredible. The best thing about it was to everyone’s surprise that it’s the exact ring he lost many years ago. He was super excited, which he rarely shows so that’s saying something. Thanks guys.

I got a watch for my birthday as a gift but it was too big, I called around to see it I can get the links taken off without waiting and Heritage Jewelers did not disappoint. The process took about 5 minutes and I was in and out of there, I cannot wait to get my ring sized from them. Awesome customer service!

Highly recommend you look no further for a local jeweler! I saw someone recommend them on FB and I was not disappointed. They were so friendly and attentive. I was able to get my wedding ring cleaned, get my ring size, and shop for a customizable ring as a potential gift. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. They gave amazing insight on how to clean my ring and info on my stone. The owner himself was there and everyone who works there is military affiliated. They also have military specific jewelry that would make perfect gifts for loved ones. All in all just a wonderful experience with people who you can tell truly enjoy their job. Will be returning!

Heritage designed for me a custom wedding anniversary band and it is stunning! I love how beautiful and sparkly it is. I especially appreciated my in-depth face to face conversation with the designer as it was my 3rd attempt to design the perfect ring after speaking to 2 other jewelers and having another ring custom made that wasn’t durable enough for my everyday lifestyle. I bought my wife's engagement ring here and later our wedding bands. That was years ago. On Saturday we went in here again to get my wife's rings resized. Needless to say, it was an enjoyable visit. The lady who helped us was amazing, and the charge was VERY fair. We highly recommend this business. It was just a nostalgic thing to be back there after all these years.
