This Target is close to home, and I like something I saw online and decided to buy. So, I ordered it online and went to pick it up no one available to help. I tried to do this during lunch, and after standing around for about 15 minutes, I had to leave for work. Not sure if I’ll ever order for pickup from this store again. It’s my third time using this service, and I have to go around looking for help all the time.

This is just a quick review to recognize the Target at the Commons (Federal Way) getting into the Pride spirit. I got my Pride shirt back in Indiana (at another Target, if I'm not mistaken) and now we picked up two more for my lady. I also want to recognize Claire, the person who helped us get these two shirts as they were both on a mannequin. Claire did mention there's no way of telling if they're getting anymore Pride things in so if you're looking for some, getting it sooner rather than later is better.

Very clean, great customer service. It was refreshing to go into a store and not see merchandise on the floor along with trash. People were helpful. It's still sad that things have to be locked up ( laundry soap and etc) because of theft. However, I do appreciate not being hassled for my receipt at the door. I understand that shopping has gotten out of control, but not everyone is stealing.

Target is a horrible company I will never shop at again. Their exchange policy is a scam. I got a bonus gift card for something and they gave me a faulty item. I just simply wanted an exchange. Instead they refunded me partially because they gave me a bonus gift card. They refused to give me an exchange for the Black Friday price and then said I got a partial refund because of the gift card. I wanted a full refund and not a gift card. I was promised that I would be honored for the Black Friday price and they refused it afterwards.

I was looking for a specific board game I saw in their app online. A clerk was nearby and asked if he could help. Amazing, right? He was able to locate it. A very pleasant experience thanks to the helpful clerk. Made my day. Thank you.

Love shopping at Target. Love the shopping atmosphere. Not super crowded like Walmart. This location does get super busy with long lines. I also love how there’s always a Starbucks inside. If you are a Target Redcard holder, you can receive 5% discount off Starbucks drinks.

I had a horrible experience at target tonight. The cashiers were unfriendly they did not say hello. The security guards started staring at us suspiciously as if we were going to steal something and started to swarm around us. I am on vacation and this was not a good experience because I just went to the store to grab some personal things that I forgot to bring from home. But I ended up not buying them and just left.

The girl in fitting room with curly hair. She is the rudest employee. All I ask was, if the fitting room is open and she said you can’t use the restroom tonight. 😡 Like can’t you be at least nice.
