Unfortunately, I have had rather negative experiences with this car repair shop. It starts with the unfriendly employee on the phone who promises you a call back but never follows through. She also shows an unfriendly side in other matters such as scheduling appointments. I also have to criticize the work of the car workshop. Oil circulation hoses that were not reconnected after engine work resulted in an oily engine compartment, which the customer only noticed days later during a routine check of the engine compartment. The workshop also filled the vehicle with half a liter of engine coolant too little - something that should immediately catch your eye when checking the engine compartment. However, the vehicle was still released to the customer and there was no apology. I don't need to hide the fact that such errors can cause engine damage such as defective cylinder head gaskets. Furthermore, the customer can leave the car stranded. It cannot be the case that the customer has to check the vehicle again down to the smallest detail after a repair. The two repairs were not carried out in one job, so it is not due to an “outlier”. Furthermore, the workshop did not manage to correctly enter the service interval in the vehicle. It also becomes very confusing for the customer and it is not easy to keep track of when the next service is due. Not to mention possible problems with the manufacturer's warranty if the service intervals are not adhered to. In addition, I lack transparency in this workshop. You are only told that the vehicle is leaking oil, but the customer is not shown the location and is not given the opportunity to look at the car with the mechanic. The pricing, on the other hand, is within the normal range of a car repair shop in the country. All in all, it's a real shame that the final inspections of the vehicles before they are returned to the customer apparently receive so little attention. This should be urgently addressed, then this workshop deserves more stars.

Competent, friendly service. Car sale was done very fairly and without any problems. Installation of accessories in the new vehicle is carried out professionally, quickly and cheaply. Gladly again...Highly recommended.

I was looking for a car and came across this dealer. I chatted with him, discussed the details of the car and made an appointment for a test drive. When I got to the office, the employee told me that the car was being sold. Considering the distance between my home and this dealer (60 km), this was a big disappointment for me. I was at the office on Saturday morning to get this update. It was a pretty terrible experience and I advise you to always check your appointments at least twice.

Good workshop with great equipment. The mechanics and boss are always friendly, helpful and happy to explain the necessary tasks. Price performance is okay.

We bought our car there in the summer. The whole process was uncomplicated and we were even picked up from the nearby train station (including our 2 children) as we came from Berlin to pick up the car. Really great service and we are over the moon with the car.

Filling up Ad Blue 9.5 liters costs 50.87 euros!!! The boss was very accommodating after the complaint. Ad Blue will probably be purchased differently and cheaper by the company in the future. Thank you for your interest in customer satisfaction.

I had a double loading floor installed in my new used Skoda Scala. Looks like it came from the factory. Original parts are used. The car purchase went smoothly despite the Corona period. Mr. Michael receives 110% from us for the sale.
