I'm a regular at all Safeway's I love to go to Safeway especially since monthly I get up to $0.30 off of my gas and I absolutely take advantage of it Safeway conveniently always right around the corner from where I live I don't know how it works like that but it does say and I love Safeway and I will always love Safeway until I depart from this planet.

It's a standard Safeway. Pretty universal, but definitely not a bad one. A bit more of a selection than the QFC but that's most because it's a larger building, otherwise it's a very similar selection overall. Be sure to ship the sale and generic items for better prices.

Some stores are nicer than others. Lakewood store is nicer than Federal Way and Tacoma. The Deli is too close to the exit and bathroom. Lots of people walk out without paying. I guess we oay for theirs too. So sad to see but it's real. Amazing work in Lakewood keeping it tidy.

Always so clean and bright an employees are cheerful. Had my first and only disappointment: brownies were so gooey and slimey, I cdn't help but wonder if they forgot to put them in the oven!!!

Deli staff was super friendly, made sure I got a good deal. General Tso's chicken appeared as soon as I asked for it, went down smooth and took revenge about 3 hours later. Round 1 stomach, round 2 General Tso. Round 3 this review, not sure who wins here.. maybe you? Id definitely do it again, worth it.

I used to hate this store because of the horrible customer service but I have to say that things have tremendously improved in the last couple of years and the employees are wonderful, very helpful, friendly. I love the Safeway app, I save so much money because of the coupons I receive through the app for items that I personally buy. I also love the reward points you can cash in for gas rewards or free items. For instance, I have 3 reward points right now and I can cash them in for .30 cents off per gallon or 4.00 off my next order, a Safeway brand frozen pizza, a 32 oz block of cheese, a case of water, or one of the other items under the 3 points category 😁.

This is another Safeway that can't trust its customers to make proper use of the restrooms thereby making it a PAIN for anyone to use it. I just left THIS safeway after having to go to the"customer service" to ask Jane/Jan (who every time was standing there reading a magazine instead of helping me) to unlock the restroom which never got unlocked sending me on to the neighboring Taco Bell. THANKS Safeway!

Alfonso in the Deli was amazing !! I told him i have a seafood allergy & needed the shrimp separate from my order… he 100% was so careful and even changed gloves and washed his hands !!! (I know that should be standard but unfortunately some people don’t care). Thanks for not killing me!!! He deserves a lot of recognition.

My neighborhood store. Love the staff, sometimes issues in parking lot. But outside of that not a bad store.

My experience was not good today. Cashier was aggravated and very unfriendly. I probably won't go back. I have to say other clerks in the store were friendly (i.e. meat counter, bakery) I was considering shopping here instead of my usual Fred Meyer. I will go back to Freddies.

The nicest grocery store I think I've ever been to because every single person that works at this store is always so helpful, willing to help and always so nice and kind and down to earth which is the # 1 reason I shop here. If they are ever out of anything they always get it back in stock right away which is so nice. I really think the people who work here deserve raises, the atmosphere is so noticeably different than other stores just because of how nice everyone that works here is. They always make me feel welcome and happy to shop here! The people that work here are the reason I shop here, this store and neighorhood are lucky to have them :)

Was trying to ask whether cultured milk is available now but the lady in self checkout dismissed me, felt so bad and am from all the way from Puyallup, Washington to Federal way. Can't go back there anymore

Always a great store. Clean, employees always helpful. People in pharmacy are great too.

The bald short lady who works in that cooked food area is always rude. Can tell fake politeness when ya hear it. Last time buying food at that counter. There was a guy who used to work there once, so polite and helpful.

Don't we all love and appreciate Safeway?! When all other stores are closed for the night, Safeway is always open when you need those essentials most .... like organic herbal tea, etc.

stop sending this junk mail and using this archaic marketing scheme with people who never opted in nor have a way to opt out.

Good prepared food choices and a Starbucks on site, which we visited a few times while visiting the area.

I go here mainly for the bakery, the fresh cheese bagels in 6 count. Big size, chunk cheese in the middle as well loded baked cheese on top. Toast it and add cream cheese favorite junk food. 😋 i not found anywhere, else safeway makes the best

Friendly staff and good prices I shop at Safeways alot there's not many other options. I miss Albertsons.

I’m so disappointed with there signature pizzas I bought cheese pizza I opened the box to a personal pizza this ant going to feed me and my grandson y’all need to get it together already we paying a lot of money for food it should be the same size as it was the box that’s false advertising smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ and it cost that much for a fun size pizza…. I had to blow up the picture up it’s so small

Thank God this is my neighborhood Safeway and not some of the other ones. I've been to the Kent Station Safeway many times and they are just horrible. The people that work at this Safeway though are always so nice and helpful and quick to help customers with anything they need. I shop here so much that everyone who works here knows me and I'm so glad cause they are great! Out of all the Safeways in the area I gotta say the people that work at this one are the best out of all of them.

Safe way has really hone downhill since Covid high prices and selection is down.

Super nice staff however way overpriced. I usually shop Fred Meyer but they were out of my iced tea so I came here and it cost almost twice as much. Only in an emergency will I come here.
