Always Delicious foods. We went to this restaurant directly after our wedding ceremony 😁😁 and had a great moment there.

After only a few bites I found something in my food, that something is a aluminum shaving, I stopped eating and looked thru the food and in a matter of few seconds I found another drill bit shaving, here's the pics.

I was really looking forward to eating here after hearing a friend hype this restaurant up but after few different things, I've decided that this wasn't a good fit for me. Ordered a salad with tomatoes on the side (I can't have them, but my dining partner could) with ranch dressing. Got the salad with tomatoes chopped up in it and with Caesar dressing. Asked them to redo the salad as I cannot have tomatoes and asked for ranch again. They brought the salad back with Caesar dressing. Had to ask them a third time if I could have the ranch dressing I had asked for. While we were eating, they had started cleaning the table behind us and their cleaning spray was EXTREMELY intense, overpowering, and lingered as we tried to finish our dinner. We finally had to leave before finishing our food because the music came on. It was so loud that my dining partner and I could not carry a conversation across the table, despite practically yelling. Overall, the food was 'eh' once we got it how it was ordered. The salad portion received for the price seemed steep in my opinion. We were there around 7:30 PM. I don't think that the workers really took into consideration that people were trying to eat dinner and converse. Definitely would recommend holding off on cleaning tables next to people eating or tone down your cleaning supplies so it's not overpowering those eating nearby.

I really wanted to give them 4 stars but... Getting food poisoning from the chicken will always land a restaurant on 1 star. Our first visit last week was fine. My kids ordered a quesadilla and burrito from the kids menus while I had the 2 entree combination, a tamale and enchilada. All was well, we even had a dessert to leave full and happy. This last visit honestly felt about the same, we ordered a steak quesadilla and chicken verde enchilada, which left us full and happy again... until hours later when the food poisoning from the chicken kicked in. I hate giving bad reviews, so what I would say is, it seems like everything else was good, just be weary of the chicken. Service: The service was fine. Both visits, the servers were very helpful and made sure to check on us periodically. Atmosphere: The design is set up to enhance the bar experience, so the lighting was dim, and the TVs were all playing various sports channels. The booths were comfortable and the tables were clean and neat. Food: I wish that I could give them another chance, but after my experience (see above) I don't foresee myself returning anytime soon.

I worked for Angelica and her family for a brief time period. All I can say is that they are a very dedicated hard working family that values hard workers. Very down to earth and OF CORSE the food is better than anywhere else in Washington state. Best Mexican restaurant definitely won't disappoint. SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES

Husband went there on July 13 2021. Spent 8.80 on a side of rice that was ridiculous small. Like should have cost 3 dollars small. They gave us chips and salsa with it. I literally spit out the salsa it tasted so bad. And I love love love chips and salsa. Never will I ever order anything from this place again. He also said there was no one in the restaurant at 8 pm.

Only 1 star because the service was good. We ordered duo fajita and was given only 3 Tortillas. The steak was so tough my dog would chew on it for hours. And the Al Pastor pork was just ground sausage. Salsa was waters down tomato juice with onions and parsley. Don't waste your money here.

Delicious food. Polo en Mole was amazing. Their burito is a monster. The staff were welcoming. Drinks were just strong enough. I'll be coming back next Sunday!

I have ordered from here to go since COVID and they have been very polite. Today is the 1st time I ate inside and I am not happy with my experience. 1st it took a while to get a menu after being seated. They came right way to take my order. I ordered the Arroz Con Pollo and it came with unpasteurized cheese which i unfortunately cant eat since I am pregnant. I was told I can't reorder the same thing since I didnt request it without cheese. Not happy with the serve today. The reason for the 3 is the togo orders have been great. Will not be coming back

This is a great restaurant! I’m a regular now, and they have my order completely memorized. There’s nothing like that feeling of being seen, even if it’s just at a restaurant! Very good tortilla soup and fried ice cream!

Authentic Mexican food, great service. We love coming here for lunch about once a month. Strawberry margaritas are lit!

The taco salad was horrible grease just was caked on the lettuce it was disgusting I've had their taco salad there are several times hoping that it was just a mistake but it was the same every time

Considering how Federal Way has in general a pretty terrible food scene, I was really grateful to find this cute and authentic Mexican restaurant. It reminds me of Mexican restaurants I used to go to when I was a kid, a traditional, Mexican, American atmosphere. The food that I had was good, I am a vegetarian, and I had the tostada. My husband had a chicken burrito and he liked his as well. The chips and salsa were up to my standards, which is a must as this is a steeple of a decent Mexican restaurant. We went in for lunch, and the place was pretty empty, I am not sure what it is like for dinner, but I plan on trying it out. I will definitely go back, and was really happy to find this much better than average Mexican restaurant in Federal Way since there are not very many decent options here.

I have been here twice since this restaurant was suggested to me. I've tried the combination plate with a burrito which was very good and I really loved the Mexican Pizza. The food my family had also looked good and they really enjoyed it. The restaurant has very good service, they're friendly, and it's clean with a family atmosphere. I will go back again!

my wife ordered chicken Tostada salad she didn't even enjoyed it because lettuce was really wet a Saggy she didn't even want to re order.

Overall the food was not bad, service was ok - friendly enough but pretty hands off. Also their lunch specials requires a drink purchase as well

Been coming here for years. I do my best to support small businesses in my community as often as I can. Food is always consistent and good. They have been improving their service over the years. We usually sit in the bar. Some nights they have karaoke. Taco Tuesday is good! Drinks are good also. I’ll continue to visit this establishment.

Our first time there since 2020! We sat in the bar where the TV's are distracting, next time we'll sit on the other side.

The food was blunt, starting with the salsa. We were like we can make better food at home. Service was meeh! Ambiance meeeh! We felt like we should have asked for a refund.

One word, camarones mojo de ajo! So delish! And a margarita you need both hands to love properly.

The service is ok, the drinks are great! ( better than Azteca on 320th) but unfortunately in the food department they need big help.

Horrible service horrible waitress. We waited an hour and a half for our recipt and got over charged. Definitely do not recommend go else where. They scam and add extra charges and don't explain well enough why your being charged.

They charge you for a 16 oz glass of beer. and they only serve you 12 oz.. the waiter has very bad skills. very bad family experience
