I had a visit today and had an excellent experience. The provider I saw, Jackie, had a new idea for how to manage my birth control with less pain and stress. She also informed me about updated guidelines that make me eligible for a vaccine I previously thought I was too old to get. I wish I could get primary care services in the same type of humanizing, comforting environment where I am not brushed off when discussing my own health. GYN services are very personal and can be vulnerable, scary and painful—a certain special approach is needed to make patients comfortable, and you’ll find that at Federal Way Planned Parenthood.

Unfortunately, I am giving this clinic a 1 star review. I had an appointment on a Monday and was told it needed to be rescheduled due to the clinician being out sick. This happened FOUR times in the same week, rescheduling & canceling. My insurance ran out at the end of the month and sadly, I was never able to get into the office for an appointment. While I whole heartedly understand illness happens, but you don’t have a back up clinician in to cover ALL WEEK??? Cancelling someone’s appointment 4x in a week seems absurd to me. There has to be a plan set in place for these types of situations.

Was very rude to me and had no empathy for the fact that I didn't have enough money to pay for my appointment and offered no other help or payment plan other than rescheduling me for another day 2 weeks away from my initial appointment. I cried in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Thanks planned parenthood. To the woman that was being a beotch to me I hope ur treated with the same amount of kindness(or lack there of) that you treated me.

i just got this bill 10/21 for an appointment i gave the receptionist my insurance card and id she's been here for 10 years and should know to verify insurance and id and to bill at the time of service rather then me receiving a bill for $500. I had to make her verify my id and insurance she wouldn't ask for it and she still didn't bill it now i have to call on Monday to have them bill it. Get your S**t together for real it literally took months for them to properly bill my insurance and to pay the bill correctly. I never have this issue at other locations I think she's really just tired of her job and doesn't want to be there anymore so she purposely screws up. Don't go here go to any other location but here unless they get rid of her.

I’ve had so many issues with them, scheduling mistakes, not telling me my meds were ready until the pharmacy called and worst of all extremely stressful lab mistakes which cost me an important prescription idk overall very incompetent and if you work here and are offended I’m sorry I know it’s mostly budget cuts but I’m just letting people know don’t go here find a different pp

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will be honest, as a teenager, I had some not so pleasant experiences in a different location. So I had some anxiety about my appointment with Planned Parenthood in Federal Way. Not only were their medical services extremely proficient, they are kindness, thoughtfulness, and empathy exceeded all expectations (in reception & doctor).

Hey Kent Folks, what a beautiful day this turned out to be! Living in the PNW, sometimes you don't know what ro expect. This is why I fell in love with the State Of Washington back in 1978 when I attended A6 Intruder School at Whidbey Island. I've been in love with the state ever since! I just want the people who support me and the people still getting to know me to understand that I am Pro-Union, Pro-Family, Pro Gun Safety, and definitely Pro-Choice. Women's Rights are exactly that...Women's Rights and nothing else, no matter what!
