🫤 Went on 6/20 to have the clasp on my son's chain fixed. Took maybe 5-7mins and was $37. By 6/30 the clasp was already broke again. Waste of money!! Terrible quality. Better off renewing the warranty on your jewelry and getting a replacement. Not worth it! DO NOT recommend. People often mention ring, jewelry, work, repair, necklace, resized, guys, rings,

I spent 60 bucks for two repairs necklace broke in same spot within a couple days. I spent 60 bucks for same two repairs necklace broke within an hr in same spot idk what the deal is but I've now paid 120 for the same jobs and my necklace isn't being repaired strong enough if it keeps breaking in same spots from literally being caught on hair and this isn't that small of a necklace.. I went here because of quick repair time but I will have to take somewhere else I guess

The man doing the actual work was extremely rude and stated that my ring was cubic zirconium and refused to work on it. It's a designer ring by Heidi Gibson with white saffires and a diamond crown. This was after I came several days before and was told to come back when they weren't as busy, so I made a special trip up here for no reason..

I wish i never went here, they have awful attitude, as soon as I walked towards the kiok I said hi he looked up and just staring at me for a minute with the look that was just like, "what do u want"?,But he did not speak he just had that look so I proceeded to say I'm here free pickup since he wasnt going to speak, this was the young bou with the ponytail, but like I said I went to pick up my 14kt necklace I was so excited I paid before having it handed to me, when I had it handed to me it was terrible. You can see the marks where they tried to attach it back it was awful and he broke it more because there were more marks then the the 2 attachments there were 4. When i complain he said I went to some other jeweler before which is a lie since this necklace never broke before, I was so sad. I paid $60 and I wanted at least half of it back because he said very clearly no refund. Then I come here online to leave a review and I see they have terrible reviews I shouldve checked before I went.

run far from this place. go to zales, reeds or Kay and get your jewelry done. I told them not to put gold plating on my father's ring. these fools went and put sticky cheap gold plating and now my ring looks really stupid like if you pay for a fake ring in a kids candy machine. I took it over to reeds and the sales man was in shock .He said what the heck. I asked for polish never did. 75 is way to expensive for what I paid. save your self the trouble run go to reeds or zales. get class. don't take your good wedding ring and go here. there only going to mess it up. not to mention the guy I initially talked with had an extremely stink attitude I was like what is wrong with this guy. stupid they need to go to to jewelry school

Brought a ring to get repaired and they did an amazing job. I would recommend this place to everyone that has jewelry that needs repair or anything done to it. Do not take your jewelry to a shady place. Take it to this place and you will be satisfied with the price and the great job they do.

Story time... I got a ring from an online retailer and we were SO excited when it arrived that my fiancee rushed to try it on...but alas, it was too small! No idea how THAT happened - we were so careful to measure correctly, to the point where we were waffling between a 5.5 and a 6. We needed it resized immediately, so I scoured the options and decided to try the place in the Fayetteville mall...as much as I find that particular mall distasteful. Rodney couldn't have been more professional, kind, and helpful, and the work got done in about an hour's time. We went back and it fit perfectly! As we walked away happily, I held my girl's left hand and noticed...NO RING. That's because it was on her RIGHT hand. Yes, she had tried it on and then gotten it sized for the WRONG DAMN HAND. Embarrassed, we walked back to the counter. The staff was as amused as we were, but were absolute gentlemen in helping us find the humor in the situation. They changed it back to the original size quickly - and for free. They did a great job, displayed consummate professionalism and knowledge, and stood behind their work even when it was our fault that something wasn't perfect. I highly recommend these guys!!

Great place to get rings resized! Couldn't do my wedding band because of how many little stones there were (almost an infinity ring), but they resized my engagement ring and my husband's wedding band. They both came back looking better than when we first got them!

They are fantastic! I was shopping at Cross Creek Mall and noticed one of the tips on my antique engagement ring had fallen off. I immediately googled jewelry repair options in Fayetteville and was pleasantly surprised to find these guys located at the center of Cross Creek Mall. They not only fixed the tip on my ring, but also adjusted an aspect of its design, resized it, and cleaned it -- all for a reasonable price and within five hours! I liked their work so much that I even brought in another ring that needed to be resized -- which they had perfect and ready within two hours. Highly recommend!

Don’t bother going here. My center stone was moving slightly and needed to be tightened. Every quote online repair is no more than 30 dollars for this service. This man quoted me 60 dollars. He did not seem friendly at all. I thanked him and found somewhere else because I knew something seemed off. I ended up going to MGB Jewelry Repair in Hope Mills the quote was 10 dollars there, and the man was very kind. I was in and out in about 2 minutes and he waived the fee. I will be going there from now on for any jewelry maintenance.

My husband and I were walking in the mall when we came across this repair shop. We’ve been wanting our rings sized down but didn’t want to wait two weeks to get them back. This place was very affordable and only took about an hour. The lady was nice helped us with all questions. They called when they were done which was about 30 mins to an hour sooner. My husband ran in and picked up the rings; they are flawless. You cannot see where they were cut down and if I’m correct the extra gold was added back into our bands. Our rings were SHINING when we got them back... We’ll heck they are still shining days later. My diamonds were shining more than when I got the ring brand new... Now that made me nervous, thinking we’re they switched?!? I would’ve gave 5 stars but I need to go have my ring checked to ensure it’s still the same diamonds before I add that 5 star lol, but seriously... Update added the 5th star - diamonds were still there

Awesome Experience! Over the last 8 years I’ve been visiting this jewelry repairer for all my essential needs. Today I needed links added to my watch and they gave the best experience yet! You won’t be dissatisfied.

Last week, I finally found the ring I wanted to give my girlfriend to propose. However the ring I was going to give her was not going to be here in time for the date I wanted to do it. I wanted to propose on our anniversary that was 2 days away. The ring I wanted was suppose to get there the Monday before. So, I found another not cheap (but cheaper) ring at zales. Problem was, the ring was too small. So Zales told me about these guys. I walked down, asked if they do it quickly. They said they could have it done the next evening. These guys were friendly, helpful, and fast. Any repairs I need in the future, they will get ALL of my business going forward.

Having a shop of this type in the mall is very convenient! It seems they also do custom metal work and have a variety of items they sell other than jewelry. I was there to have a few links removed from the watch bands of some Invicta watches. It seems there are only a handful of shops willing to do that kind of work and I was very pleased with the outcomes we got. They did great work! No scratches or other issues. They also offer a lifetime battery replacement warranty for any watch batteries they replace/install. This costs $25 but when they say 'lifetime', they mean it. As long as you bring in the warranty card you'll be given after a battery installation, that battery will be replaced for free for as long as you own that watch! We got that deal, too. I hope we won't have to use it for a while, but if we do we know we're covered. Swing by and check them out when you're in the mall, again. They have some unique custom stuff in there.

Rodney always does exactly what he says and I've been a loyal customer for over a decade. From when they were in the kiosk in front of other jewelry stores. With the emplment the way it is these days, the big names in jewelry have been disappointing to me. But these guys have not. I've been married for 15 years, and every occasion my husband gifts me jewelry, I trust these guys the most, even with heirloom pieces. They are always clear with what I can expect and I feel I've always had the honest truth from them and their abilities. Kevin is a bit rude, but I overlook that because I work with the public too, and sometimes their expectations can be unrealistic. I just tell him what I want and avoid pleasantries.

Love this place and the owner. Super nice people there. Wide selection of blades and accessories, a long with jewelry and lighter. Great place. Quick jewelry repair and well done, and he stands behind his work.
