If I could give negative stars I would! New to the area, looking for a good dentist who takes my kids insurance and one I can actually trust. They were all so disorganized, constant conversations back and forth between staff not focusing on my kids, the dr. was running an hour or so behind, they didn't try to make my kids feel comfortable or try to gain their trust. I had a gut feeling after we left the place and they saying my sons had 3-4 cavities each that something wasn't right. So, I got a 2nd opinion and drove over an hour away to go back home. Turned out only 1 child had 1 cavity!!! I will never go back here and not to mention, I am really disappointed that they were willing to drill into my children's teeth when they didn't even need to! STAY FAR AWAY!

While I loved the dentist as a child, its different as an adult and I've become picky and hesitant over time. I was sad to see the ratings for this office that I've learned to trust. From regular checkups to cleanings, crowns and even an extraction, I've personally had good service and treatments. For those who know me, I'm obsessed with my teeth and at 46 yrs. old, they've helped keep them looking fabulous! Hoping others will give them a try.

Dr. Vuong has worked on me for the past 4 yrs regularly prepping me for upper and lower dentures. Pulling teetch, adding crowds, putting in stainless posts to secure the dentures. He's been by far the best dentist I've ever had. He's always polite and always make sure I'm in the minimum amount of pain. I have spent thousands of dollars there and it's was a long road to finally be done but I would not go anywhere else. I live in Portland now and still drive up to see him because he was so great! If you have an issue it's probably you.

Have been going here for over 10 years and they have been the best dentist ever. I have had a root canal and a crown done here and they are the best. They have also removed my wisdom teeth and were very helpful and made sure to explain everything for me to make sure that everything heals perfect. The ladies in the front are always super awesome and super cheerful. If you need any dental work done these are the people to go to!!! Recommend for everyone!!!

Went there for a cleaning and a basic visit. The doctor asked if I had any questions and notified them that my jaw has started clicking. Dude baaically ignored me and told me to eat less (which sounds more of an insult). Didn’t even consider the fact that my wisdom teeth are growing in at this age. The clicking is worse and now I wake up and it clicks! Great advice doctor! I’ll be sure to pass it on :) My brother has also went for an appointment but has done more damage. He didn’t use to have pain while eating or drinking. Now he does. We’re seeing a new doctor. A new doctor in a SMALLER facility with UPDATED equipment and practices. We only went here because the past nurses cared. These ones don’t. Also don’t look at the reviews he puts on his own website. They’re selectively chosen. Istg if I see a “Sorry your experience wasn’t up to standard” reply message, I’m gonna freak.

Outdated equipment. Never had a dentist office try to make you pay for services up front before appointment is made. Weird.

Van Voung took me for thousands of $$$, and refused to complete the procedure in which I had paid for in advance. Furthermore, he sent to see an oral surgeon by the name of Wei Guo. He also demanded payment in full prior to treatment. Between the two of them, they took from me more than $47,000. Not to mention my ability to eat a plethora of healthy, nutritious solid foods. They made my oral issues exponentially worse. The pathway to good health starts with the foods we consume. For the past 6+ years I've been unable to masticate a myriad of of raw produce to which I have been accustomed to consuming for decades. The inability to maintain a healthy nutritious diet, has caused my overall health to gradually deteriorate. Both physical and mental. There's no doubt in my mind that these quacks drastically reduced my life expectancy.

Very nice dentist. Best dentist I have ever visited. Their cost for uninsured patients like me are very competitive. I had a crown work done here as well as extractions and a bridge on my bottom 4 teeth. I have also had several gum disease treatment and a root canal. The work was professional and I have had no problem.Not only are their prices right, but Dr Van as well as the staff are very friendly. When I got a quote for the bridge, I decided to get a second opinion at Dennis G. Hopkins Dentistry in Milton WA. The quote at Milton was 2 times as much as Aesthetic and the cost of consultation and xrays was twice too that of Aesthetic.
