My pain came unexpectedly, of course, on a Sunday. They were the worst I've ever had. I was somehow able to survive that horrible Sunday. When I went into Dr. Rachaniotis' practice on Monday morning, it was the best decision of my life - I was able to get help as an emergency patient. I was treated immediately and was very, very satisfied. I no longer have any pain. This is the best doctor for me.

After over 25 years of severe migraines, Dr. Rachaniotis was the first doctor who really took me seriously and gave me my life back in a very short time with his therapy. He takes a lot of time, is genuinely interested in his patients and is very pleasantly calm, objective and pragmatic. I am eternally grateful to have him as a doctor and can highly recommend him. His practice team is also very friendly and his time management is perfectly organized. It doesn't get any better!

Ein wirklich sehr empfehlenswertes ambulantes OP Zentrum. Die Ärzte sind unglaublich kompetent und die Mitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich. Auch die Narkose mit der Akupunktur ist wirklich jedem zu empfehlen. Man hat keinerlei Nebenwirkungen wie bei einer normalen Narkose. Super Arbeit👍

I come to the first appointment with a referral card. I insert a questionnaire with 45 questions and then find out that my health insurance company won't cover the treatment. Neither mentioned when making the appointment on the phone or when registering (although you could already see here that you have the appropriate health insurance company)!!!!!!

I myself had a severe episode (depression) for over two years. All Antidepressants and numerous talk therapies did not help. Ultimately I was very desperate until I saw a show on TV about ketamine treatment. Miss Dr. Aichinger R. explained to me in detail about this treatment method. I immediately decided on this type of treatment because I saw it as my last chance. After just the fifth treatment, I noticed how the treatment had a positive effect. After the eighth treatment I felt completely fit. I still did all ten treatments and can now lead a completely normal life again. I was referred for pain therapy because of lower back pain. Here I got an appointment for an examination or consultation quite quickly. The long questionnaire was initially unusual, but doable. Of course this one takes a while to answer, but it was okay. I cannot evaluate whether this is actually evaluated or viewed. The doctor knows what his job is and can explain things quite well. I was then given 6 appointments for acupuncture and shock wave therapy. I think it's a bit of a shame that the practice times are not employee-friendly. The treatment itself was fine. In my opinion, the doctor is very sensitive and during the treatment she talks about how I can influence the improvement and what she would recommend to me. The doctor is less talkative and a bit rude, but this only underlines or confirms my previous experiences with male doctors. It remains to be seen whether the treatment itself has had any effect, as the therapy apparently still has an effect. However, I find shockwave therapy very expensive with a treatment time of 1 minute and associated costs of €35 per treatment. I don't know how that was calculated. The later (in terms of time) my appointment was scheduled, the less attention was paid to the patient (probably due to staff shortages, etc.) and the longer we had to wait. However, I used the waiting time for a little relaxation and peace, so it benefited me personally.

I am happy. I had outpatient surgery today and everything went well. The doctors and staff are very friendly. I would particularly like to praise the work of the sister at the reception. I've never seen anyone work with such concentration, routine and confidence, even though there was a lot going on and the lady had to complete many tasks at once. Thanks to the team

Very thorough examination and good treatment! Was there for ketamine therapy when chronic pain had been treated. The treatment was carried out very well and accompanied in a classy manner.

I came to the practice with severe pain due to spinal canal stenosis due to a herniated disc. The advice was very good, medication and conventional therapy helped very well - a plus point for the holistic rather than invasive measures

Ich war aufgrund meiner therapierten Bandscheibenvorwölbung beim Dr.med.B. Aichinger-Rachaniotis da ich Schmerzen in der Hüfte hatte. Er hat von einer Therapie für die Muskel empfohlen. Ich habe ein paar Tage später bemerkt, dass die Schmerzen verschwunden sind. Ich denke, dass Herr Dr.med.B. Aichinger-Rachaniotis durch seine gute Aufklärung und Zweitmeinung meine Angst einfach weggenommen hat. First of all, the doctor's treatment/advice was very good and I felt like I was in good hands. Unfortunately, everything else was a disaster. I had to wait over an hour for each of my appointments and one was 15 minutes after the practice opened, where there can actually be no delays. The receptionists are completely understaffed and unfortunately stressed and sometimes unfriendly. Even for a prescription announced over the phone I had to wait over 30 minutes. Unfortunately, despite competent treatment, I will now change my doctor due to these circumstances.
