During my initial visit to Olive Garden, I opted for the unlimited soup and breadsticks, sticking to my favorite, the chicken and gnocchi soup. However, this time, I found the soup unusually watery, a departure from my previous experiences. Additionally, there was a bit of a wait for refills. Overall, it was an average experience, leaving me uncertain about returning to this particular spot.

Sandy!! You angel! You were such a treat to have as our waitress! You made us feel like we were on a tour in Italy! The bread, HOT! The salad, CRUNCHY! The pasta, piled so high with cheese until we said when and I am actually convinced that if I never said when she would still be piling it on top. Thank you endlessly. If you are ever sliding through the area, stop on in, ask for Sandy!! The food is outstanding! It’ll make your belly BURST!

Nice family dinner place or even a nice intimate setting place. Small menu but great food. Mostly pastas (duh). I love that they serve wine options too. I'd say the price is reasonable because of the huge salad and endless bread sticks served before your food. Their bread sticks are .... THE BEST!!!!! I love that they can make their dessert personal (for birthdays or whatever occasion (see photos)

Make sure to ask Ashley to be your waitress. She works Friday-Sunday. She is very friendly and made our experience at Olive Garden awesome! We will definitely come back again in the future on a day she works. The food was great and because of Ashley, we had plenty of breadsticks and soup to eat. Don't forget to tip her well! :)

Always great food and got a great server. Only wish we were offered drink refills especially since we were there an hour +. However I think we just distracted her with small talk because she did check in multiple times. Therefore I won't hold it against her because I didn't even notice until it was 2 late to want a whole new drink.

Place is disgusting, Staff is slow and lazy, they probably spit in our food. We had to wait 30 min before being seated meanwhile groups of three that had just walked in get seated 15 min before us. I ordered soup and salad and my wife ordered five cheese pasta, Food was Luke warm almost as if it had been sitting in heat light or something, and endless salad which isn’t endless because they make you wait so long for the next batch you just say I want to go home. Sincerely, you guys need work.

Genita rocks! The Federal Way restaurant is pretty much what you expect, the food is good (except the eggplant...all breading on a nearly undetectable sliver of eggplant, blech.) Breadsticks are too salty, salad is nice. But this review is not about the restaurant or the food; it's about an outstanding server: Genita was so prompt, attentive and friendly, she made our visit much more pleasant than usual! We dined with out of town friends who commented that they never got such good service in other Olive Gardens, nor have we, for that matter. We didn't have to wait for refills on drinks, bread sticks or salad. Everything was served promptly and with a smile. Genita ran her tail off for us and the other tables nearby, and never once did her cheerful demeanor waver. This woman is just stellar, and we hope her employers recognize this and reward her accordingly. You go, girl!

This was my first time at this location. We got in very quickly but our service was awful! Our server wasn't paying attention to what we were saying and just kept forgetting everything. She served us soup with no spoon and didn't get one until the meal came out we didn't get salad until the end of the meal, my daughter asked for extra Alfredo and never got it, I asked for more soup and never got it and the breadsticks came out with no butter on top. Then at the end of the meal the server was really rushing us to leave! She literally tried to take my plate as I was still eating! I am not coming back to this location.

Went on Mother's Day, and we were seated right away. The shrimp with Alfredo sauce was delicious. Plus, the Italian margaritas were the best.

We were traveling and was meeting up at this place with 2 other family members. The website said there was no wait for “4” (wouldn’t even let me do reservations (as I knew how busy this area or Federal away is - especially sharing parking lot with a Costco) however when we got there (which was mid afternoon on a Saturday), was told there would be a 15-20 min wait. I explained of my actions prior but was told nothing can be done and would seat us as quickly as they possibly could. While waiting in the seating area, used the woman’s restroom and found it was trashed. We were seated and our order taken. It was what was expected for food & drink; dessert though was pretty tasty. If you are looking for a meal, be prepared to wait or try to make reservations prior to arrival.

Made in in time for lunch after taking a break from the water park. Price was reasonable and we did get soup and salads with our entrees. Our waitress, June, was really sweet. The bread and salad were good. The soup was hit and miss. My kid and I got the same soups and his looked different from mine. My chicken gnocchi had one gnocchi. My spicy sausage soup was mostly liquid. The entree’s were yet another story. The pasta was dry like it had been sitting out and the moisture had dried up. There wasn’t enough sauce to save it. The chicken in my chicken parm was dry like it had been microwaved too much. We may go back but may stick with the breadsticks, soup and salad the next time.

The lobby was crowded. The minestrone soup was mediocre- the only veggie soup option and Nothing that should start any dinner. Ordered the Ziti Fritta- a bit rich. I had the eggplant Parmigiana and was pleasantly surprised by how yummy the pasta was, but the breaded eggplant left something to be desired.

Terrible experience. Came in for dinner on a Saturday. Wasn’t too busy and there were plenty of waiting staff. Get sat down by the hostess with no wait time and told our waiter will be with us. 10 minutes later nothing, ask the manager as she was walking by if she could get our waiter, she responded with yes, let me go get them. Another 5 minutes later nothing, we left due to the horrible service. We had no issue waiting but several tables were sat around us and immediately had their waiter approach them. Not sure what the deal was, won’t be going back to Olive Garden again.

My nine-year-old cousin and I went on a lunch date here, and really enjoyed our service. The food was very delicious and our server Brittany was amazing ! We appreciated her quickness and overall happiness to serve us. Such a pretty smile to match her pretty personality ! We appreciate you so much Brittany thank you for making our Olive Garden lunch date so amazing !

We waited 30-45 min. They don’t accept reservations. You need to actually go and put your name down. My Shrimp scampi was better than last time I had ( at the different location). My shrimps were not burned this time. The pasta was on the soft side but not bad. Salad was ok. The first round, there was basically lettuce, bit of tomatoes and crouton, very skimpy. The second round was better. I wish the lettuce was not iceberg….. The service was fair. It seems to me that the restaurant was short staffed. Only pet peeve was that the they charged for the game. The console provided to the table had games to kill time while waiting for food. We did not realize it costed money until I saw the charge when we pay. I wish it was more transparent about the charge. It was not clear at all.

I was glad the cooks were willing to modify my order as requested with adding extra spicy while cooking my oder. The first serving of one of our dishes seemed to be cold (uncooked) but they were quick to address the issue. The staff were knowledgeable of the menu and helped the night along.

Food was good. Always consistent at OG. We were helped by Pricilla and she was so nice and responsive. Stopped in for lunch and it wasn’t too busy. Everyone was nice. I believe the manager was walking around confirming everyone was taken care of.

I ordered food to go when I got off work. Pulled into spot #4 and let them know I was waiting. Food came out within 5 mins brought by a very nice smiling man. What impressed me was when we got home and the whole order was CORRECT even with it being for 6 people. That hasn’t happened in a long time. Something is always missing or the wrong order. Great food, amazing prep and good size portions

We sat there a hot min with no server, the server who did help us was walking by and realized whoever was supposed to be helping us, wasn't. I wish I'd gotten our servers name, he was a young man and delightful to have as a server with good service and banter. Got the soup and salad. The chicken gnocchi is good but more broth then chicken and gnocchi, also tried the minestrone but could take it or leave it. The salad and breadsticks are what they are, good enough. I wish soft drinks weren't hwy robbery everywhere these days though. My aunt got the shrimp fettuccine and she enjoyed it, definitely a massive amount of shrimp on it.

I really enjoyed this visit. We took a little bit longer to decide what we wanted but the waitress was just as pleasant and understanding as she was when we first sat down. When the food came, it was hot and delicious. Our dishes were cleared (it's a thing—check my other review) and it was just delightful. I honestly can't wait to come back!

We ordered over the phone then went to the pickup spot and we didn’t have to wait very long. But when we got back to our next location( not our house) we realized they didn’t give us the strawberry sauce that goes with the strawberry cake. Also we didn’t get any silverware to eat with and we let them know that. Then when my boyfriend went to go inside to get the stuff after driving back, we still didn’t have silverware. So we had to wait to eat till after our next stop instead of before so we had utensils to use once we got home. And by the time we got home our food was cold. I’m pregnant and don’t eat here very often, this was a splurge. Very disappointing.

The service was quick and efficient, and the food was served fairly quickly. The staff were polite and friendly. The waitress was very attentive making sure that we had everything.

I used the app to join the wait-list before arriving at the restaurant. It worked great bc the place was full and we were seated almost immediately vs having to wait. Our server Paula was awesome. She kept our drinks full and the bread sticks coming.

Went here tonight, not our first time. Food was great, they forgot some of our food though. The server was still amazing and they did take care of the bill due to the mistake. I still will recommend, food is always on point and this is the first time this has ever happened in all of my years coming. Mistakes happen, no worries.

The food was great and the staff were amazing. There could be some more lighting but other wise I love the restaurant.

Our server Jordan was AMAZING. Super attentive and friendly. He really made us feel welcome and we left as happy as could possibly be. We felt really cared for and there was never a time where any of our drinks were empty. Our soups, salads, and breadsticks were truly endless. He had great recommendations for food and made great suggestions for beverages. 10/10 would sit in his section again.

Literally their everything from there excellent customer service, to the food they cook & provide with I'd have to say pretty on time fast paced service altogether. Is All remarkably outstanding! Oh! The waitress was great, very nice person. Waiting time was insane but apparently it was homecoming. They need bigger tables desperately.

My mother dined in with her 16 yr old son and her 6 month old grandson ,she was excited for Olive Garden until she was surprised with a charge of almost $14 gratuity on her check. 10% of her bill definitely wasn’t $14. She tips based off service not what the restaurant chain “thinks” they deserve. She hasn’t been in quite sometime and probably won’t be back.
