Hidden Oasis in the Heart of the City! I stumbled upon this charming and intimate public garden nestled in the midst of Federal Way, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! The garden's serene ambiance instantly transports you to a different world, away from the urban chaos. A visit here is a must for anyone looking to rejuvenate their soul in the heart of the city. The meticulous care and attention to detail that have gone into creating this green haven are truly commendable, and the variety of plants is astonishing. It's a treat for nature lovers and a peaceful escape for anyone seeking solace amidst the cityscape. I got to run into their Garden Director, Justin Henderson, whose passion and dedication are clearly reflected in every aspect of this garden. His knowledge and love for plants are infectious, and he goes above and beyond to ensure visitors have an enriching experience. Can't wait to return this Spring for more moments of bliss! 🌿🌸🍃

Felt like a hidden gem as the grounds were absolutely amazing. Very peaceful and surreal. There was a fair amount of air traffic noise but to me it didn't take away from the overall beauty. Will definitely be going back

Beautiful garden with several different garden rooms. Many benches available. There are a few small tables on the patio of the on-site house to use for picnicking.

I visited the Gardens wit the Seattle Jaguar club. The gracious host and hostess allowed us to park on their lawn and provided guided tours to the beautiful gardens. We took a picnic and hosts provided beverages and wonderful cookies. A memorable experience Thank you both

I like it here. Staff was super duper friendly and the lights were very beautiful. Definitely a fun thing to do during a covid Christmas and support a local botanical garden :) There was enough space for everyone and people were very Good about spacing out.

Beautiful flowers, peaceful except traffic sounds. And a little smaller than expected. Nice place to read maybe.

I found this little garden most delightful. Quiet, serene, excellent photo subjects: flowers, rabbits, hummingbirds, lush foliage. Oh, and beautiful benches to sit, read, photograph. Get away from it all....

Small, but not well known or very busy. Tranquil surroundings. I think I hit in between blooming seasons, but there was still enough to see.

This garden is very beautiful and more importantly, clean and quiet. A very useful area for the birds and animals that live there. I hope that everyone will keep this beautiful nature, which creates clean air and the health of the earth, good and healthy 😊

The soothing sounds of the creek combined with the joyful chirping of the birds flying about carelessly. The soft rustling of wind passing through the leaves as the rays of sun shine through. Walking through the garden trails, enjoying every perfectly manicured plant with the colors of all the blooming flowers each complimenting the next. I can go on and on for a while, but this was the most calming and joyful walk I've experience in a long time. Absolutely loved it.

Went to Powellswood Garden on a surprise trip for my husband and I's anniversary. I love plants and was pleasantly surprised to see so many huge and healthy tropical plants in my home state. We were there for about five hours and honestly could have stayed and seen more given the opportunity. There's a moderate hike that's about 1.2 Miles to a nice little natural spring. Lots of different flowers and plants. Some small little animals could be seen along the trail.
