I have been seeing Dr. for about 2 years. Heimeroth undergoing treatment. She was recommended to me by my family doctor. I was impressed right from the start by her friendly, competent and uncomplicated manner. The team is extremely friendly and keeps its promises. I called on Friday and was told I would get a call back on Monday I got a call.👍👍 Thank you

I have actually been a patient of the doctor for 2 years, but I was very disappointed at my last appointment. There were apparently communication problems between the doctor's assistants and the doctor, so I followed up several times by phone, but no response. When I presented myself, I was put off again, they didn't want to listen to me, and I wasn't even treated anymore!! I am now in a different practice and feel much more comfortable there.

I had a referral from the ophthalmologist asking me to clarify it before the weekend (Thursday evening). I was there on May 5th because it wasn't possible to reach anyone by phone after 21 attempts. I would have gotten an appointment in September. The doctor wasn't there that day, so I can't comment on the treatment.

Of course there are long waiting times to see a specialist. But was warmly welcomed by the girls... the young lady during the examination was also more than nice 👍 I have never met such a nice and competent neurologist in over 20 years 👍👍 friendly, competent and an open ear for the problems Patients 👍👍 please stay as you are and keep it up 👍👍👍

Basically I think the practice is good. The doctor is super personable and really takes her time with the patient. The medical assistants are also all very friendly. I also think waiting times are totally fine (in my experience, around 20 minutes). Unfortunately, I once had severe symptoms that lasted for several weeks, but then I still had to wait for my next appointment (which was still 2 months away) because the practice's calendar was already fully planned for the next few months.

My mother is seeing this doctor. She must be very competent and friendly. The employees are also nice during the examinations, but not at the reception. You can rarely reach anyone by phone. The waiting time of 1.5 hours was far too long for an appointment that was arranged six months in advance!!!!!

Great MS doctor. Sensitive, understanding and she takes her time. Simply great. The ladies at reception are also very friendly and accommodating. thank you very much

I can't comment on the quality of the doctor. What is very weak, however, is that despite acute pain and a referral from the orthopedist, I was not offered an appointment within the next 6 months. Emergency appointments should be the rule.

Absolutely one of the best doctors I have ever met. Top treatment with a lot of time for you as a patient and also for your relatives! It's very rare or impossible to find such a doctor and team anymore! I can recommend it 100 percent. Great enlightenment. A doctor you can have complete trust in! Waiting times are completely reasonable and okay!
