Vorab: Beratung bei Verkauf gut und freundlich. Unzufrieden bin ich mit der Werkstatt. Nach dem ersten Kundendienst gab es einen leichten aber andauernden Schleifton, der auf Dauer nervt. Bei der ersten Reparatur wurde das Geräusch besser, war jedoch noch nicht weg. Bei der zweiten Reparatur wurde meines Erachtens gar nichts unternommen und ich habe das Fahrrad genauso wie ich es abgegeben habe wieder zurückbekommen. Ich muss wohl damit leben - und spare mir weitere Reklamationen. Ich kann für die Werkstatt keine Empfehlung geben. Auch bei dem Rad meines Mannes - konnte beim ersten Kundendienst das Quitschen beim Bremsen nicht beseitigt werden - nervt auch - und auch er muss damit leben. Beide Räder wurden neue gekauft und bei beiden hält sich die Freude jetzt in Grenzen.

Ich wüsste wirklich nicht was man als Radfan mehr von einem Laden wollen würde. Ich wurde bei sämtlichen Reparaturen stets perfekt beraten. Mir wurde auch noch nie versucht was zu verkaufen, was ich nicht gewollt oder gebraucht hätte. Reparaturen werden immer innerhalb weniger Tage erledigt, selbst wenn die Hölle los ist. Und für Qualität und Geschwindigkeit sind die Preise wirklich mehr als fair! Als Kunde fühl ich mich immer herzlich willkommen und das auch mit meinem gebraucht erworbenen Rad. Zusätzlich gibt’s ne tolle Auswahl an Rädern und Zubehör. In Augsburg die klar beste Adresse für alles rund ums Mountainbike!
