Unorganized staff, very unfriendly with zero patience for the kids. Overcrowded, our kids were extremely disappointed and it was their bday party. Would not recommend it at all. Mystery rooms is a way better option.

Wenn du mal richtig Spaß haben willst, musst du hier hin! Wir waren heute mit 7 Kindern zum Geburtstag feiern hier. Jede Gruppe hat seinen eigenen Tisch, kurz nach dem Ankommen wird manunterwiesen. Dann geht's zur Kasse und jedes Kind wird ein Charakter. Nachdem die Aufgabe gemeinsam studiert wurde, geht es los. Als Belohnung gibt es Bonuskarten, wenn man 10 gleiche hat, kann man seinen Charakter hochleveln. Die Zeit vergeht im Flug und zum Essen gibt es auch. Parklplätze sind reichlich vorhanden und der Spaß ist garantiert!

Went there for a kid's birthday party. The organisation seems a bit chaotic. It was not possible to open the windows (apparently to avoid a dangerous situation), and that at +26 outside! The air was just horrid. The staircase was dark, and all the kids, including the younger ones, were running up and down the stairs, and were hanging from the railings. Now THAT is a truly dangerous situation! There is a terrace, which the employees used for their smoking breaks. The area was absolutely filthy and full of cigarette butts.

My 8yr old daughter's birthday was not so great. She was given a role that wasn't involved in her quest, so she wound up crying because she wasn't involved. Also the place is falling apart. Peeling stickers, crumbled walls, food stuck on the walls. I can't recommend this place but obviously a lot of people had better experiences, that or they just have lower standards.

The theme is very good, and its at an isolated place with parking available. We went to celebrate my son‘s 8th bday with his 6 other friends. Things that went well: 1. They solved 3 riddles and some of them got upgrades after 2 hrs of the chaos. 2. There were decent snacks and drinks. Things that didnt go well:1. It was way too crowded. 2. Some kids were really scared due to the dark ambience inside that they didnt wanted to play. 3. Staffs were talking to the kids as if they are talking to elder people, perhaps they are also tired of the chaos inside. The one guy our group was talking to, was totally expressionless, cumon we could be a bit more creative with kids :-) 4. They are also clearly understaffed, just 1-2 staffs for the treasure counters for multiple parallel kids group trying to get the next riddle, upgrades etc. Overall! Cant complain, but not everyone like me might have the patience, so there is a lot of scope for improvement!

Wir haben den 10. Geburtstag unserer Tochter gefeiert und alle waren total begeistert. Auch für die Eltern ist es sehr angenehm, weil es toll organisiert ist.

Eltern dürfen am Wochenende untertags nicht mitmachen, was aber nicht kontrolliert wird. Es ist nicht laut dort, sondern extrem laut. In einer Discothek kann man sich besser unterhalten. Das Essen besteht eigentlich nur aus Fast Food. Ja, das schmeckt den Kids aber ist dennoch absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Die Tische werden irgendwann mal sauber gemacht und abgeräumt. Obwohl das Abräumen der Vorgänger haben wir dann selbst übernommen. Die Kinder haben irgendwie doch ihren Spaß, doch es ist aus Erwachsenensicht nicht zu empfehlen.

Der absolute Wahnsinn. Ein Highlight für die Kinder und super entspannt für die Eltern. Unsere Kids sind den ganzen Nachmittag begeistert durchs Verlies gerannt, haben Rätsel gelöst und wir Mütter waren sofort abgemeldet (konnten entspannt Kaffee trinken und Ratschen). Wir waren nur etwas neidisch auf unsere Kinder, weil wir selbst am liebsten mitgespielt hätten. Es ist alles mit soviel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, dass es einfach begeistert. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Wirklich toll für Kinder und teilweise auch Erwachsene (musste immer mitspielen). Man löst Rätsel in vielen verschieden ausgestalteten Räumen, letztlich sucht man immer irgend etwas das sich zu einer Geschichte zusammen webt. Meine Tochter war mit 5 Jahren erstmals dort und ist mit 11 noch immer begeistert.

Wir kommen regelmäßig ins Heldenverlies. Es ist immer wieder toll. Die Kinder haben ihren Spaß es gibt immer wieder neue spannende Rätsel zu lösen. Die Mitarbeiter sind super. Alle extrem motiviert und freundlich. Beste Empfehlung für alle Kinder die Spaß am rätseln haben und gerne in Rollen schlüpfen.

Geburtstag mit 8 Kids im Alter von 9 gefeiert- alle waren happy. Aber: 2 Stunden waren fast zu kurz. Super mit dem festen Tisch. Toll: Man kann den eigenen Kuchen mitbringen. Freundliches Personal. Essen: Fast Food, aber okay und lecker.

Great place for kids.

Interesting playground for kids to play adventure games. A margarita pizza costs just over €3 and the workers are friendly.

Lot of fun for the kids, took a while to get into the groove and fully understand what and how but then it was running smooth. Most of staff very friendly and helpful. Points to improve: some less rules would help for younger kids, website needs update to fully and proper run any browser on a Mac / iPhone. Last but not least - the pricing structure is very intricate - put a nice "menu" on the web and have people click on / off items in clear German or English (not LARP speak).

It was a great visit. I can only recommend the place. age-independent kids can ply there and have fun for a long time. Even though it was crowded and the air inside was heavy, the kids didn't seem to notice it and have had their fun . Time flies by so fast, it was amazing. We would definitely come back.

We were there for my son’s (10 year old) birthday party and 11 kids all together had a super time. The kids had fun! I could relax while they were entertained, engaged so we certainly would like to go again.
